I love my Ford Escape and take good care of it so I only go to the dealer for service. Being relatively new to Grand Junction I have been to Western Slope a couple times and each time the service was spectacular. My latest appointment was handled by Brittney and she did not disappoint. Fast and economical are two words you dont typically use to describe service at a dealership but thats exactly what I got at Western Slope Ford. Bravo!

Dan Wright is quite literally THE MAN - what an incredible experience here!! Dan Wright, Brian Towmer, and Jeremy Lambert all stayed after hours, answering our questions, and taking their time to make sure everything was the absolute best it could be. No doubt these are the kind of people you want on your side when making a big purchase. They were extremely accommodating and had also NO ISSUE with us changing our minds extremely last minute -- redoing all the paperwork with ease! What a crew they have here, make the whole experience a breeze. 10/10 would recommend.

Western Slope Auto Company rocks! By far the best staff on the Western Slope. Our new Ford Bronco arrived in great shape and they were prompt about getting it ready. All of my concerns were addressed and they provided me with some terrific Ford options that will make my ownership easier and more enjoyable. Extremely disappointed in this location! I woke up to a flat tire on my F-350. I called ahead and customer service said theyd try to help me. I used my air compressor to fill up the tire. It lost 5 PSI on a 5 minute drive - you could hear it hissing.When I arrived, Cody the service advisor said they couldnt help me because theyre appointment only. I told him it was a shame they didnt have enough staff to get me taken care of, because I wanted to buy new tires and would take my business elsewhere. Thats when he decided to argue with me, insisting that they run their business the right way. He basically said, we have plenty of staff - 25 guys right now we just wont help you because you dont have an appointment.Cody was even reluctant to fill my tire so I could make it to another shop.I could have been stranded with my 3-year-old daughter on a 97 degree day.Anyway, I went to Discount Tire and got new tires. They had them installed within an hour and provided great service. Im writing this review so that other customers are aware that this Ford doesnt care about their business. Also, hopefully management reads this. Ill probably be in the market for a new Ford soon and I wont be buying here.

I just have to thank JD for taking the time to help convince us that the car they had was NOT the right car for us. He literally laughed when I told him I want a $300 a month payment. Insulting?? Not at all! Especially, since the lowest car price they gave was still $5,000 more than the same one we bought the same day over at Suburu. Oh, and we enjoy the enormously upgraded Titanium we got vs the SEL they had. Same year, same model, better trim level, lower down payment, way lower out the door price, and monthly payment where I wanted from Suburu down the street! I owe it to JD! One star because you’re number one!

Worked with Scott Stockermer on a 2021 Bronco. Scott was helpful and there to answer questions and deal with all the issues related to ordering this vehicle. Took Ford over 15 months to deliver but that’s wasn’t Scott or Western Slopes fault. Scott kept me up to date through the whole process. Once the vehicle arrived Scott got all the paperwork in order and it was a quick visit to sign and take delivery of my new Bronco. This is the 4th Ford/Lincoln vehicle we have bought from Scott and I wouldn’t use anyone else!

Intake technician (Jordan) had limited knowledge of the service I needed. Needed 90,000 mile service on a 2008 Volvo but I got a $148 oil change and a recommendation for new tires (it only took six hours to get that much service) Wont happen again! Had talked to service earlier and was told they could service the Volvo. Unfortunately I took the car to Ford side. The ticket listed the car as a VW, but even after telling the tech it was a Volvo, he was not smart enough to send us to the Toyota side. While waiting for the car, I talked to the young blonde technician on the Toyota side and she was more than helpful and explained how the Toyota side could service my Volvo but also explained there could be wait time involved due to parts or supply availability. The Ford technician did not reset the maintenance reminder. I took it the Toyota technician and within minutes she was able to reset the reminder.

Trinity is amazing! We ordered the new Ford Pickup in late February; not knowing that production would be delayed due to a lack of computer chips.Trinity graciously talked with the husband regularly while waiting for the truck to get a chip and be transported.I was surprised this morning when she called to say the truck was here.Thank You Trinity for practicing patience with my husband.

We were on vacation and our truck broke down. We had AAA tow it in to western slope Ford on a Sunday night. Bright and early Monday morning we contacted Nick in service. Nick was courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, thorough and very helpful. Got our truck back on the road for us. And our vacation was saved! Had a bad fuel pump ! Sold my Grandparents a car that was having problems. The man that sold it to them HAD to have known it had problems. After signing papers they were told the radio didnt work, although irritating and deceitful, doesnt seem a huge deal. My grandparents drove it home, parked it, and then my grandpa got sick and passed away within a couple weeks. My Grandma, obviously struggling with a great loss, gets left with a car that has a dead battery every couple days. This obviously has been a huge stress for a new widow and grieving family.. Thankfully after a few months we talked to some kind and honest mechanics.Turns out the broken radio was draining the battery and this is a common problem in the car they bought. A common problem that the dealership knew about!! The dealership and man that sold them the car absolutely knew the car was having problems. As often as the battery died they had to have gone and jumped the car before my grandparents drove it home!! There is no way they didnt know the car had a problem!!!These people are absolutely horrible human beings!!! You should be ashamed of yourselves!!

Nick the service rep was wonderful...the service to vehicle was not. The lights were not reconnected and i had to climb under my truck to do this myself. This was after my truck was there for 4 days. To be fair the actual repair seems great but very unprofessional that the lights we not reconnected.

I would highly recommend Western Slope Auto Service Department. I came earlier in the afternoon with a nail in my tire, hoping to get it patched. I was informed that the tire could not be patched and would have to be replaced. Since the tire was a Pirelli they did not have it in stock, but could have it there the next day. I was one of the first appointments the next morning and they got me in and out.

Scott Brega came out and provided information about all things truck. I told him what I was trying to accomplish and he provided the info. Then the most amazing thing happened… He let me walk off the lot with no pressure. An informed, knowledgeable, experienced, salesman that is confident in the quality of his product behaves like this. Scheduled Lincoln Aviator for recall and pre collision warning ot available going off. Was scheduled for over a month.Kept the car entire day and returned it the next day and said they will needed a part to complete the recall service. Pre collision is still still going off. Had to wait 6 weeks for the Ford service to get me in to fix a broken driver seat control. Had already used a multi meter so knew it was the switch panel or control module. Was quoted 320$ for the module and 615$ to fix the issue. You can find the part online for 145$. Real kicker was they charged me 100$ to tell me something I already knew. They did not disclose to me there would be a fee to identify the problem… I will not be coming here in the future.

Just recently had service provided for my deceased Mothers 1999 Crown Victoria Ford car and her 2005 Ford Ranger truck. Both vehicles were her pride and joy, even though she was unable to drive either one of them at this time in her life. I remember very vividly when she purchased both of these vehicles at Western Slope Ford. She was so proud of herself and the decisions made. My brother assisted with the purchase of the Crown Victoria to make certain this vehicle was the right choice for her needs and safety issues. With the help of T.R. the sales lady, my brother gave the final word for our Mother to proceed with the deal. She drove her car with great care and always kept up with the required service needs by trusting the service department at Western Slope Ford.The Ranger truck was a random deal on a weekend after my Mother saw an ad in the local newspaper regarding a sale on new trucks. Upon arriving at the dealership to look at the new trucks, she was told the truck of her interest was already sold. Darn, she said. I was too late. The salesman took her into the lot to see other trucks. She spotted the Ranger on the used vehicle ramp out front. She immediately looked at the truck and ask to go for a test drive. Both of us drove the truck to make certain we were comfortable with all the mechanisms and how the truck handled on the road. This test drive ultimately resulted in her making an offer to the salesman once we arrived back at the lot. I was SO proud of my Mother at this time. She drove the truck until she was no longer able to get into the cab by herself safely. During those times, I always respected her wishes and knew the truck meant so much to her; therefore, I only ask to drive this vehicle when deemed necessary on my part.The truck was always brought to the Ford for required services and two recalls on passenger air bags. We consider the Ford service department like family. The staff understand our needs and always fulfill the services to the best of their ability.I really appreciate the genuine service always provided by the entire staff. Another important item is the electronic records kept on all the vehicles my Mother bought and had maintenance provided through the service department. Friendly salesperson (Red). Quickly responded to any questions I had and was completely upfront with the production backlog and that it could take up to 120 days from order to delivery. (It actually took 90 days). With such a demand for trucks and the short supply, I understand that there is really no room for negotiated pricing, but still felt I received a fair deal.

Truck needed the motor replaced. Typical... Not Western Slope Fords fault. Communication was weak. Had to continually call for updates, Didnt get phone calls back promptly. Twice my contact says he was sick and I didnt get a phone call back for 5 days twice. 5 weeks to get a motor done. Trucks washed and all ready for you out front! Ahhh... No its not... Oh... washed it myself now its already for you. Spent $13K... Expected better service.

Not a pleasant experience! Waited 10 days for my appointment! Asked for brake work, tire rotation and oil/filter change. Brake work wasnt completed (Only inspection)!!!! Tires were rotated but, they loss a lug nut and said it was MISSING when I dropped it offNot happy at all!On a positive note the service techinican( Lindsey) did call me the following day and offer to order a lug nut and give me a 10% discount. Not goid enough!

Very upset to have an oil leak in f 250. As a tourist, I turned to a Ford dealership for help. They wouldnt even look at my truck to let me know if I was safe to drive it to go find help somewhere else.in all my years traveling, I have never had a dealership tell me they couldnt even look at my truck to let me know if I was safe or not fit me in as someone on a road trip and unfamiliar with the area

The service department is absolutely no help. I have never been to a dealership where they completely ignore travelers who were towed in. They told me to come back Sept 20th. And all i was asking was to speak with a technician or diagnose the problem. I pretty much already knew the problem, i just wanted them to tell me if it could POSSIBLY be anything else. I was asking for 10 minutes max, and they refused and said to make an appointment... even thought i was towed in around midnight. Wasnt asking for a lot, because i know theyre busy but they could have at least tried to help out. Customer service was terrible.

We are repeat customers. Here is why:1. Sales staff are dedicated to customer service and satisfaction. J.D. McFarland was so easy to work with. I came in to look at a vehicle I saw on the WSA website. He showed us that one and while test driving, came up with a couple others that met our requirements. He was very patient as we took a few days to decide, re- driving several vehicles and trying a couple new ones.2. Service Department is top notch. Jordan and crew are top notch. There were a couple items that needed replacement for safety reasons. The parts had already been ordered and were installed after they arrived.3. Integrity to the warranty. Jordan and crew again really shined! The engine developed an unusual sound after a couple months. I took it in to find out why. I got a courtesy vehicle to use while they diagnosed the problem. Jordan called to keep me informed. They discovered the problem, got the warranty carrier to cover it, ordered parts and repaired. J.D. called me to make sure I was happy with the way things were happening during this. I told you that customer satisfaction is a top priority!I would not hesitate to recommend Western Slope Auto to anyone. We are very happy repeat customers.

I had the opportunity to work with “Red” Godwin to purchase a new F-150. This was my first experience purchasing a brand new vehicle, and Red made the process quite easy and even enjoyable. I’m someone who has avoided purchasing a new vehicle for a long time, to avoid dealing with car salesmen, but I would definitely visit Red again. On the back half of the purchase, Jess Williams in Finance was also incredibly easy to work with, and simplified the process a great deal. All in all, working with these two at Western Slope Ford has earned them my business for as long as I live in Western Colorado.
