First of all after searching for an air cabin filter forever. I was assisted right away . Then I needed another filter that Jordan the parts sale manager helped me find. He did it with the quickness and was very nice.Then I went to install the filter, and dropped my tool and couldnt reach it. Jordan went to extreme limits to help me and my fiance. Coming out several times to offer a new tool He thought might help. He did a very good jobI highly recommend this place because of himSo thank you Jordan for a great experience.

Lisa was extremely kind and helpful. She came right outside with me and helped me replace my headlight bulbs. It had caused me so much frustration and I had gotten the wrong bulbs, but Lisa resolved everything without any problem. I am very very grateful!

Replaced a battery that was purchased less than 8 months ago. The battery had a bad cell and wouldnt hold a charge for more than a few days. Replaced under warranty by the friendly helpful staff.

The two employees that were working were very kind and incredibly helpful. One of them changed my headlight for me and it was very sweet.

Auto zone is the way to go. I went to advance auto parts and nappa and they didnt have what I wanted so I went to auto zone and bam they had exactly what I needed. I would go to auto zone before going to advance and nappa.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. This place is horrible...needed a battery installed in my 2014 Ford Focus and they said has to be done at dealership because they were to lazy....went to Advance Auto was cheaper and free install no problem like 15 minutes done. I will never use Auto Zone for anything again!!

They’re eh. Every time I go in there they don’t acknowledge me walking in with a hi hello or anything. There’s always one kid either on his phone or talking to his buddies the time I’m there. Then when I leave no good bye, have a nice day, thank you or anything.Now instead of trying to help my problem they give some robotic reply that doesn’t seem personal or like there is any desire to change anything about the service I received

Employer are friendly, helpful the auto parts are usually there in stock but if needed be they can order part for you and its usually next day pick up.

The only bad thing in my opinión is, if you just go for something quickly like a liter of motor oil, you have to wait long time before you can pay for it.

It was very nice experience I went in need of my battery checked and they were a little little busy but the guy was free he came out to help me very courteousso I was pleased by batteries that checks out at 100% so means I got a ground wire somewhere thats loose

In and out as fast as possible is what a busy person wants. The Zoners seems to know how and where to direct their customers in the store, when they are looking for that which will aid their hands on experience.

I returned some LED taillights (they were dimmer than regular bulbs) and ordered some other ones. While the guy was placing the order he told me once I receive the new bulbs they are mine and cant return them. Apparently they dont like doing returns on bad products. I did receive the new lights and they were brighter than original.
