Good product but in my oponion if youre going to sell a product for home owners you need be open on Saturday when most home owners have the day off so they can buy parts or offer the parts through Lowes & Home depot.

We bought a 15 year old house recently, so when the garage door recently busted a hinge, we called the company that did the original install to get a quote on a new door. My husband called, and the woman who answered the phone was rude, but she said we would get a call by the end of the day. It was Wednesday. So Friday rolls around and I have the day off so we go in to their storefront. More rudeness from the woman in the office as she refuses to acknowledge the call earlier in the week. She takes our information again. We stress that were will be out of town next week, so we really need someone to call us today. The next Tuesday I check my voicemails- Im out of state and had my phone off while presenting for a workshop- and David had called, he made a big deal about my husband not answering the call and having a full voicemail box (he was out of cell phone range anyway, as we said we would be). He then made it sound like am imposition to have tried calling me. I did not, and will not be calling back. If you dont have time for new residential business, then just be straight about it. This company received high praise from an acquaintance of mine. Guess you have to be an old customer to get service.

Called to have 2 broken springs fixed. They came the next day, took them about an hour to replace the parts and they took the time to tune up opener. I was shocked at the affordable price as I expected to get a bunch of extra fees like you see with other handymen and professional trades. Affordable, fast, efficient, and really nice repair men.

Their customer service is lacking. Our contractor used them to install our bay doors. They are out of Grand Junction and we are in Carbondale. It seems to be an inconvenience for them to come up this way to fix a door that has never worked right since installation. I called Monday morning and was told someone would call me back to let me know when they would be up this way. On Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. I had to call and find out when they would be here.

They came the next day good service and affordable!!! Thanks

Scheduled service took off work to be there when they show. They did not show and when called they said that I was not on the list I will never call them again.

Called to have an estimate to repair an opener, they were very professional, and timely. Estimate was very reasonably priced, had them check out another opener at a different location, and they had all the parts to fix it on the spot. Overall, they installed a whole new opener at one house, then fixed another opener at a different house all within a few hours, 5 stars!
