I dont have cricket I did a long time ago but I was living in the county and when I bought 2cricket phones they didnt work and I was told that they would when I bought them soooo I dont use them haha plus when I returned the phones I couldnt get my full refund back sooo soooo good luck with that

Nice Deals for New Customers & Veterans

There was an error after paying my bill with the computer system which shut down. and viewed my payment as incomplete. The Rep which took my payment was helpful but when she called cricket customer service they was not any help at all. I had to call my bank which they verify my payment went through and the rep from cricket customer service, not the store, said it didnt go through. So I payed $63 which now have to be investigated. I been a cricket customer for 10 years and very upset on how they took care of this situation. They only credit me $5 and I had to pay an additional $10 and altogether I pay $73 today for my service to only be on for 7 more days during the investigation. After this situation I am really considering switching service.

The girl that help there is very nice and helpfully. I recommend highly this store.

Maddie (sp?) is the rudest customer service person Ive ever dealt with...she wouldnt let me upgrade my boyfriends phone even though I have all of his information and had attitude about it to boot. If Cricket doesnt want money, thats fine...but they should think about who they choose to represent them. Id give a 0 if it would let me.
