I needed a truck since Im not longer in the oilfield and Im doing construction full time now. Hoss was very helpful when it came to buying a truck. I found one I liked and was able to get into it. I ended up getting the truck earlier than I expected and that was awesome for me. Program I have through the bank is new so the apr changed from what was originally set. So Hoss helped to keep my original payments as projected and I just had to sign a new contract. They really do treat you like family. If you need to buy a car, look here first! All my previous cars have been bought from friends and family, so I was nervous about buying from a dealer. Well, I can still say all my cars come from family! There was no pressure or intimidation and Hoss let me inspect every inch of the vehicle, supplied the Carfax, and let me take her around the block. He even worked with my budget and I got a great deal! The car interior was excellently detailed, youll never find a 17 yr old car smelling so new! The car had been thoroughly serviced and runs amazing. I still have to take it in for an inspection but I will be surprised if there are any issues. Im so glad I went to Family Auto & Truck Center! Bought a 2010 F150 from Hoss and Rick, was very excited as it is my first truck. However, after about two weeks and that new car smell started to wear off, a moldy mildewy smell took over in the cab. Turns out the truck leaks like a sieve whenever it rains. The floor in the cab both front and back get absolutely soaked if you drive it on a rainy day. Took it to a Ford dealer which has its own auto body shop and informed me things are going to add up quickly to find and repair the damage. They also showed me where the truck had been previously resprayed on the hood and failing body work that was done on the roof. All the dealer has to say is all sales are final. These guys are cheats, they put on a smile and honestly dont care about the customers they are doing business with so long as they keep moving their inventory. Nothing family about this place besides a couple of swindling family members that are related and own it, it should be called Dishonest Auto and Truck Center.-Brian

Horrible experience trying to buy a vehicle. Found the one I wanted and took it to my mechanic found out it had stuff wrong with it and they wouldnt fix it or take the cost off the price. Very rude, treated us poorly and had a bad attitude. Lost a sale for over $17,000 because of his attitude. But oh well I went somewhere else was treated with respect and now own a vehicle.

I typically do not like purchasing a vehicle from a used car lot but I would not hesitate at all purchasing again from Family Auto and Truck Center. Hoss and his family are fair and honest. I asked Hoss to see if he could locate a specific vehicle for me. He found almost exactly what I was looking for and gave me a fair deal.
