Last time I visited this location, I was going in to buy a part for my brothers truck. Being that he called earlier that day, the associate had it ready and waiting. That was totally unexpected, yet appreciated. When it comes to makes and models, its difficult to be a loyal customer to one particular store or location for that matter. This one is definitely our first try, every time.

Have been a long time customer at this store as it has always been a good experience, but they really won me over today... big time. My wife went in for a new battery and they accidentally damaged the radiator getting the old battery out. As this was a free service, they were under no obligation to cover the damage, but they provided a new radiator and paid a well regarded shop (just two blocks away) to do the radiator replacement in a couple of hours. Just an honest top notch business....I wont go anywhere else!

As I walked in I was greeted can I help you with something I said no thank you Im quite aware of where Im heading but thank you for asking anyways as I picked up the item I needed and headed back to the register our customer was just leaving one of the registers and gentleman said can I help you I said yes this is to go. I always try to make a joke and Im at the register because theres no telling us what type of a person was before me in line and theres no telling us what type of a person might be behind me taking it out on the sales person. Wonderfully helpful store. After having just moved to the area of course the first day here my wifes car would not start. I jumped her off and took her to Advanced after using them for so many years in my previous area. Allison was quick to help and even swapped the battery put for us with zero hesitation. I was very thankful for that, as we had yet to finish unpacking and my tools are in storage. I cant say enough about the customer service here and will be back for everything I need in the future. Boy an advance auto fan BUT me being an automobile knowledge person. I do my own work. I greatly appreciate that the staff dont try to push their knowledge or tell you how to do something unless you ask.

All the staff were really friendly and were quick to help find the cause of my car not wanting to start! They even helped install the new battery!

Customer service was far above par. I was having ignition/charging issues with my truck, stopped into Advance and was greeted by Michael who was eager to help. He came out and tested my charging system, quickly found the problem (dead cell in battery) and warrantied the battery out and I was back on the road. Michael was very mechanically inclined and knowledgeable about the stores inventory (which is a rare find these days) Definitely will be back to see him for any parts I need in the future. Side note, my wife called the store manager (Luke) to pass along our appreciation for Michael’s help and professionalism and he was very appreciative of the positive feedback and ensured us that he would reward Mike for going above and beyond. It’s nice to see supervision who appreciate hard working employees.

Luke in Goose Creek was AMAZING!! If there was an option to give a higher rating he would get it! He diagnosed and replaced my husbands corroded battery out which took him about 45 solid minutes to prevent breaking the posts. Sent my friend, with light bulbs here after a absolute terrible experience at OReillys in Goose Creek ON 082120 and the manager didnt need to even know my vehicle model, he looked at the bulbs for just a second, walked away without them, and came back with the correct bulbs. They have fantastic customer service according to my friend, every staff member that he talked too was pleasant and really know their stuff. ROCK ON!

Just bought some wiper blades and was having a little trouble putting them on myself. Jason came out and installed them in 30 seconds! I felt a little dumb lol but he was very nice and extremely fast.

Bought Optima battery online for my wifes Accord. Was told they didnt have battery or any record of sale. Was called back later after they did find it. Took a long time to get it installed. Did not have a 10 mm deep well socket! Nice employees but their system really needs work.

I love coming here to advance rather than the other places in area. Its a nice clean store with employees that go out of their way to help you figure out problem. Then find the cheapest part to help you unlike the competitors. I go here and so should you.

I th thought I needed new windshield wipers and I needed some help because I have a broken leg. The person in Advance Auto Parts came out to my car looked at them and said since they squeaked it would be best if I replace them because they were on the verge of ripping. I purchased the one fit for my 2006 Ford Taurus and he put them on free of charge. Every time I go to Advanced Auto Parts now hes friendly and they answer all of my questions Im glad I live around the corner from them because its really great to have help with my car.

I went to Advance Auto Parts today suspecting I had a bum battery. Alex tested my battery, then gave me a few options for replacing it, citing the pros and cons of each. He was very helpful, polite, and informative. Once I decided upon a battery, he installed it (for free!) much faster than I anticipated, all the while making friendly conversation and answering any questions I had, not only about the battery, but about my car in general. He really knows a lot about cars!The fast and friendly service was much appreciated. Employees like Alex make occasional customers into loyal customers. This place is slow. It seems the workers here take their time to do anything. It took me over ten minutes of the guy looking for an item I ordered online. My item was supposed to be ready in an hour. I went after an hour and a half and my item still wasnt ready. Also, they should step up their customer service skills.

I needed to know how to recharge my air conditioner and on how to put a steering wheel cover on my car. I was honestly told the port to recharge my air conditioner is buried at the bottom its best to take it to a professional and I was given a recommendation to I was also told because they couldnt put the steering wheel cover on my steering wheel was to let it sit in the sun and it would be more flexible. The staff was very friendly helpful and gave me an honest answer to my questions I go there every time

Advance Auto has a Great staff. Had them bench check an altenator for me, and also look up other parts I needed. Extremely customer friendly and looking to help you out. Manager across the street at Auto Zone should take some lessons. Seems I always catch him on bad days, he always has a bad attitude.

I asked for assistance with finding a part for my car and was told I had to find it myself. Yes! Find it myself. I will NEVER spend another dime in this establishment and will be writing corporate.

Nice staff, great prices...just remember, these guys are working with no air conditioning, its extremely hot, and humid! I recommend throwing a thick towel on ur drivers seat! Give them a break!

I went to Advance Auto Parts to get my battery replaced. The one I had done there a few years ago was corroded on the top... a lot. I got a prorated rate on the battery, but the service is what blew me away. Rick had to remove a great deal of corrosion on the terminal. He never seemed exasperated, and he let me ask questions along the way without making me feel dumb. This was a great experience, and I would recommend seeing Rick for any car help.

Dont know what part you need even when giving them the engine code and part name. And when they test equipment they rush through it. And tell you broken parts are good just so they dont have to warranty or look for the right part. Will never return!

Bought parts to do a full brake job since mine were dragging. Rebuilt calipers and go to install rotors which one looks to have been returned obviously for good reason, it was warped and would not seat so I open the brake pads which I guess had been returned too since the clips were broken and of course they are closed by the time I figure this out. Go back To 7:30 am when they open. Guess what doors still locked waited around and they finally open doors at 7:55am. I suggest you go to AUTOZONE since they dont restock damaged products.

Prices are good, not the best, but they have nearly all parts I never needed. Anything strange, I call first. Very helpful.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I bought an engine fitting at this store and not only did they give me the wrong one but the clerk told me it was above his pay grade to do a return when I came back. Unhelpful, rude, and constantly frustrating. Go across the street for some halfway decent customer service. This store has lost my business for sure
