I got a washer and dryer set. They were very helpful in finding what would work best for me. The delivery team was great. My experience was great!

I bought a dryer from this place and the first guy I dealt with was nice however I only used dryer twice and it stopped working, asked them to look at it and they took it back to look at it (had to pay for delivery again) they looked at it brought it back and it went out AGAIN I asked can they just switch the dryer out if “nothing is wrong with it “ and they refused to do an exchange but said they will look at it however they can’t come pick it back up and I had to keep paying delivery . After speaking with Brian, Jose and David I still wasted 225 dollars . Nice men but did not make sure customer was satisfied. Very frustrating

I had the same horrible experience that the other two reviews had. I bought a dryer and it did not heat up or dry my clothes, I asked the man that brought it out to my home if he could come fix the issue and they gave me the runaround and never came out to come fix it. Poor customer service and lack of communication!! I repeat DO NOT BUY ANY DRYERS FROM THEM!!!

Terrible experience bought a dryer it didn’t work after three weeks then they came and repaired it two week later it broke again they not only spoke to me so rudely they also refused to refund or fix the dryer again. 400$ Down the drain. Had to call a repair man just to find out that when he came out and fixed it the first time he just put it back together and knew it was problem! Single mom of two and he didn’t care at all because he had my funds already!!!!
