Wendy was super nice! Knew who I was as a customer as soon as I walked in. Ran me through what I needed to know and helped me cancel a reservation I didn’t realize I accidentally made. Great and fast customer service. Was in and out of the storage unit in about 30 minutes 😄

Manuel was great was driving around looking for best prices and space. As soon as I drive up was granted and treated with so much respect. Manuel answered all my questions and didnt make me feel pressured or forced to get my storage. He is just an amazing humble human that knows what he is doing.

It was fairly easy. We went in the office. asked for a unit and paid for it without any problems. We went to the unit and deposited our belongings before we left.

I first showed up during a lunch break/bank run. (which was not up for another 45 minutes) The friendly woman came out to check and see what I was there for. See was so informative and kind. She took the time to show me around. I appreciate that she took time from what she was doing to help me.I have not had to rent a storage spot in a few years. This is a very nice facility. However, the prices seemed a bit high to me. But because of her kindness and the convenience of the location I did go ahead and rent a storage spot.

The Gentlemen Manuel who as at the site understood my concerns and what it was I was looking forward in a Storage unit. give me good pricing and was very detailed with the protocols and procedures of storage.

Had to get storage unit for initially 6 months, but it turned into more than 5 years because my mom needed full time care in NYS. The female manager that was there in 2016 was not professional, but rude, and could care less about my circumstances. Small favors go a long way, especially when you want to have a community that supports one another. No 5 minute favors at this place.Every year they raise my rent $10-$15 citing its because they give excellence service, in addition they took it upon themselves to increase my insurance policy without my consent, and didnt offer for me to keep my current rate.Youd think theyd have some kind of military discount or veterans discount..nope...Recently, I contacted the managers office through email asking for a military discount...radio silence...I would recommend finding a different place to rent, that has 24 hour service and nice people working there.**Update**I spoke with another manager today who addressed my concerns and she was pleasant to speak with. So I am changing my review of the customer service since its under new management. Changing rating from one to three stars.

I have been with this storage company for atleast 5 years probably longer. In that time it has only not been open twice for different reasons. They were informative both times by sending emails and letters. I do not have to worry about my stuff being here.

I think we worked with Manuel. He was great. Our movers’ truck broke down and he helped us find a different unit and brought us all Gatorade and then redid the paperwork. Also giving us rides to and from. 10 out of 10 service

Doing improvement on my house needed another storage unit. It was close and they were very nice. Got my unit quick no issues. Lots of cameras. So I feel my stuff is safe.

This experience and site navigation were flawless...It was so free of difficulty I was originally convinced that the process failed, but email confirmation dispelled that thought.

My mom passed away at age 93 living in an assisted living community during the Covid lockdown. I was unable to move her possessions at the time of her death and got a call almost 6 months later that the management there needed her room emptied as soon as possible. I was out of state at the time so had to start my search for a storage place while on the road. I connected up with StorQuest on 67th Ave and Olive in Peoria, AZ. Wendy B guided me through the process of determining how best to determine what my storage needs would be and helped me get a space reserved. On the day slated for moving moms property to storage changes had to be made. Wendy accommodated those changes and ensured that all necessary adjustments were made. She took a lot of stress out of a situation that needless to say was during a difficult time for me.

I found out that everybody was very nice and helpful.

Ive had several units with SQ over the last 10+ years and have not had any issues.

Reps are very helpful and accommodating.

I haven’t rented a unit yet but I’ll give them 5 stars for their phone customer service alone! The girl I spoke to was awesome and she answered all of my questions. Plus they offer a 7 day no credit card obligation reservation

I set up a reservation via phone. I called back to make changes. The person I talked to was very accommodating. When we got to the storage facility Toni, the property manager was great. No long waits. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Storing my 19 ft. cargo trailer was a snap! It was nice to get the first month discount and I very much appreciated the professionalism and kindness from Vanessa in the office. They have a very secure / safe facility with simple gate access (via supplied code) and it was very simple to sign up and terminate storage services in office with Vanessa. Great place to store just about anything you need. No hassle and easy to start, pay and access. 7 days a week access and drive up key pad! Wonderful place and has the capabilities of a modern/technological process to get you your unit and to pay for it. Dont pass this place up especially since it will be hard to beat the prices!

Had an awesome experience leasing my storage unit. I had some trouble finishing my online registration and a veey nice young lady was able to pull my info. I was done in literally like 5 minutes and moving my stuff in. Awesome service!

Manager and employees have gone so far above n beyond what they have to do/ what they are willing to do in order to get my belongings in a safe secure place. They have been a God send for me. Staff was very competent and friendly. They knew what was needed and had the forms ready as soon as possible. They asked questions to get the info needed and even gave us a discount for being a returning customer. The facility is clean and well kept. The units are bug free which is a real plus. I highly recommend SrorQuest.

I called to look into what size I was going to need for my moms furniture and boxes. Toni, the manager went above and beyond to help me. She wanted to take me to see the spot and when I didnt have time offered to send me pictures. She was awesome. Thanks Toni!

I had a stoage unit here some time back and now find i need the services again and came back. Toni made a great presentation and was very helpful. Very good at her job, shes got it in all in one sock.

Cheap and good. no problems. they will allow early or late entry outside of their 7 to 7 usual hours. The only way they could be better is to CHANGE REGULAR ENTRY TIMES from 7AM to 7PM to 5 AM to 9 PM. This would make more sense, and you wouldnt have to call them to arrange late or early entry.

Reserved a space on line, got a good rate, was easy to gain access and set up the unit. Everything I needed was done, and staff were patient with me as I did not have all my paperwork necessary to verify everything necessary to acquire a unit. Even with the issues I presented, I was in the unit in 30 minutes! All good.

My experience with StorQuest Self Storage has been a very good one if feel that any one to leave their valuables or cars of any type is an awesome place to leave it. They have cameras on site and also a tenant that lives on sight. And they are also willing to work with you if you need to down size to a smaller unit. StorQuest is the place to go to if storing your stuff for a short or a long period of time. And affordable rates and different sizes for storage as well.

They offer a low rate to get you in and then every 2-3 months they increase the rate. Now they charge a 35.00 fee to let you out of the gate even if it 1 minute past 7 pm. If youre going to rent for a VERY short term then you may have a better experience but if youre going to store anything longer than 6 months I would look elsewhere. The only reason I am still there is that I am simply waiting to have a permanent location so I dont have to move more than once.

My experience was great. The operators on the phone are very nice & helpful. When i went into the office Macey was extremely sweet & helpful too. Very pleasant people & the prices were better than anywhere else I had checked out. The location was ideal & convenient for me as well. I would definitely recommend StorQuest w/out a doubt. From the second I walked in the door. The young lady was very pleasant, very helpful. Described everything in detail. Rates, monthly cost, hours of operation, choices on how to pay. The service here as amazing. Ive check several places, none were as courtesy as here. Yes, I rented a space and would recommend them to everyone.

No hidden fees, good price, normal hours, helpful staff. Only issue is the entrance and exit a bit tough for trucks with the hill to main road.

This is my third return back! First time having the pleasure of meeting Toni, she was very helpful with all my questions and readily available to show me different units, it sure makes a difference in the world being friendly and helpful, I had considered 2 separate companies due to them having air cooled units, but, the inconvenience they made me feel I was and lack of answers more like all the way around not content with their job LOL brought me back to what Ive used before and heck with air cooled (certain they just hot air anyway! We r n the desert!!) Toni was sweeping the parking lot when I arrived and she greeted me with smiles and warm welcome, my entire experience this time around needing a storage will definitely bring me any and all future trips back! Already referring ur company as well. Thanks again for the pleasant visit especially during this weather and needing to be out moving things in it :-p

Super Impressed with their service. Flwe in from Orlando and had storage reserved with Public Storage. Told them I was flying in and had have a storage ready and when I arrived they told me they renting it out after I had it reserved so in a panic I called storquest and they what I needed. They reserved it and it and had it ready for me I got there. In and out within 20 minutes. Awesome young lady behind the counter, sorry I forgot your name. The StoreQuest have been exceptionally helpful accommodating and professional in allowing my belongings to be stored at their facility while I am in a medical facility. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing either short or long term storage needs.
