Excellent communication. Quality installation. Replacement window arrived ahead of schedule. Was hoping to repair exisiting window, but replacement was the better option and price was very reasonable. Will definitely use Glass Guru again if I need windows repaired or replaced.

My first experience with the glass guru was replacing some rain glass in a cupboard when selling my old house. They were able to match it up even though we had lived in that house over 10 years, and the product was great, and came very fast. After buying my new home we decided to use them again to install a doggie door in a glass panel. The door ended up being really tricky and was quite some work to get the glass out. The finished product wasn’t quite right. Joe, Bree and the team kept their word and found a door guy, replace the door, and made everything perfect! It’s hard to find a place these days where people really care about what the customer thinks. This company by far exceeded my expectation and I would highly recommend them to anybody in the valley. They are all very friendly and take pride in what they do! Thank you all for your hard work and dedication.

Glass Guru did a wonderful job installing some large new windows in my home. They were quick to come out and measure, and they were happy to accommodate my altering of the quote *many* times. The windows took forever to get in, but I know that the fault belongs completely to the manufacturer. Glass Guru even checked in with me periodically to tell me that the windows were still held up in production, which was nice. Their contractors spent the last 2 days installing my windows, and they did a spectacular job! My home is 115 years old and nothing is straight. Yet the guys spent hours working and brainstorming to make my windows looks the best they possibly could. They could have easily thrown the windows in there and not done much finishing work, but that was not case. I am normally very picky and critical, but I was able to see how hard the guys worked at making things look great. I would recommend Glass Guru again in a heartbeat.The only issue that we ran into was a broken latch on one window and a very unsquare window on another. Yet both were the manufacturer’s issue, and Glass Guru has already placed the order for the replacement and said they would contact me when they arrive to make the adjustments. I’ll update the review if I run into any issues with that, but I am not expecting any.

Glass Guru installed four pieces of very large glass for our new passive solar home. They did an incredible job. We called 5 different glass companies before choosing Glass Guru. They were the most friendly, knowledgeable and professional so the choice was easy. Also, the prices were very affordable. We really enjoyed doing business with them and we recommend them highly.

We just moved into our new (10 yr old) house. We have a small patch of grass in the middle of the back yard with 6 inch concrete edging and surrounded by 1-2 inch rocks. It’s a desert landscape. So I took the Monday off work and bought a weed eater and blower. Long story short, the weed eater slung a rock and shattered the full length window next to the sliding door. My wife was less than happy...Glass Guru gave us amazing service from start to finish. We can’t thank them enough. The owner came out the same day to measure and got the glass on order immediately. WE loved working with Joe at the Glass Guru. His pricing was accurate, financing easy and the quality of the product and installation was above expectations! The difference it made to our home included the almost complete elimination of outside noise, increased efficiency in our heating bills due the air tight installation and just a major difference in the warmth of our home. We could not be happier with the service we received from everyone. Upon installing the replacement window the technician saw what was a very small flaw in the new glass. It was so small one would have thought it was just a speck of dirt. He could have ignored it, but instead he told us and arranged to get a new glass made by the factory. It took a couple weeks to get this done and installed but we were glad to know the local business was so honest with us. The installer even made a special trip back to the house to give us a can of window cleaner after we joked we would have to wash all the other windows so they would be as shinny as the new one. Go job guys!
