We had this company come out to get measurements and a quote for a piece of glass we needed in our bathroom. They came out and then we were told that they would call us back shortly with a quote and that our product would be available within 2 weeks. After they left, we NEVER received a call regarding a quote. In fact, I called the office and they seemed to have had a hard time finding our information. We were put on hold and then we were told that they would call us back by the end of the day. We never received a call. I then called the next day (the 2 week mark), and got the same thing. They would have someone call me back by the end of the day. I asked did our product get ordered and the lady that was on the phone said she couldnt tell me this information. Its two weeks out and we have been waiting and you cannot tell me anything? Interesting. We then get a phone call and they say they are calling to give us the quote. 2 weeks later, when the product is supposed to be here. When in reality, they forgot to uphold their end. They seemed to have forgot that they came out and that they never followed up. Very unprofessional and communication is horrible. I do NOT recommend.

I have used binswanger in the past two good results but this particular transaction was fantastic they designated a rep and each time I call I was able to get back to the rep easily he took my order he walked me through my options he took a deposit over the phone to get production started he worked my order in for first thing the next morning and in fact it was ready so early I didnt pick it up for hours after they had done it...Knowing the process is so fluid I will stop procrastinating when I have a glass issue..Sub note I am a big fan of the big box DIY construction businesses and they do fantastic work. However in this case I went to a big box thinking that that was my easiest solution parked walked 250 yards only to find that they had shut down their glass department temporarily because of staffing...The point is use a local provider thatll take your phone call use binswanger!!!!

Ordered four sets of plastic window latches. They charged me $59.21. That comes out to $14.80 per set. Found out EVERYWHERE on line they cost $5 per set and free shipping.On top of that the facility is filthy and they don’t all wear masks. Just got a really uncomfortable feeling in there.

I shattered the glass in this frame by mistakenly putting it in my trunk, and forgetting to tell anyone. So things got stacked on it. I called to Binswanger hoping to God that they do this kind of repair because this picture is over 10 years old to me. The quality of their glass is unbelievable. The price was great considering the thickness of the frame and the turnaround time wasnt bad either. I could literally put this in my trunk now, and nothing will break it!!! Good job Binswanger!

Waited two weeks for glass table top, they broke it and then I waited two more weeks for it. When I arrived for pickup, NO ONE was wearing a mask behind or in front of the counter. I waited about 30 minutes to be helped, no one said a word to me, and when I said I was uncomfortable with the no masks, was met with curt and frosty response. Will not do business here again.

They do good work here, but their customer service needs some work. I went to pick up some shelves for a curio cabinet I have and the lady in the front office, Donna, was unfriendly and acted like she didn’t want to be there. I asked her how she was doing and she mumbled a “fine” without even looking up. 🤷🏽‍♀️ Maybe she was having an off day, but her attitude made my experience less than satisfactory.

Have numerous rental properties. Had 2 items for repair, one a patio door glass that arrived 2 days later than promised and a replacement window. Replacement window out 2 weeks and still not repaired. Was given 3 -5 day time frame. People friendly enough but price and timeframe a joke. Will take my business elsewhere. Quality of work is great when you can get it.

I had my windshield replaced on my 2011 Hyundai Elantra by Binswanger. Dennis Barker was the installer and he did an awesome job. You can tell he takes pride in the work he does. I would highly recommend anyone to go to Binswanger for all their glass needs, and if at all possible ask for Dennis.

I had my windshield replaced on my 2006 Ford F-250 by Binswanger and they did an outstanding job. very happy with the customer service and knowledge the technician had. Binswanger handled all the paper work for my insurance and made the process very easy for me. I had the pleasure of dealing with Dennis Barker, this man has been in the business for 18 years and it shows. He takes pride in his work and left my truck cleaner inside than when he showed up and even fixed my rear view mirror. I would highly recommend anyone to go to Binswanger for all their glass needs, and if at all possible ask for Dennis.

We visited this store to get a glass made one time and it will be our last time .The employees are rude. They make you stand there and wait before they even acknowledge you . Then they dont know what theyre doing . Never again will we go there !!!!!!

I am highly disappointed with my interaction with this company. I had an appointment scheduled for an employee to come and replace my windshield at my work. I am a single mother and had plans for my daughter and I to leave after work for our trip. Well an employee showed up as scheduled to install a new windshield but a few minutes later he told me he was unable to repair my windshield because there was a crack in the windshield he brought with him as a replacement. First of all, this concerned me because a legitimate business should not send an employee out with a faulty product. Then he proceeded to inform me that he would not be able to replace the windshield because he had other appointments to get to. I called the branch I scheduled the appointment with and they were less then understanding and the guy sounded like he could care less. So in the end, the company was 100% a DISAPPOINTMENT.

Worked on our behalf to get some very different glass products for our home and beat the competition. Our experiences have been excellent.

The only two employees I interacted with werent wearing masks, didnt make an effort to socially distance with us, never smiled, and were extremely curt with us the whole time. It was a bad experience.

After weeks of no one willing to work to fix my glass, I called here. It was extremely cheap compared to other places. Im happy with my glass replacement they even vacummed the glass out of my car. It was pretty fast service, will reccomend friends, and family members.

5 years ago, Binswanger installed a new windshield for my van. A couple of years later, the rubber seal around the drivers side came off, flapping in the wind on the interstate. Upon return to Greensboro, they sent someone out to repair it. Just this past weekend, again on the interstate, the same thing happened, but on the passenger side. Today, someone came to my workplace to repair it. Both occasions incurred no charge. I have experienced great customer service with this company and am grateful for them sending someone out to fix the issues. Thank you.

Terrible service, they kept my broken mirror for 4 weeks, never called me. I called several times to push the completion along.I told them I would pick up the $75.00 job on Monday July 16, 2018 at 8:00 AM.When I got there they had not worked on the mirror at all. So I took it to a competitor that said they wouldHave it ready in 5 business days, at a 10% lower price. Unfriendly customer service, they are in the wrong business from a customer service standpoint. Will not use them again.Russ Hunt

EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!! Unresponsive, incompetent, and not willing to work! I ended up picking up my stuff over 2 weeks of it being in the shop without it being complete and still had not received a quote on how much it would cost to do the job. Would steer clear of this place if you want good service.

I called at at 12 oclock in the after noon and the lady told me that they will be able to replace my window and comes 4 oclock k call they lady says she will be there by 5 or 5:30 and comes 5:30 I call and the place is closed take your business else where

I had my drivers side window replaced a few weeks ago. Last week, the window jumped the track, so I took it to my regualar mechanic to fix, fearing another long wait and more incompetence. I went by today to ask for reimbursement but was told flatly NO. I will never use Binswanger again nor, will I speak well of them in the future.
