Theres the old Gandalf guy that knows all kinds of stuff, the young Sam Wise who may not know a bunch, but is learning all he can and energetically eager to help slap on your wiper blades. Aragon too. Dude runs the joint, but is respectful and respected.

Didnt have the part I needed to fix my car so the kid behind the counter had to special order it. When we picked it up the next day we realized it was the wrong part and wouldnt fix my problem. Ended up getting my car towed to a repair shop for the simple repair.

The gentleman at the check out helped me find the type of oil I needed for my vehicle, and even put it in for me. I was very pleased with their service, and I will return.

Not very advanced. Went to get a part for our vehicle, had the part number and the parts the guy said he couldnt help me. I search the part number on my phone was able to show him what I needed on AutoZones website. Next time well go straight to AutoZone.
