This company went to a lot of trouble to help me get a difficult to find part for my garage door that I did not even purchase from them, and they werent even making much money for all the trouble. Great customer service. I purchased the door from a company in Rifle who did not even respond to my inquiries about the part.

TOTAL JOKE! This Company installed 5 BRAND NEW Overhead doors in my shop building a little over 2 years ago.I contacted them within the first year of owning the doors, claiming that 2 of the doors where very hard to open, the owner said he was sending out some spray lubrication for me to use on the rollers and I never received it, nor ever heard from the owner of the company again!!!Now the doors are out of warranty, they are very hard to open and they want to charge me for adjustments, traveling fees, ect. ect., when they knew for over a years time that I have been having trouble with them.For all the money I spent on these doors Im shocked that they go to this extreme of not taking care of a CASH PAYING CUSTOMER. More then likely all the doors need is a small adjustment, possibly tightening up the springs (Less then an hours work) and they basically refuse to fix them..The owner said hed keep my phone number and the next time they where in my town hed call me (And CHARGE ME A SERVICE FEE). SInce I live 125 miles away and the E&E Owner basically said they dont come here often, I probably will never hear from them again..Perfect EXAMPLE of GETTING SCREWED for NO REASON AT ALL! And Over a small minor adjustment --- WOW!

They were experienced, got the work done as scheduled, and friendly. I liked their personal approach and quality work.They were the only company in town that could repair (not replace) my garage door, saving us lots of money!
