I called this company to have my driver window repaired. The lady on the phone told me that my glass would be there at 3pm. When I arrived, I asked her how long the process would take to which she said 1 hour. Not only was the glass NOT THERE, I sat there for over an hour without them telling me ANYTHING. I overheard the guy working there calling about where the glass was. When it arrived IT WAS THE WRONG GLASS. Not only did they not care, but the guy told me he can call and try to get the glass for installation another day or I can “bounce”. As a first time customer this was horrible. They don’t even deserve 1 star. Call anyone else before you try these people. Professionalism and customer service is something they know nothing about.

They DO AN AMAZING JOB ON SEMI TRUCKS WINDOWS AS WELL! It started out with a slight mix up with the windshield ordered for my husbands semi but Joel went the extra mile to fix it. He was patient although I was upset. It wasnt their fault but the vendors! Joel even drove out of his way to correct our order .. He literally picked up the windshield himself! I got my windshield replaced a little over a year ago. Everybody on the phone and the desk staff were all very helpful, knowledgeable, and exceptionally kind. I was able to wait while they installed my new windshield. I havent had any issues, no leaks, or anything like that. A few months later, I went back to have them replace the motor in my drivers side window that had stopped working. I would definitely recommend going here.

I worked here for 3 years. Good for the price and they have warranties on the work. So its good for that. Just questionable people that work there. But overall its a good place and they do good work.

First I received 2 different quotes from these people for my vehicle. Both which were under $400. I wait over two hours before they call me and tell me that they quoted me the wrong part. Now they tell me I the glass I need is $700. Way more than what was originally quoted. Spoke with their district manager but it was to no avail. Zero leadership and accountability on their part. I would’ve gladly taken the glass and a discounted price but to inconvenience me and not even try to make it right speaks volumes about the company. Very dissatisfied customer. I will never spend a cent with this company and will tell everyone in need of glass services to go elsewhere.

WORST SERVICE I’VE EVER HAD!!!! We dropped our vehicle off and they seemed nice..when we picked our vehicles up we noticed they broke the trim on the seat and a part was missing which they never mentioned to us! we went back in and found the pieces and it still doesn’t work right and they didn’t offer to replace it... once we got home we noticed that there were bolts missing in the back seat from where they took it out and the 2 they had put in weren’t even tight and the seatbelts weren’t installed properly! We had to drive 35 mins back there for them to fix it and then they told us they lost the bolts and they don’t have someone there to go get them and made us go buy the bolts then they would refund..once we got back with the bolts there was no one available to do it and so now we have to do it ourselves which made it a waste of driving over an hour! And there was still a ton of shattered glass in the backseat so we also had to clean that ourselves! I would not recommend this place at all to anyone! Waste of money

I have bought a number of windshields and have referred numerous customers of mines as they have been my go to windshield company for 8 years. I was quoted $110.00 for the windshield so I was a little surprised at the $9.00 delivery surcharge fee on my bill from the other company to them. Total price was $127.04 including tax and surcharge. Everyone has to pay taxes but I should have been told of the surcharge as that actually makes the windshield $119.00 instead of $110. This windshield is for a 1968 Dodge charger that I quoted for a customer since they dont install due to the age of the car. So knowing these extra fees up front is important. I guess its time to start shopping around for a new glass company.

I had to replace my Windshield on my 2013 Toyota Camry SE. There price was about $190, compared to over $400 and Autolite. I saved half of what I would have spent there. The front desk were friendly and knowledgeable. The techs were professional as well. I would recommend going to them vs. the big chain places that jack up the prices.

After working a 10 hour day shift in another city, I made an appointment for windshield replacement service that was to be at 5:15 pm in which traffic affected my arrival time to around 5:40 pm, the helpful staff wasnt argumentative at all. Good, took about an hour wait. Did have an issue. With the first time with an air leak. Bit brought it back in a few days later to get it fixed, minor inconvenience.

I got there there, the lady told me to come back in an hour. All I needed was someone to tell me what was wrong with my driver side window. I go back in an hour and I still have to wait another hour. The man then goes to look at my window, press the button a few times then tells me that its the motor. I had already had the regulator. I took the regulator back then went to get the motor. i The motor and regulator are separate on VW. I asked him how could he tell and he broke down the reason he felt it was the motor and not the regulator. The next day I go back with the motor. The desk lady or whomever she may be is late. About an hour late actually. A man goes outside with me to check out my car with me because shes late. He doesnt know anything about it. He says I would have to wait for her. She finally pulls up. Me and another customer have just walked in so we are both just standing there while she has us on hold. After Ive already been on hold for 45 minutes already. She asks me to have a seat, goes to the back, comes back and makes a phone call. Her phone call is very loud and ignorant. Saying that she doesnt have her glass and that whomever is on the other end of the phone better get her glass to her right now or he would regret it because ALL THE PEOPLE sitting in her waiting room were waiting for it. So I assume those people will be sitting there all day. She then looks at me a WHOLE like hour and 15, 20 minutes later that I walked through that door, whats my name. I told her that the young man had just told me that he was not sure if they could even do it. She then told me that well he told me that you needed the regulator and motor. I said no he said just the motor. She then puts me on hold again. Then is trying to get my information. I said no. Stop. Apparently there has been some kind of miscommunication because he said motor, you said both. Im not gonna sit here all day just for my window to not go up in the end. Then I say can they look again. She proceeds to get an attitude then says well i can get them to look at it. Goes back. Talks to someone, comes back with the same attitude saying well I can get him to look at it again but he told me that it was the regulator and the motor. I asked her had he just told her that she said yes. I then decided to leave. Very unprofessional. No organization. No structure. No waiting room. They move very very slow. I would never go there again. I went to Kenny Auto Sales and he started on my car right away and was honest and helpful!!!

I went 3 time and my front window shield fix still not rite the molding incorrect I see the molding inside my window shield the car windshield top outside overlapping guy at auto zone said it was a really poor job for 220 I wouldnt lie I wasted my money

All I can say is this place was awesome. So I contacted them online Saturday morning because someone busted out my back window. A couple of hours later a young lady calls me letting me know that they received my request but unfortunately they had to order the back window and will not have one until Monday morning. I was a little bummed out about it but it was ok. So I drop off my car Monday morning and later that afternoon the car was ready. No broken glass anywhere and back window looked great. Plus they also found the projectile that had broken my window. Lets just say thank God there was no one in the vehicle at that time. Great job Auto Glass now. Prices are great as well.

They did a good job, but didnt tighten one of my wipers so I ended up having a series problem when it rained. And one of my did panels is not all the way down. But no leaking. So Im happy with the outcome and price. I dont live in Greensboro, but when I come back in town I will bring my car back to you guys for the panel and wiper. Thanks

We came here to get our glass replaced in our car after a break-in (our glass was smashed). A few months later, the window glass is running off-track, meaning they didn’t repair it correctly. Not done yet: as we are repairing the glass, we open up the car door (literally, take it apart) and we see so much of that old broken glass still in our vehicle, behind the door where the glass sits. Would NOT recommend 👎 they do not do a thorough job, they do not care. Almost $200 for this?

Slow moving, unprofessional business. I beat the owner and employees there, I was sitting in the waiting room with noone here, for about 15 min before anyone even got there, literally the first one out of three and the last one to leave almost 3 hours later. An employee was complaining about not having a raise, slamming doors. I was told it would take an hour but I waited an hour before they even pulled my car into the bay. It was just a lot going on for it to be a business and I will not go back. Not worth the headache.

I had neither, I had not one but 2 vehicles serviced at the Greensboro location! I was giving misleading information told different pricing and charged something totally different than what I was originally quoted they claimed they had no notes and to add to the situation was lied to! So NO !!!! I would not recommend!!!

Today was my first experience with Auto Glass Now in Greensboro, and it will definitely not be my last! I called first to get a quote, and Lisa was fast, efficient and helpful. After calling around, it was clear that Auto Glass Now beat all of the competitions prices. When I arrived for my appointment, my technician Mike went over my car with me and was extremely helpful with pointing out exactly what needed to be done, as well as any potential complications or future issues. I was really impressed with his knowledge and the fact that he went above and beyond to educate me about the process. My car was done before I knew it, and my overall experience was a 10/10! I really cant say enough good things about this establishment and its employees.

This is a long-standing establishment, still in an old building but is easy to see with the yellow paint job. I went there to replace the windshield of a car I was going to sell. I picked this particular business because my father was an insurance adjuster for many years and this was a place he trusted to do excellent work at a reasonable price. I came to the same conclusion after being a customer. The atmosphere was like being with family, the husband did the windshield while I chatted with his wife, who did the paperwork. The owner has a long and storied history of owning fine vintage cars, so he clearly took pride in doing a great job. I highly recommend them over any other place in town.

I broke the vent glass and this was the 2nd place I called for a quote the price was a lot cheaper then the 1st and the man I spoke with (Clint) was very friendly and said he could get me in today! I was in and out in less then an hour and the installer Mike P. Did a great job! Super experience all around! Highly recommend!

First time trying to use company and ended phone call instantly after information about the windshield was given.

If I could give 0 stars I would... I called for an appt, I get there and my glass isn’t ready... they told me to come back in two days and we’ll give you a 20 dollar discount... I live in Mebane and driving to Greensboro isn’t that convenient... fast forward to my Monday appt, I call just to be sure it’s ready, the lady who answered the phone said that she would check and give me a call back.. the liar never did... I went to the one in Durham and they were able to get me in on the same day and their price was cheaper than Greensboro’s...

But I noticed the ceiling of the car fabric with the wood peeling when I went to pick it up, they said theyd schedule a date and time to get it fixed and a week later I had to call them twice just to have them claim it was already like that. I knew it wasnt, they take a before labor report on every previously damaged in the car before they start the work on it and they never noticed the ceiling peeling? They refused to fix it and said it was already like that when I knew it wasnt.

Wow!I broke my windshield trying to remove the coweling to work on the purge valve. I have a 2015 Ford Escape. I originally went to Safelight and they checked with my insurance. I have a $500 deductible. Safe Light wanted $475.I sent Auto Glass Now an email. After double checking my details ( water sensor, dimming mirror, etc)., I got a quote for $239. Plus change. The windshield was there at my appointment time. They took me early. I waited, and was told it would be an hour and a half to two hours. It was ready in 45 minutes.The installer took me outside to show me a problem. With the size of the windshield, he had put a 1/16 inch of a scratch in the clear coat. They offered to get it taken care of. Really? I couldnt even see it. I told him life was too short and not to worry about it. He said he really cares about his work, and wanted to make sure I knew.Bottom line...yes its a small place that doesnt stand out, but they care about their customers, do quality work, do it at half the price, and are really very nice people.If you need auto glass, or car mirrors...GO HERE...I cant recommend them enough.You made my day.

GO ELSEWHERE, dont wait to be cheated and lied to by this place, I went in for 2 windshield chip repairs and after I complained they admitted they only repaired 1. Then the bait and switch, they offered to apply the cost of the repair to a new $450 windshield. Why would anyone want to be cheated and lied to again. I went to Safelite and I was perfectly satisfied, as a matter of fact I have used Safelite several times since on company vehicles without and issue. By the way this place, AGN, is unprofessional and a DUMP!

I was just in there today. (8/2/2019) I called that morning at 8:00 as soon as they opened for an estimate. I was greeted courteously by Shannon on the phone and was pleasantly surprised with the results. Mind you I have an old 1988 Chevy Celebrity. I had called other well known places such as Glass America, Safelite, and Windshield Glass. $251.00 and $267.00, and $250.00 respectively. Safelite gave me a $50.00 discount just because I had done business with them before, and I was told that it simply cost more because the car is old and the glass was not as in demand as others. Thanks a lot! Even so I thought how unreasonable old car or not. Shannon gave me an appointment at 10:30 and I got there a little early. I was taken aback at first since the waiting room was overflowing with customers and I asked her should I just come back the next day. She said no that some were leaving and they had 4 techs on hand. They took my car back no more than 10 minutes later right at 10:30. Believe it or not they were done in less than an hour way before 11:30. I appreciated Clint taking me out to the work area and showing me why my car was leaking and was honest enough to tell me what to expect given the car was old with rust around the concerned area, and that they would do their best to alleviate the problem as well as they could, and Thomas the tech assured me as well he would do his best. He sanded the rusty areas good and applied the sealant well around the new windshield. My pleasant surprise was that it just cost me $179.00. I mention all these prices just to show you how other places charge way more than necessary. It was well within my budget without the Ow!! effect. I in fact had an appointment with one of the other places this morning and I canceled to find out other quotes which I should have done to begin with. I am glad I did. This was my experience with Auto Glass Now, as a first time customer and a returning one if necessary. They were simply reasonable. Will leave updates further on if needed.

I made an appointment a few days ago for today, Saturday. When I arrived I was told that my appointment was not in their computer and that I would need to reschedule. Mind you I have used this business several years ago for a windshield repair and everything went smoothly. Maybe they have a new manager now? I was very disappointed and they will no longer have my business.
