They are a dam joke proved I purchased parts there they were able to bring up the warranty but without a receipt they can not replace them i will be calling corporate

Still to this day i am getting f***** over by a steering gear I bought from this store. They put the part under the wrong account and it cannot be warrantied because of it. Just put another $1400 set of tires on my truck and they cant even align it because the box is the worst theyve ever seen. You guys sure are lucky I dont return the gearbox through your front window. Respecting the hotshots who make up a good portion of your client base would go a long way!

Its a 50 50 shot on the service your going to get. Sometimes you have knowledgeable people who know what there doing and other times you they have know clue on how to even do there job.

Went in to buy windshield wipers for my two different vehicles. I was given four same ones. I asked them to double checked and I was told no problem. I went to NAPA website and it shows that the wipers does not work for one of my vehicles, so I called them to double check. I was told I was given the right ones. It turned out a mistake. You wasted my time and when I called you, no apology.
