Alpine Glass installed a seamless shower door in our master bath three years ago. We’ve had them out twice to correct a clamp hinge that was slipping, making the shower unusable. The hinge failed again several weeks ago. Alpine has been unresponsive after assuring us several times that they would schedule someone to come and fix it (again). So, three weeks have passed without use of our master shower.The problem’s root cause was a faulty installation; three clamp hinges, rather than two, should have been used to support the glass door. I will now be using The Glass Guru.I’ve been told that Alpine was recently bought and is choosing to only service high-dollar jobs, leaving other former customers to fend for themselves.

We used Alpine Glass to install home gym mirrors. The entire team was absolutely phenomenal to work with. From their professionalism on the phone, appointment confirmations, and quality of work, we could not be more satisfied. Marion, Terri, Preston, and Andrew all were wonderful to work with. There was a slight imperfection on one of the mirrors, and rather than leave the issue unsettled, they all went above and beyond to install a new product that we were happy with. We will definitely use Alpine Glass in the future!!

Poor Quality installation!! Did not have proper equipment for the installation i.e. ladders, or saws. Broken one of the glass shelfs in the garden window, no replacement for it. I haves been trying to get a call back for over 6 weeks no response from the owner. Milgard will not send any one. Left in the middle between the Manufacturers certified installers and the manufacturer. I would not recommend either of these companies.

Had Alpine Glass come out for an estimate to replace existing widows on our house for ones that open. They were very reasonable and the guys that came were very professional and personable. We liked the quote and ordered the windows. It only took a few weeks for the windows to be made and ready for install. The guys showed up a little early on install day and had everything replaced and the new windows in within an hour (fascinating to watch the process!). They did all the clean-up and took all the old glass with them. I enjoyed working with Terri (ordering and payment) and she made sure that we were satisfied and happy with the new look. I’ve never dealt with the process of having windows installed, and honestly thought it was going to be a long, annoying process. I am pleasantly surprised with the ease in which this was done! I highly recommend this company for their responsiveness and professionalism, as well as pricing! We are very happy customers.

We engaged Alpine Glass to install a frameless glass slider shower screen for our common bathroom and they did an excellent job. Workmanship is superb and the screen turns out to be prettier than we thought. We especially like the clean modish line of the brushed nickel trim on top. These guys did a great job installing our window and sliding door. The windows made a huge improvement on our house. The installers will friendly and helpful. My kids were listening to them interact with each other and they commented on how nice they were to each other while they were working together (really appreciate that they didnt use any profanity, but instead if one of them got hurt the other would ask if they were ok). They installed a glass steam shower enclosure in our new master bath. Their bid cam promptly, at a reasonable cost. From the time we agreed to the contract to installation was about a week to 10 days. The install was done on two separate days. Presten and Andrew were very professional and the enclosure looks beautiful! I would highly recommend using Alpine Glass of Grand Junction! I’d add a picture but am unable to do so.

Alpine Glass replaced some window panes that had failed (manufacturer did not stand behind their own product), and everything about our experience with Alpine Glass was positive. The service was prompt and courteous. The installers were extremely professional and friendly, and the results are a very dramatic improvement. I absolutely recommend Alpine Glass and will go to them first for any future window needs.

I cannot rave enough about the service I received at Alpine Glass. I had broken the glass in a window while working on a home project. This was a Hurd vinyl clad wood window and according to both Alpine Glass and the information I found on the internet, replacing glass in these windows is difficult and can be iffy, if not impossible. I asked the folks at Alpine to please try as my other option was to replace the entire bank of three connecting windows. They assured me that they would give it to their expert staff and a couple of hours later, called to report that they had successfully replaced the glass. They were honest in their initial assessment yet willing to attempt a difficult challenge once I was fully informed of the risk. Their professionalism was exceeded only by their kindness!

We just designed and built our dream home. The quality of some of the subcontractors left a bit to be desired, but not Alpine Glass. The coordination of design and installation of shower stalls, cabinet glass, and finishing touches has been beyond compare. I would recommend Alpine Glass to all who ask about our new home. We recently had Alpine Glass of Grand Junction install new glass shower doors in our home and had a good experience. Alpine provided several options for glass products, accessory finishes. Once we made our material selections the quotes received were complete and easy to understand. Presten and Andrew took field measurements and answered all of our initial questions. The lead time for fabrication of the glass was well within the time line confirmed by Jana in the office. The delivery and installation went very smoothly followed by an area clean up! We needed three pieces of glass to fill in one rectangular and two trapezoid openings in our bedroom wall. Alpine glass came to measure it but assumed that the rectangular shape had right angles. The same with other shapes. Whoever cut these openings in our walls did not do a good job and none of the lines and angles would be straight/right. When we picked up the glass pieces, they would not fit. It took SEVEN trips to Alpine glass to have them cut it here and there, and little more here, and little more there... so then they finally fit but Alpine glass also narrowed one piece where not supposed to so then we had a large opening there, a hole between the wall and the glass and had to deal with it. We were installing it ourselves and maybe we should have had Alpine glass install it. With all the irregularities of the walls it was pain to cut the glass right and even bigger pain to install it. We were not happy with their poor measurements and cutting of the glass. However, their secretary is very nice and treated us very well even after we showed up for the seventh time...

I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life. After a 2 week delay to complete the installation of my windows, they arrived at my home with the wrong sized windows. When I called and asked the owner of Alpine Glass (Jeremiah) what he planned to do, he replied you need to call the manufacturer. Basically saying it was my problem. The owner and the company are just out to make quick cash. AVOID AT ALL COST.

They acted very professional and were extremely quick in replacing our borken bedroom window. No broken glass was left behindThey both apologized for our inconvenience, which was not their fault to begin with.I highly recommend them to assist you with any glass related needs you may have!
