The first young lady was NOT very nice and may need additional customer service training…..1 she tells me where the bulb I needed was and I asked is there someone that can install it. She goes on to tell me that they can only install particular ones and I give her a look and ask well which ones do you install? Was I supposed to know this? She says pop the hood and I can see. Typically when I come to AutoZone I pop the hood and the person lifts the hood, but this woman waits for me to do it, mind you I’m dressed up as I just left church. I have say the young man that installed the bulb was very nice and apologized for the customer service slack.
The gentleman working the register was super friendly and very helpful. He was even helping us google the part we were looking for.

Excellent customer service!!! They are a good example and one that all merchandisers should choose to follow. I will continue to go to Auto Zone for all my necessary parts that are needed by my vehicles. The knowledge of the service dept is astounding! Kudos to their customer service dept!!!
Yeah ive been a customer for auto zone for while now and was bit disappointed by experience i had few days ago. Went in and employee was busy and when i asked an employee a question all i got was attitude and Ill get to you when i can. Usually its much better so give this a 3 star rating. Will go back in future and if i get same service again i wont return but Ill hope for best.
I like the store but the selection of natural car wax did not exist. Maybe they need to put it on the shelves. I found 1 bottle of Maguires Carnuba.

HORRIBLE customer service!! Very rude, impatient, unknowable staff. Walk in with my young daughter for a new headlight. Staff member walks in cussing. Guy at register was half asleep with no clue on how to assist me. Never again. Ill stick with Advanced.
I usually go to AutoZone for Pacific things like batteries. But lately they really stepped up their game. They know the competition is fierce so service and price is very important.

After getting my batteries checked the young man at Auto Zone suggested that I go across the street to Advance Auto because it was still under warranty. At that store I was told that they wouldnt cover the warranty but they would give me a discount. I went back to see the honest young man at Auto Zone and bought my battery there since I had to pay full price I felt I would rather deal with someone that was honest enough to tell me about the warranty and try to help me save some money.

Long story short - I took my battery to get charged and they told me to come back in 90 minutes... 90 minutes later I come back in and my battery was still sitting on the counter! Absolute waste of my time. I didnt even get an apology, the customer rep just told me I had an alternator and dont worry about charging it. Ugh, never going back.
Worst autozone I have ever shopped at. Extremely rude staff. I ordered 4 parts for store pickup and only three arived when I went to pick them up they told me I ordered the wrong part but it was not even in the store. When my part was ordered they told me I needed to pay for it again even though I still had the receipt. I have never seen so many people working in one Autozone and most of them are just goofing off. This is not the first time I have had a bad experience with the staff at this store, Im not shopping here anymore.
These guys had my mustang battery tested it for issues. With no bull or pitch for higher priced versions of my item they were able to ascertain I needed a new one and quickly got it and dropped it in. They got me fixed and back on the road in little over an hour. Even with the time for testing that’s just efficient. Thanks AutoZone

After getting an oil change, the car service center advised I needed an air filter, but they didnt have one for my vehicle. They referred me to Auto Zone and even stated they would help me put it in. While in line at Auto Zone the cashier announced to everyone she was quitting in two weeks and couldnt wait. When I got to the front of the line, she rudely stated they dont help with that and that the car service place doesnt own us. I never said they did and shared that I thought she was rude. I went down to another Auto Zone and they gladly helped and even showed me how to do myself next time.
This location has been my pit crew for many years. The only time I have ever gone somewhere else is if they didnt carry what I needed. Its nice to know they offer extra services at no charge to help out with diagnosing the problem.
Unprofessional worker tried to offer me an unsolicited price on my car and then told me what I wanted for it was steep. Proceeded to tell me that he’s bought and sold over 100 cars in his lifetime which I didn’t ask about either

Went in to have my battery checked and was helped by a young employee named Jimmy. He put the tester on my battery and the results were bad battery. I chose the battery I wanted and during the replacement Jimmy dropped a nut from one of the hold down brackets. He could not find it and all the sudden said he was done and all is good. I looked at the bracket and asked what about this loose bracket. He looked again and went back into the store and after a good while came out with a new nut. He then installed the bracket. I have shopped numerous times at this store and always had great service and knowledgeable qualified employees. This time he was not experienced and not qualified for the task at hand and expected me to accept my battery not being secured and flopping around while I would be driving. Sorry but this was so wrong to try and pull that one on me.

The kind Lady behind the counter came out without hesitation and then gave me a read out on all the possible defaults. Best of all at NO Charge and with a smile. Being a senior who knows very little about automotive malfunctions, This is the Best automotive parts store I have been to.The employee that helped me gave me sincere compassion for my dilemma. She identified the cause of my cars problem, found me the most effective solution, and got the manager to assist her in expeditiously resolving my cars problem.Additionally, the manager went sincerely over and above customer expectations to get me fast and affordable resolution to get me safely on my way.That was my first visit to this business. Because of their wonderful caring and service, they now have a new customer. I Highly Recommend this location for you automotive needs. The staff honestly cares about treating you as a valuable person, not just a customer.

Purchased wiper blades on Sat, 20 Jun from this location. I was assisted by Jessica; she installed the blades and sent me on my way...it rained a couple days after new blades were on. That’s when I realized those particular blades weren’t of good quality bc they left streaks on the windshield. I returned to the store, Jessica was working that day, I informed her of my dissatisfaction with the blades and asked if I could purchase a better grade wiper and that I would pay the difference. That’s when she indicated that she didn’t change my wiper on Saturday (which was a lie) and refused to further assist. I no longer had my receipt but she didn’t even try to satisfy me as a customer, then I asked for the manager and she said she was the manager so I asked for her manager and she pointed to the door and said, the information is on the door. She’s saying all this as she hides behind a male worker without ever coming to the counter to address me properly. She’s a horrible employee and the real store manager should reconsider leaving her in charge as she will cause great customer service at this location to decrease.

Returned to AutoZone today to have a battery replaced, which was still covered under warranty. The customer service received by Crystal S. (Crys) was utterly unprofessional and discourteous. Furthermore, she referred me to the competitor (Advanced) for a part she alleged that her store did not have in stock. She did not offer to check another AutoZone location or the option to order the part. Instead she walked away from the counter while I was still standing there. None of the other employees present were helpful or willing to assist. Therefore, I contacted the regional office who contacted the district manager. Mike (store manager - I assume) was very responsive, apologetic and able to locate the part in store to successfully complete the installation of the replacement battery. I really liked AutoZone and this location, which is why chose them over the competitors. After today’s experience, I will definitely have to reconsider taking my business elsewhere.

I dont know about the rest of the staff, but the woman we approached for help had a terrible attitude. I wish I caught her name so I could leave it but she was an old gray haired lady, long hair, with ugly sloppy dark red lips. She was abruptly rude for no reason and she literally didnt help us just because she was lazy and didnt feel like it. We called the AutoZone on Ashley phosphate and they said they could help us no problem. Whatever you do just dont approach this lady. Zero customer service skills.Update: The guy at Ashley phosphate guessed who we were talking about and said her name is Linda 😂
Do Not Shop at Autozone!I have a 5 year warranty on a battery I only had for 3 years!Receipt in hand, AutoZone would not honor a warranty on their battery because I was not the original purchaser! This is bad business! Warranty your product not the person who buys it. They have lost my business for good!So I bought a battery across the street at Advanced Auto Parts, Who will honor their warranty even if the battery was transferred to another owner!!!!!

Came in to get an oil filter. They get the job done and what you want. Only little problem I had was not their fault... Some of the people in that area are not nice that come on the store. Be careful with them, but the staff, especially the manager, was really helpful and nice.

I ordered a K &N air filter and it was transported from the Mt.Pleasant store. I ordered the filter before noon and was told that it would be delivered at 4pm. Its 4:50pm and its not here nor can they find out where its located . Getting a refund for sure. Not sure why they just didnt tell me a more reasonable time.
