Excellent business. Not only were the they the cheapest in the area, but they also gladly rescheduled my appointment when an emergency came up. They also accommodated my need to have my windshield fixed before I went into work, and had it done in 45 minutes! Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing. I will not go anywhere else. Had a handle of a shovel hit my car going around 60 mph. Shattering my windshield. Called the day it happened they told me to come on in the next day and they would have it fixed! They are so nice and accommodating. Great prices already told all my family they are the place to go! Hands down some of the best customer service Ive ever received! The prices are reasonable too. I called in a panic this morning about cracks in my windshield and they had room for me to come in that same afternoon. I was fixed and ready to go in less than an hour. They will for sure get my business again. Shop local! Cannot thank them enough!

Excellent service at fair price. They replaced my drivers side window regulator for $220 and it took them less than 50 minutes to do it. The Grand Marquis is a hard one to fix. They also cleaned my window and removed all the tape leftovers which I appreciate very much. On the other hand, Green Fords Quick Lane wanted to charge me $800 and it took them 3 hours just to remove the old regulator!! Thank you guys.

I know very little when it comes to cars and I feel like many repair places can and sometimes do take advantage of people. This is not one of those places. I was so impressed with Pat and the other staff at Mc Cains. They are honest, kind and courteous people. If our family van requires anything in the future Mc Cain will be my first call. Use them with confidence.

Excellent Service!My wife needed a windshield replaced while in Greensboro for a conference. I researched auto glass replacement on the Web and McCain’s had all good reviews.I contacted them, and the owner answered the phone and all of my questions very professionally. Their price was competitive with the national brands so I immediately contracted them for the job. They came and picked up my wifes car, saying they could do a better job in their shop, and then returned the car to her the same day.I was very pleased with their service and would highly recommend them.

Best place to go!!! Great prices and incredible customer service.. I had a window that was smashed by someone robbing my car amd they got all the glass out of the window amd cleaned all the glass shards covering the inside of my car and had my car looking like nithing ever happened when i came to pick it up. It was really something special and great people that cared. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Great first-time experience at McCain. Staff is very professional and friendly. They were able to replace my windshield next day and I couldnt be happier with the service and quality of their work.

Previously had service on my front windshield done by Safelite didnt do a good job. I had to go back twice and still not fixed. Called McCain explained the problem. made an appointment that day to see if it could be fixed. He not only fixed the problem, told me to call if I have any trouble. Doubt I will need to call with any other problem associated with that problem but will definitely recommend and go back for all my service for any windshield repairs I need in the future.

I had a broken window on an older chevy pickup.I called safelite and they quoted me just over 300 dollars to replace.I went ahead and scheduled the appointment, but decided to continue calling around.I called McCain and they quoted me 134 for the same window.They were very reasonable on the price, and had a very nice modern shop. I ended up cancelling the other appointment.I have been recommending them to everyone I meet who needs auto glass replaced.
