Ryan was transparent with negotiations and willing to work out a deal in my favor a little bit to make things happen more easily.Im confident in our transaction and I think Im going to get a lot of enjoyment out of my new car. Ive already put some good Colorado miles on it and its going to get a lot more. Im stoked.Ill update this review with how it turns out but I found the process of buying this car effortless.Edit: I read a lot of reviews that talk about dogs, these puppies are incredibly well behaved and very sweet. It is unfair that they do not come with the cars.

Very disappointed. My husband had spoke with Connor prior to us driving almost 6 hours to get to this dealership. We asked what all was wrong with the vehicle we were interested in. My husband having trust in the information he was given was super excited to go get the car he has been waiting for. When we arrived they were not prepared at all. Car did not start so they had to jump start it. Did not sound pretty when it did get started up. then for the test drive. it ran, but it was rough. when we asked to have the price lowered he explained that it is to be expected when purchasing a vehicle with high miles. My husbands response was that it wasnt to much to ask to have it running right. Connors response Ehhh, with a shoulder shrug I would not put trust in this company if they are so quick to not address your concerns and respond with a Eh. thankfully we found a vehicle on our way back home that was the same price but it actually ran correctly. so thank you Connor for your lack of professionalism

Ryan was great to work with when we bought an SUV. He was open about the vehicles history, provided CARFAX without hesitation. He put it up on the rack so I could crawl underneath to inspect the frame and drive train for myself.I keep on eye on the CT lot whenever were talking about a vehicle. Hes always got a nice inventory, used vehicles in great condition.Ill definitely consider purchasing another vehicle from Ryan in the future.BTW, his Boxer dogs are both sweet. One is more friendly than the other.

A month later, I purchased the vehicle as planned. Found some small issues during the test drive and although he was not obligated to remedy as the truck was purchased, as is...Ryan fixed the issue quickly with no cost whatsoever to me. The people here help you as much as they can to get you the car you want from them, but I have a Range Rover 08 that I bought about 4 months ago and its already showing me a lot of problems. You guys might be able to sale great looking cars but under the hood its just the opposite.

We stopped to check out a vehicle and were accosted by a pair of boxers who were off leash and barking loudly at us. I asked the owner if they were his dogs, and he was not the least apologetic for their behavior. I cannot imagine how he expects to sell any vehicles.

I can only give 2 stars. Yes the people were friendly and non-pushie about me buying the vehicle I was looking at but I dont think they have their vehicles inspected at all after i drove the vehicle a couple times I decided to buy I knew there were a few issues with it but minor until I got it home i found a list of issues that were not mentioned to me and for how long they had this I should have know something was wrong with it more then I could see. The list starts off with the stuff I knew about the shocks were going bad no big deal there and had a small oil leak needed new tires and an alignment all cheap and easy to fix then to the things that I didnt know none of the interior lights work (only looked at this during the day so would have never thought to check this) the tie rod ends, steering stabilizer, the 4wd hubs on the front axle imploded, the back hatch doesnt lock and the ball joints all had to be fixed after only having for 1 week and its not my daily driver I had only driven it 3 times before it went into the shop to be fix almost $3000 in repairs and its still not all fixed and to top it all off after the alignment was down I come to find out the frame is bent. This was the first and last time I will ever go here

(updated info since the owner responded)Sorry for experience Felecia, but when customers immediate tell us that a Toyota Tacoma we have listed is 10,000 dollars over blue book it is hard to take them serious. We search everyday for clean Toyota products and we know the market very well, and we would love to sell Tacomas for under kbb wholesale like your offer, but that is unrealistic. We are also more than willing to make someone a deal on a Tacoma, but please check the market a bit more before making accusations and completely unreal offers. - Response from OwnerYou guys lie too? I have it recorded for comparisons on possible Toyota Tacomas later when I make a decision. I said kbb was 16,000 but I offered 19,000 knowing you guys have to make a living too. Your pricing on it was 22,500 that is not 10,000 over what I offered, do some math and its 3,500 over. Even if I went by the kbb pricing it would be 6,500 over. I asked why it was priced high to see if there was an upgrade that could not be visibly seen; I was willing to listen to what you had to say and make a deal but right off the bat you had to put me down from the first sentence when I asked a harmless question. Why would I want to give you guys thousands of dollars from my savings when you cant handle a phone call professionally and then lie to make yourselves look good on the internet? I hope you guys sell the truck so you can make a living but it wont be me because I am not going to reward such behavior. Maybe whoever picked up the phone was just having a bad day but in my experience you dont treat customers like that because anyone is a potential buyer. I wouldnt like working on a Saturday either, maybe thats where the attitude came from. Good luck, Car Tunes, hope the rest of your week picks back up.
