I made an appointment online to replace my windshield after shopping the big names and their big prices. I was quoted a flat rate for mobile service and the associates made every step very convenient and friendly. My technician Robert was on time and the whole process took 15 minutes. Not only did they save me $150, but it was just a decent experience and quality work. I say quality work because we experienced a hail storm today and I had no damage or leaks.I highly recommend their services
Made an appointment for July 11th the technician Victor shows up and speaks rudely to my wife then becomes snappy with me. I tell him his service is no longer needed and refuse to let him replace my windshield. I call customer service tell them the entire ordeal and they offer a $5 discount so I reschedule after being promised a different technician on July 25th. Guess who calls me this morning to say they are on their way...Victor! Call customer service they said they would contact me and get another technician. Almost 4 hours later crickets no phone call or email. They are not worth the headache!
Just horrible service called this company to schedule windshield replacement they have a contract with gerber collision & glass but glad America came out they put in a new winshield and never replaced the moldings that was with my windshield to my car the tech was beyond disrespectful he never called me to say when he was on his way or even the work was done. Spoke to a dispatcher who stated they would have my moldings ordered this week . Never did that happen received another call saying the dealer didnt have one of my moldings so I have to wait. Didnt even give me a time frame but was quick to charge my credit card ! I would never recommend them to anyone and will be contacting BBB regarding their services !
