I have a few items from them. My payment habits have been more on the good side rather then bad.I would sometime even pay extra and before my due date. It was only when I was hospitalized and it between jobs that I didn’t pay on time. But they way the call, text, and attempt to charge my cards you would think I never make my payments on time. I never signed up for auto pay. Btw. Outside of what seems to be harassment they’ve been cool to deal with I do keep all my Payments I’ve made in a book written down to make sure I’m not being over charged. Only because of stories I’ve heard.. seems they bother the good paying customers more then the non payers

The worst place in Greensboro to rent for. These people take money off your card and swear youre on AUTOPAY when you are clearly NOT. They are thieves and the furniture is raggedy. Shouldve known better because when I went to rent one lady was blessing them out about bedbugs on what they swore was brand spanking new
ROACH ALERT! Do not get any furniture from this location. I am renting from the Highpoint location and they had to get my t.v stand from Greensboro. When the delivery guy started to unwrap the t.v stand, roaches came running out and there were also roach eggs as If they were living in there for a long time on the shelves. The delivery guy was in total shock and had to hurry it back onto the truck before they got off the tv stand. I sure hope nobodys furniture that had to be delivered was on there! They definitely need to clean and inspect their inventory before sending it out!

Staff are professional and hard working, products: you have to insist on new items if you are 100% sure your going to keep the items. My main concern is certain items are double priced, washer and dryer, $1,000.00 lets say, theyll sell the same items from 900.00 more or double or even more. The only way to get a good deal you have to take items thats already been used, and even with that the price is still high. And I realized its not the staff its what the head quarters do.

The staff are great. I loved when we could pay online because it was super simple. Now you will be charged $10 to call in and make a payment?! Thats ridiculous! I can pay by text but only when I receive the text. So if I need to pay early I cant. I never do auto draft because I like to physically pay my bills. So this new system of paying is horrible!
Customer for years, I have paid off a number of things sometimes with a few kind words 😏 I just kept it real, paid what I could and paid when I was supposed to and it all worked out.
Terrible customer service.. however, Sandra is a very lovely individual. Also the y’all African guy that does deliveries. (Not to sound ignorant but I don’t know his name). They have good customer relations at first but that quickly runs out once they feel like you have invested enough money into your account that you probably wouldn’t leave them. If your payment is due on Saturday they will call you Saturday at 9AM to remind you of a payment (kind of irritating when it’s the same thing every weekend first thing in the morning) I work 40+ hours a week I would like to get rest on my day off and not be bothered about a obligation I have already prepared to take care of once I get up for the day. I decided to end my agreement on my own, so it wasn’t due to non payment or anything. They will lie and stick together to save their own behind or lie about how many associates are in the store at the time if you are calling with a issue or complaint. ( I suspected this so I actually made a follow up call about an issue only to be told by the associate they were the only one in the store and was swamped with in-store customers that they would get back with me) After hanging up the phone I walked in the store only to find out that they were not the only associate in the store and not ONE single customer was in the store !!!!! I am now doing business with Aarons and I am a much much happier as a customer.
Best way (get it😉) to rebuild your credit and enjoy the items you want most!.

I canceled my agreement, returned the product and the didnt want to give me a refund. Not to mention they took out money from my account as well and I no longer have the furniture. Very unprofessional.
I hope Mr Parker gets to keep whatever hes not paying for since yall let him use my phone number.
