Customer service is a joke! Security is non-existent. There is never any staff there. So when inevitably someone tries to break into your storage and ends up breaking your lock instead, you get to pay the $100 to have a locksmith cut your lock off. We even had to wait two weeks and had to physically go to another location to be informed that we have to deal with it ourselves.So the additional $100 bill is on top of not being able to get into our unit for the last 2 weeks and not hearing a peep from customer service. Well be taking our business elsewhere.
Horrible customer service!!!! You will experience extended hold times for any in person interaction you need. If you actually have a problem you need resolved you will have long hold times for each of the departments that they transfer you to, (the last one was 45 minutes). Only to find out when you go to the location for in person information, that the information you received over the phone is incorrect. I have not had access to my storage unit for 14 days and was told that it wasnt their problem.Horrible customer service, would not recommend to anyone
So far it has been great. I dont like how they decide to deny access to paying customers unannounced or with any communication. I wasnt able to access my unit for a night and thats not good. Other than that, its always clean, nice and gated.
If I could give negative stars I would.I usually don’t have any issues with U-haul but avoid this location at all costs.Had a storage unit here, they changed the code on us without informing us.When we no longer needed the unit and moved our belongings out, they continued to try charging us and months later tried to claim a lien even when the storage unit was empty. Shows how little time they spend at their own site.They don’t return phone calls and have multiple outstanding customer suits/files against them with corporate U-haul due to their laziness, & lack of customer service.Avoid if possible.

Overall it’s been a good experience. It’s clean, there’s always little carts/dollys available. Whenever I run into someone who works there, they’re polite.The main complaint is it says “24/7” on several signs but they only have certain hours available if you don’t pay extra for that access which seems a little ridiculous.Plus my husband and I have had trouble with the security card and passcodes - thankfully when we called the main office, a guy came down to let us in or put in about 5 minutes. However with the key and passcode being brand new, I’m not sure why we had issues to begin with but whatever as it’s resolved now.

It should not say open 24 hrs. Period...because its so not... Closes the place early dont understand y exactly when the mgr. Lives above the office noone is ever in and u have to go elsewhere to get the stuff u need to get in the storage In the first place. they need to #1 hire an office employee. And #2 make storages b open later all days of week. Latest time theyre open is 8:00pm . what happens if u have a late job. Stupid hours...

Just recalling how the manager spoke to me. Not hi. First word out of his mouth can you return the truck early? Well I asked for the time frame I thought I needed. But I can try. Yeah we dont have the dolly you reserved either. But his I dont care its your problem not mine attitude. A child entitled. Doesnt care to treat people with respect. No empathy. Not even sure he kowns the meaning as he told me his tone respect and empathy were fine. Not sure what planet thats on. The ladies were nice. My truck was good. My advice is go early expect along wait and if you deservedly they may not have it. Dont go when the manager is there.
Helped a friend move some items to this five star resort of storage units! My goodness its big and well lit and air conditioned. Its clean and felt very safe and im going to move my storage things to this place! ....just as soon as the weather cools down because my current storage unit is none of these things. Cant wait to become a new client at this place!
Good service and helpful, but prices seem pretty steep, wanst expecting to pay 70$ for a 5x5 unit, but they had no non climate controlled units available, and the time I had to take care of it they were one of the few places still open. May consider finding something cheaper and switching if this turns out to be longer term.. Facility is very secure and clean, the lost star is just for being so damn expensive, good grief. Oh if you are wondering, you can not use your own lock, you have to buy one of their special locks, which run about 7$ if I remember right.
This place is absolutely ridiculous! No staff, so you have to go to a different location for any assistance (or call). There are no posted gate access hours anywhere, and the hours listed on their webpage are incorrect.... We set up a pin code for gate access, along with the card, as there are 2 people that need access to our unit. The pin code never worked, and after I called to get it fixed, I was told that they no longer allow pin code gate access. I responded by asking to obtain a second key card, and I was told they only allow 1 key card.... Seriously? My daughter and I both need to be able to access our unit, without having to hassle each other to get the key card, since we have opposite schedules. We will be getting a different unit elsewhere.
I Was denied access to my unit tried to call yesterday,all I got was the runaround.Couldnt talk to anyone.Just like on site..People all over yet no one works there.Day 2 locked out still.I just want to know why.?Confronting issues are not part of their game.I want to know why?What does 24 hr.access mean.Now it say on their gate 24 hr.surveillence..Really why would you need 24 hr.surveillence.When you are not responsible for lost or stolen items.I guess it s for the people that are living in their units.,That come out at night.Or try to jump the fence..watch out for all the mice traps.

Lock for unit broke - had to leave unit unlocked & go to 51st & Glendale to find an employee, who was of no help because there by herself.
