My girlfriend took her sons car there for overheating. After telling her all the irrelevant things wrong with the car that would cause it to break down or even catch on fire trying to scare her into a $1000+ bill for car not worth much more than that. In the end, they charged her $500+ to replace a hose (wasnt the problem) and a reservoir tank (also not the problem). The issue was NOT fixed, resulting in me calling a mechanic friend that works out of his pole barn who put a radiator cap and thermostat in it. Problem solved! The first things you check when an overheating problem happens. These guys are con artists and hack mechanics. Stay away!

I had okay service at RAP Automotive, but the company did not honor the estimate they gave me. Fixing my heater cost more than $100 more than the estimate. This was AFTER I paid in the $250-range for them to determine what was wrong in the first place. After receiving the estimate, I called other companies to see what they charged and it was comparable. I will seriously reconsider using them again. They couldnt be bothered to tell me about the cost changes even though I was sitting in their waiting area.
