10/30/21. This past week my wife had her Toyota Highlander service at the Grand Junction Toyota/Ford Dealer where she purchased it. Included in this service was tire rotation. During rotation they discovered a nail in one tire. Rather than fix this for her, they informed her that they would not fix it for her as she had not purchased those tires from them. (the actual fix performed elsewhere required pulling the nail and inserting a rubber plug). They took the time and effort to retrieve the spare, put it on and put the tire with nail back under the car where the spare had been.Now, the fact is she had purchased the vehicle from them and she has diligently taken the car there for all its service work as a loyal customer. Apparently her patronage over the years was not worth pulling the nail, putting a plug in while they were rotating the tire. They had a perfect opportunity to make a loyal customer happy at virtually no cost to the dealership. Instead they have lost this loyal customer who had purchased multiple cars from them over the years and turned us into angry customers who will never buy another car from the Toyota/Ford dealers in Grand Junction.If this is the service policy you expect ...... I can recommend them. And this is a good lesson in how turn a loyal customer into an angry past customer over 5 minutes and a $1 rubber plug....these are the guys. Just my thought.

One of the best experiences I have had with repairs on my SUV Lexus. They set up an appointment for the next day. They looked at my shaking wheel problem and fixed it thoroughly. Drives like new. I had previously had another dealership look at it and they couldnt figure it out even after leaving it with them for a day.Such, friendly, caring service. Very professional and well organized.
Western slope Toyota service was ok. These days every service shop is short of personnel and parts therefor service availability has been pushed way out. Our 2010 Lexus Rx350 had a blown oil cooler line, which was a Lexus recall with extended warranty time period, but Western Slope can not make warranty claims to Lexus. They had the parts in stock but ten days before it could be fixed. We also wanted the 100k service work done since they would have the car, but no, no time to do that. Another service appointment, ten plus days out would be required to address that service item. Lindsay, our service writer, was pleasant but way too busy and spoke extremely fast which made it difficult for me to understand her due to my poor hearing. She did try to deal with that after I pointed it out to her I was having listening problems. Quality of work performed seems OK but very high cost due to being dealership. If you need warranty work you have no other choice in Grand Junction, but if not a possible warranty item you have other choices which I would recommend you take.
Our salesperson was April Baird and she was awesome! She looked out for us from the beginning by finding a truck that fit my needs and at a great price compared to competitors. She made the car buying process seamless, stress free, and without any pressure. I’ll be recommending April and Western Slope Toyota to all my friends and family.
The service department went above and beyond to get my snow tires when I had ordered the wrong size! He had to make two trips to get the right size tires that were in another location in G. J. Very friendly service! Thank you!
Trinity is the best sales person I have ever dealt with in my life. I couldn’t imagine buying a car from anybody else This is the second 4Runner that I have purchased from her and she always makes the process so smooth and easy for me. Don’t ever use anybody else when purchasing your vehicle at western slope Toyota.
Showed up at the scheduled time for a service on my truck. They got me in right away and got me out within the hour. Every time I service my truck here they are consistent on the time it takes to get the job done.
The Service Coordinator (LD) was professional, communicative and competent. She made the experience pleasant. The service on my vehicle was completed as promised and exceeded my expectations. I have not always had this good of an experience with other dealers and service departments. I will return and feel confident that the necessary work will be completed.
I’ve always had excellent service at the Ford dealership next-door so when my Lexus needed serviced I took it to the Toyota dealership. I had asked to have my battery and alternator checked because I had been having problems with the battery draining low the last few days. When they brought my car out I was told the battery was fine. The next morning same thing, battery hardly started my car. Took it to AutoZone, they checked my battery, and it was bad. Shame on Toyota. Also, when my Ford is finished with service, she always comes out with a nice bath. No bath at Toyota😭 all in all I was disappointed and now I don’t trust to take my car back to Toyota dealership.

Their quick, respectful, helpful and have just have a great attitude all around. One employee in particular stands out, Lindsay, she is fantastic, very thorough, doesn’t bat an eye at any question I have. The whole crew down there is quick and on top of their stuff. Nate was super helpful and showed us several options on how to purchase a truck during a vehicle shortage. We ended up locating one that was in the build process and secured that truck. I needed a key fob programmed for my Lexus. Lindsey explained the cost and time frame, up front, when I contacted her. The service time was as expected, the waiting area was clean and well kept. I appreciated that, since I live 1 1/2 hours from the dealership and had no choice but to wait there for my car service to be completed. Lindsey was friendly and helpful when I asked about ordering an extra part for my husband to install at home. This was a great experience!

Starting off with April Baird was my Sales Rep.. She is Amazing! I had sworn I would never buy a car from a lot after a horrible experience I had years ago, but circumstances and not really knowing anyone brought me to take a risk. From the moment I spoke with April on the phone I was put at ease, instead of her pushing me to get a car, she pushed to answer all the questions I had and to help me through my apprehension. I didnt even feel like she was trying to sell me a car, instead it was like having a good friend or family member walking with me through the process.. April let me test drive the original car I was looking at, but she knew before I did that it wasnt the right one.. Not only did she find the perfect car for me, one that I probably wouldnt have even looked at, but she saved me money, and piece of mind. She cared more about getting me the Right car, than getting me to buy Any car.. She would have rather me leave without a purchase than in the wrong car.. This type of customer service is rarely seen any more, and it definitely has not been lost on me! If you are looking to be treated like a human being, listened to like a best friend, and have the best car buying experience EVER, than you NEED to go see my new friend April!.. The servicing of our aging 2004 Lexus performed by Western Slope Toyota was excellent. Making the appointment with Service Coordinator Carlos was quick and easy, the car was taken in on time, and because there was a bit of a delay in getting to the electrical issues that were part of the reason that the car was brought in, I was able to use their valet service to return home. When the car service was completed, Carlos called and offered to get me shuttle service back to the garage. That offer was accepted.I had requested a car wash for the Lexus but unfortunately the car wash machine had just broken and would not be repaired until the following day. Carlos then offered to get the car hand washed and then offer was kindly accepted. 15 minutes later the car re-emerged clean and shiny.All in all I was very pleased with the service that we were provided. The mechanics handled all aspects of the service, and Carlos and the shuttle operator provided first class support.
Carlos and the crew were great with my repair of our 2012 Toyota Prius. Carlos stayed in touch and constantly updated with us by text and email through the entire repair process. We were very satisfied with the completed work and service. I highly recommend Western Slope Toyota for your Toyota repair needs.

Sales Mgr totally low-balled me on trade-in value, very low end of Kelley Blue Book value. Sales Agent said I might be able to sell it outright for $6000, but probably couldn’t sell it for $7000 because of “high mileage” and dirty floor mats, all the while she was looking at Carfax Report showing “LOW MILEAGE” and retail value of $8240 with rating of 4.6 out of 5 and sweetheart car value of 163. It took 6 working days for them to deliver car to me, and it reeks off stale fragrances and sweat. I’ve had windows rolled down for 1.5 hours, but stench remains. Totally regret having purchased new Tacoma from Western Slope Toyota.

After looking around for a used car and found that prices were not much lower than new, I decided to purchase a new one. Since I was paying full price, I had built a what I wanted on the Toyota website of all that I wanted in packages and color. Western Slope found worked hard to find the vehicle with high demand color and packages for me. With a deposit, I just had to wait until it rolled out from the factory. Jose kept me in the loop every step of the way!

Very positive service experience. Appointment took over a week for an opening but communication was good and they were ready for me at the planned time. The service was quick although it was just a routine simple inspection and tire rotation so it wasnt challenging. Overall I was very pleased.

The service started out a bit rocky. They didn’t communicate very well. Then they told me they were short staffed and tried very hard to keep me up to date. I was told it was going to take about a month to get the car fixed, but they got it done in under 2 weeks. I am very satisfied with the help and kindness of the staff. Especially from Lindsey, Laice, and James I believe was there names.
Western Slope Toyota and specifically Robbie in service saved my sons National Parks camping trip by working us in on Saturday to fix a Tacoma after a few days in Moab! The overall professionalism and willingness to help was very appreciated. Can’t say enough good things about this dealership or Robbie in the Service department. Give them a chance, you won’t regret it!
This was merely a regular service, oil change etc. with multi point inspection. They were ready at the appointment time and were finished when they said they would be, within an hour. The actual cost came in lower that what was estimated, very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them for you service needs.
The selection wasnt great, but they did have a vehicle I did like. The salesman I worked with Nick, was amazing! NOT a pushy salesman. Went over just some of the things, will get a more detailed of it explained to me when I pick it up. The lady who handled the financing is a very nice personable woman! This was one of the easiest vehicle sales I have ever had to date! I would recommend Nick to anyone and everyone.

Scheduled a service appointment with Robby, which we completed, but had a couple of follow-up questions/issues a couple of days later. Returned to the garage and Robby finished what he was doing and personally checked my questions/issues and explained what the situation was and made necessary adjustments. This is the kind of service and attention that brings us back over and over.

The best car buying experience I’ve had. Matt Young was awesome in asking the right questions and finding exactly what I wanted, giving plenty of options within what I wanted to spend. No pressure at all like you will find at a lot of places. No back and forth tactics, just quick and professional. Rebecca Sutton took care of the financing amazingly quick, made the paperwork a breeze and was able to get everything right where I wanted in record time. Great experience.
Service desk rep was good. Shop should not have taken out 9 lbs of air out of all my tires. 32 lbs on a hot day is too low for a 44 lb tire. I had pressure right where I wanted it.

Would have given six stars if I could! We found our perfect vehicle at Western Slope! Living 300miles away was no challenge for these guys, putting a deposit down was a snap. Nate answered all my questions instantly via text. He even picked me up from the bus station when I arrived in Grand Junction! Financing was a breeze, no pressure selling, just real talk….Teresa is my hero. Super professional all the way around. I was given a tour of my vehicle and was on my way in no time! Historically, Western Slope Toyotas service has been lack-luster at best. This last appointment has changed my mind! My service writer kept me apprised of my vehicles status while it was in the service shop via text message. They had to hold it over from its initial diagnostic to get the repairs done. All in all, WST delivered my vehicle before the anticipated repair completion date, with the part wed ordered that it was need of. Great job team! If this is the future of WST Service dept, youve got a loyal customer here.
My husband and I have recently leased a new Tacoma and purchased a used Highlander. The experiences both times were wonderful with both salesmen doing everything they could to get us the best rate and monthly payment that we could afford. Props to Jose and Matthew Young for all their efforts. We would highly recommend using them for leases or purchases. Great experience!

Honest people in sales and financing. Simple process from beginning to end. Great trade price. Great new car price. Clean and courteous service department.I was prepared to go to a bigger city for the deal I wanted, but I got great prices on my trade and the new car and had no reason to even look anywhere else.I have bought 15+ cars in the last 15 years and go through the buying process a lot. I can tell you that based on my experience Western Slope Auto is probably the best dealership I’ve done business with. The fact they’re right here on the slope makes it great for convenience, for servicing, and in case I have any issues in the future. It makes a big difference to have your dealer near you. Take my word for it if you haven’t experienced the need for help and your dealer is 200 miles away. I’m sure Western Slope will take care of my car if I have issues, which I don’t expect with a Toyota.I recommend less than half of the 10-12 dealers I’ve worked with. I do recommend Western Slope Auto.

Robbie and his service team always do an excellent job of taking care of our Toyota and our Lexus. They kept our old Lexus going through 250,000 miles until we finally traded it in. Western Slop Toyota is the best dealership in Grand Junction hands down.I have purchased several vehicles in the area from other dealerships and non of them have held a candle to the customer service and willingness to to the extra bit to make sure you are happy with the vehicle you choose.Big shout out to Matt Young in sales. Western Slope Toyota Service department is always there for you. Over the years, and many Highlanders (4) ago, we seem to look for outstanding Toyota Service Departments and the people they employ to service our vehicle. In using this method we not only have top techs servicing and looking out for our vehicle, but we also know the dealership we want to work with when buying a new Highlander. Luckily we learned quickly that Justin and Carlos were the professionals we needed to look after our vehicles (2018 & 2021) to keep them serviced and allowing us the peace of mind when it comes to the day we again trade-in our current Highlander.
Busy place with friendly helpful associates in all areas. Only have needed routine service thus far, which was expected with a new vehicle. This is our first Toyota and glad to have made this purchase.

Dan (Red) Godwin was wonderful to work with. I explained what I was looking for and he found the perfect vehicle for me. I was able to get a good price on my trade in, and a good deal on a used car that feels brand new. Brian in the finance department got me a great rate and thoroughly explained all my options. All around it was a very pleasant, professional, experience.
This was a really disappointing experience. I was set to have my tires changed and replace tire pressure sensors. Look at my rotors to see if they needed turned. Alignment after all done. I got a message to show up a little early for my 11:00 a.m. appointment and they would try to get me out early. So I arrived about 10:40 a.m. This job should normally take around 2 hrs. I used the shuttle service after dropping my truck off to take me to Lowes to kill some time and came back 3 hours later only to find out they were just starting to work on my truck and it would be 2 more hours. That actually turned into 3.5 more hours, because they could not get my bolts loose for the alignment. I get that things happen, but I really dont think I should have an 11:00 a.m. appointment if my truck is not going to get started until 2:00 p.m. Then they ran out of time to finish the job. In addition to have it take this long I was not ever communicated to about the delays other than a big job was ahead of mine. I just wish I was informed about what was happening. Maybe offer me a loaner vehicle. Offer me a meal.....anything. That many hours in a dealership is too long with no communication. Customer service was not on display this day. I really wanted to stay with this dealership for my repairs, but this was a little over the top for me.
What a great place Western Slope Toyota is! My Lexus engine blew up and Lexus was no help to me. From beginning to end, everyone here was helpful and professional. They offered solutions instead of sorry, cant help you (i.e. Lexuss corporate). Justin was amazing in helping us find a solution, Robbie kept on top of things, Lacy was incredibly friendly. I would recommend Western Slope Toyota to anyone who needs work done on a Toyota product. When I am in the market for a car, I will come here first. Thank you so much, you all are great!
I needed a 60,000 maintenance and my break pads were just on the line between yellow and red. I appreciate that all work was done on the same day so I was only without my RAV for a few hours and not two day! 😎

Had vehicle serviced, warranty work was done and all is well again.. the dogs are happyI was seeking a vehicle to transport our LARGE dogs in. no one around town had a fair price, and no one offered a warranty on older higher mileage cars.... i found a great deal from April at the Toyota lot. it was below private party blue book, had a 1 year, 12,000 mile warranty . and we were able to solve a minor mechanical issue before i picked it up.... it was great doing business here, again.

Repair estimate provided and work was within estimate. I was kept informed of progress. Issue was diagnosed accurately and a 1997 T100 Clutch assembly was brought back like new. Western Slope ensured that the entire process was seamless for me.
We took our new 2021 RAV4 in for its 5000 mile check up. We arrived 10 minutes early and were greeted politely and they said it was no big deal! They were very professional and explained everything they checked thoroughly! We were very pleased!!!
Toyota service is expensive. But every time I get my Landcruiser serviced there it runs like it’s brand new. And is 9 years old!

Great experience at Western Slope Toyota. Carlos did a great job coordinating the work that needed to be done and it was ready early. They helped me figure out which was the right truck for me, which I was only able to purchase from a different dealership because it was a rare model Dalton did not have in stock. Even though I was not able to purchase from Dalton, he was extremely helpful and professional and congratulated me on finding the right truck. I would recommend buying a Toyota from Dalton. Just bought a 2020 Tacoma from these guys yesterday. Fantastic crew of people they have there, just champions, all of them. Sales was very chill and straightforward(Taylor was great) and financing equally chill and straightforward. Ive bought a lot of trucks over the years. This dealership really stands out.Oh wait! The coke machines gives change in nothing but nickels so maybe just 4.9 stars out of 5.
This Dealership is very convenient, Lindsey was awesome and very welcoming, The manager Justin was so down to earth and honest! I had a little hiccup but all and all they were great! Helped me with every little thing I needed and even went the extra mile! And I mean that literally! My little hiccup was that after my service I had a rim fall off and lost on the road..lol..I was a bit surprised but I gave them a call and let them know what happened and they made it right! They even delivered it to me since I couldnt make it back to the dealership for a couple of weeks! Everyone was super helpful and nice! And their honesty is refreshing! They definitely won a return customer 😁
