Staff doesnt really know much about the phones so its up to you for in depth info. Customer service ok and phone selection kinda slim. Otherwise great choice for affordable phone service

The local store at the location was helpful. Answered all my questions and even took the time to tell me about the phones. The only issue was upon arrival the attendant was not in the store but outside socializing with people that had pulled up in two cars to have a conversation. A small safety issue for the store but good work once she was back inside

They sold me a new service but sim card was messed up and calls kept getting dropped. I asked them to provide me with new sim card and they wanted me to pay again, even though they sold me bad one. BEWARE

FINALLY new faces, great new management, very kind and helpful, clean store, professionally organised, the new people in this location brought me back into doing business with them after i had really bad experience with old crew, now i can say this is the best cricket store that i have ever been to, specially in Greensboro, now they really deserve to be the corporate store like they used to be, and the most professional crew i have ever met, will definitely come back to bring more friends to join and get $25 for me and whoever i refer with refer a friend program that they offer, specially around the customer appreciation day that they have on some weekends to get great deals and promotions

This store was one of the best and now since owner or management changed its the worst. Dont go here. The customer service is awlful. The gentleman from overseas is horrible. I went to buy 2 apple s9 800 each and because of his service I went to battle ground. I suggest you do the same. I have 5 phones with cricket this almost made me go to t-mobile.

I was just in the store with my mother the store manager was very rude refused to help us saying he was busy even though another employee at the time was washing windows. The store manager also made threats towards my mother and called her a loser as she was leaving the store have never had such bad customer will not return

This place sucks I would not send Satan himself to this place let me swipe my card twice before they said oh btw we have had an issue with our computer today now I have spent the last 30 minuets making sure my numbers were not ported over and making sure my card won’t be charged multiple times don’t go here
