I had the best experience there today especially with Nancy but John also helped. She really went the extra mile to pinpoint what was wrong with my phone. She searched every inch of that phone and then was online with the technical department who couldnt fix it. I was unable to call a certain area code in Canada. I came back later today after work and she was able to find a way for me to call that # with a certain app. I am very impressed. They are very patient, soft spoken and so helpful. Thanks for all your help!

Horrible service. Was sold the wrong phone and when noticing the mistake (still at the counter) was told sorry all sales are final and there are no returns. They even still charged for the activation and a month of service after finally taking the phone back and then still charged a 30% restocking fee to put it back on the shelf. So know what your buying because they will sell you anything and at the end we lost over 400.00 and have no phone or service. Will be taking this further leagaly. What scam artist will do to get your money.

Agent provided wrong information, the female agent, I think is the owners daughter is extremely rude. Not only rude to me but rude to the older man before me. She became upset when I said they are selling defective phones. The agent stated I had 7 days to return the dev & 30days to add insurance. A text from yesterday said I had 8 days left to add on a device I purchased on 2/14/18. Thats not 30days. On the 4th day having my phone it starts popping like its having electrical issues & shuts off. The 6th day it popped again. So the 7th day I called boost inquirung about a feature & the agent also said 7 days but said I had the phone 8days (which is recorded). I shouldnt have issues with a brand new device 4 days later. The rude girl in the store said 3days & I need to go to Samsung for a warranty. I spoke to the owner who said the agent in her store did not tell me thay because she the owner & she knows. Why do I have to go thru warranty to have a phone repaired that supposed to be brand new. Something is wrong with that picture.

If I could leave no stars I would they gave me a defective device that only works for 10 minutes at a time to send the phone back I have to pay more money and pay for a loaner phone the whole store is a scam and they are rude beyond belief no customer service what so ever DONT GO HERE!!!!!
