My uncle and I were serviced by Destina and she was nothing short of amazing. She was very patient with my uncle whom is technology challenged and was extremely patient with him. She was attentive and speedy with her service she was truly a pleasure and I would recommend her to any and everyone.

Went in to explore upgrade options. The salesperson, Eddie, was fantastic. Polite, patient, professional, and engaging. He presented options I hadnt considered that ended up saving me a ton of money. He was great to work with.Went back to handle setting up my new phone but Eddie was on vacation. Worked with Jesus this time. Again had a great experience. Had some complicated curve balls but Jesus handled them.

This store renewed my faith in great customer service. The associate Derek went out of his way to make sure my problem was taking care of, and this was not an easy task. He takes the time with customers to assure you have the accessories you will need without over-selling ones you don’t and would have to return later. Paul did great welcoming me in and letting me know there would be a wait but he periodically checked on me and reassured me that it was almost my turn.Once I was checked in, Hubert was great while I was upgrading my phone. The associates at Friendly are polite and professional. They always take care of my needs with a smile.

I went to update my cellphone, the representative Bryce, was outstanding. He helped me to do all the process, received the cell the next day. Went back, same representative. EXCELLENT person!!! I walked into this store location, and wasnt greeted by any of the four employees at it. One sat on a bench just staring off into space for the entire 20 minutes my mother and I were in the store. Another finished up with a customer and just walked into the back. Another was helping a customer, then the customer walked off, she looked at us like what are you all doing in here, and never spoke. And the other was busy with a customer the whole time. So we never received any type of acknowledgment that anybody wanted to help us at all for 20 minutes. So we went to the store on Battleground and was greeted, helped, and taken care of in about 15 minutes. In and out.

I was told I could trade in my old phone for $350 to apply to my new phone purchase. Once I bought the new phone, I was then told I would only get $35 because I paid cash for my phones.

If you are looking for help !! This is definitely the right place (nor the one on Wendover) I went to trade in my previous iPhone 8. The first sales representative (Jesus) did a good job and he did place an order for 2 iPhones for me which I got a week later . After a week I did realize that the one I need is the iPhone 12 Pro (for my work) . I decided to go and exchange it . The person who took care of me NEVER madre eye contact and didn’t take the time to understand my situation ... he just told me, go to the office in wendover but you have to wait 45 minutes because it’s close . I went and did waste my time, as soon as the opened, the lady who took care of me told me that they don’t have the iPhone 12 Pro..No body asked me to place another order as the first sales representative !!!I wish I would have read this profile in advance to go to another place because I hate feeling nobody cares of my time and services ..You can go to another placer for sure !!

First and foremost, Marquez was excellent. Very knowledgeable about product, great customer service and just an amazing personality and spirit. He saved this review:When I entered the store, I was not greeted. 3 associates were in the back and the two that were on the floor were with other patrons, but did not so much as acknowledge my presence until I stood and stared at them. What I received from one was a very lackluster “hey” and a quick glance. The other never said a thing. There is never an excuse for terrible customer service in retail.The manager (who was also a bit dry) came out of the back and asked if I needed help before passing me off to Marquez and that is when an appropriate experience ensued. I came in solely for a screen protector. We talked about the warranty, about school, about when I should weigh my options for an upgrade. He was marvelous. Marquez is an asset to this store and without him I am certain the rating would be lower than it already is.

My visit today was amazing. I was switching from verizon to at&t. Eddie worked with me and he was amazing!! He walked me through every step, and triple checked every information given to him before proceeding. He explained all the plans for me and he was very friendly! He asked questions along the way. I received great service from Eddie, Chris and Paul. I changed from Verizon, where I was a customer for 27 years. I changed because Eddie was excellent in explaining my options and setting up my new account. Chris and Paul were available for questions. Everyone greeted me and they were so kind and knowledgeable. Nah if you need help, this store is not going to help you, instead they will ask you to wait at least one hour and then say no we can’t help you need to call the customer service, where you are going to wait another one hour without reply.

I just went to this location and had a bad experience. I waited 20 mins for assistant and left because someone who came after me received service before ma and we were boyh on the wait list. I had another appointment at 7 pm so I could not stay. I understand it is a busy time of year, but I feel this was unacceptable.

I went in for a new iphone and waited less than 3 minutes to be helped. I was in and out with a new phone & accessories in 10 minutes. Jeremiah was extremely professional and officiant. Employees wore masks and provided sanitizer. Great experience.

Went in to buy an Apple Watch. The gentleman working was more interested about my tattoos and where I got them than my order. Long story short, he put the wrong address down. Watch never came in because it got lost in the mail. Manager tells me to come in there and he will personally help me. I show up after work and the manager doesn’t even come and talk to me. Instead he hides and gets another employee to help me that also didn’t know what he was doing. THE manager did not say a word to me NOR did he acknowledge me and hid the whole time. Had to cancel my Apple Watch order through CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not even the employees at the store knew what they were doing. Extremely disappointed, on top of waiting over an hour For a mistake they made.

I was frustrated with some ongoing problems with my phones and Theresa Bronson at the Friendly Shopping Center location was AWESOME. I’ll be asking for her specifically going forward. Not that everyone there isn’t awesome but she worked miracles and did so very quickly and efficiently and super friendly.

Usually going to the phone store is dreaded but Samar was very honest, very fun and an all around nice person. We laughed and it was like he was a friend. He made the experience very enjoyable and handled everything for us! He was very knowledgeable as well as far as deals, etc. Can’t say enough good things about him and our experience!

I was just browsing and they were friendly. Im with Verizon(10+years) and cant be dragged away from Verizon. Theres not a deal that can be presented, even from the CEO himself, that can make me leave Verizon.

Great customer service. Dont mess with the online folks--they had me doing all kinds of unnecessary things that took way too much time. I went here and my problem was resolved in 5 minutes. Very grateful.

I really wish I remembered the name of the guy who helped me with setting up my internet service last month but sadly I don’t. He told me I could split the $99 installation fee into 3 payments, well guess what? After speaking to 4 representatives and 2 supervisors I was informed they aren’t allowed to do that and never were allowed to do that! He was kind but clearly did not have a clue as to what he was doing, the only thing he knew what to do was to continue to try to push me to buy the tv service even though I stated countless times I have no use for it. He told me I would get my $50 visa gift card within a week, it’s been a month it’s still not here. I don’t know if all of att is this ill informed or if it was just this guy. Needless to say I will not be returning to this location, and I’m cancelling my service with att.

Great Customer Service!!

At&t promised to fix a problem by even emailing me after I wrote a review and I never heard back form them. Typically their customer service is excellent with my cell phone when I call customer service but when you go into this store its like walking into a beautiful high end car dealer but receiving the service of a crooked used car salesperson.

Ha, ASSISTANT manager Zach asked me to leave HIS store for simply asking why he couldnt help me as he just stood by the door greeting no one. He needs to brush up on his customer service skills if he is aspiring to be a manager.

This place is very busy! Would recommend calling ahead or making an appointment.I had a problem with my phone, I walked in and James was able to fix it by resetting something. Zach checked in on me periodally until the task was completed. They seemed very caring about my situation and were there to help. Will be coming back for sure!

I came to buy a new phone because every charger even the recent one that I bought before coming to this store kept falling out. I wasnt able to charge my phone. Turns out a piece was broken on the charger. I didnt have the receipt but the store mgr gave me a replacement at no charge. I left very happy.

This is yet the best store I have visited. Reps are very professional and friendly. The really go the extra mile for the customers.

Thank you ATT on Friendly! From the beginning I was having trouble with my insurance claim with my phone. I had gone back and forth with Asurion and were no help although I provided all information and evidence. I decided to go to the ATT store on Friendly and asked if they could just help me because I was at the end of my rope and the staff jumped to their feet to do so! I would really like to thank Darius because he immediately called Asurion and waited for a representative and explained my situation and demanded that they go through with the claim as he saw that I was telling the truth and stood by me until the issue was resolved.
