Tryna sell my cell phone. The website doesnt even work properly and I also tried calling the number provided on the website multiple times and no answer. Sometimes it goes straight to voice mail box and sometimes it just rings. Which mean they are basically ignoring or rejecting the phone calls. If you tryna run a legit business, least ya can do is pick up a call. If I can rate it 0 stars I would.

I dropped my phone in a parking lot. Immediately the screen showed a thick, white vertical line through the screen. Took my phone here and within 30 minutes, I was out with a new screen. The experience was wonderful. The prices were reasonable, and the staff was excellent. They know you need your phone to work, and that it is frustrating when it doesn’t. Their care was the best part of my experience. Wonderful service. Highly recommended!

One of the few places I found that would work on my Surface Pro 5. It took a long time for the replacement gas to come in, but that wasnt their fault. They were great folks. I would have given them a five star if they had been a little more communicative, especially with the delay. But I was very happy with their work.

Came here to get my phone screen replaced instead of getting a new phone. ( l Like the phone I have) refered thru a co-worker. Had a minor issue after replacing the screen, they ordered the part needed & replaced it in time frame promised. No additional cost was added, thats what I call good business.Would I recommended them, yes I would. If you need repairs or looking to buy a phone, tablet, etc. Check them out.

Sent a message on Facebook and never got a response. Still havent been able to get in touch with them. Now whenever I send a message, it shows a red error next to each one I send, just to their page.

This store was recommended to me by a friend that buys used phones here and have only heard high remarks. Wonderful knowledgeable staff, fast service and good prices. My husband cracked the back of his phone and had water damage, after taking the back glass to be repaired at a different phone repair place tried this place after the first repair place wasn’t helpful. We were fully prepared to buy a new used phone to replace his work phone. The staff was wonderful with running a diagnostic first to see if it could be repaired and it was. They repaired it in a quick timeframe. Thanks for the great help. We will be going here for any further business with our personal and our business service teams phones!

The whole experience was quick and easy. I was given a great price for my MacBook Air.

They were late getting in, so I would come at the time they say they open. Other than that they were FANTASTIC! They were able to fix my phone that day and bring it to me because I had to work and they are closed the next day. They are the cheapest around from my research but the 279$ was worth it. Aside from them being a little late & backed up they were great!

I took my iPhone 11 pro max to get fixed both sides were cracked. he didnt even program the phone the camera flashes,flashlight doesnt turn on,sound doesnt work wasted $650 i dont recommend him he pretty much scammed me.

I found every employee I encountered to be very knowledgeable and professional. Try getting a screen and a battery for a 12.9” iPad Pro through Apple, that’s a joke. Many local “screen repair” shops won’t even try it on a 12.9. These guys have it together, they priced everything out and offered me options for trade ins if I didn’t want to spend the money to get it fixed. It works like new and I am writing this review on it. Will definitely use them in the future.

When it comes down to repairing your phone, FIVE STARS! However, the customer service could be better. Notifications as to when your phone/ tablet is ready should definitely be thing. I shouldnt have to call to check on the status of my phone. Appointment reminders should be a thing as well. I have a very hectic schedule, so at times a little reminder could help out A LOT.

Great place to buy a used phone. Jay is great! He did in 4 minutes what Verizon takes 1 hour to do. I got my phone at a great price and he activated it on the spot while ringing up my sale. I was in and out in 5 minutes with a new (used) working phone. I will only ever buy phones here.

My son cracked the screen on his 12.9 inch ipad pro. Jaytronixx was the third place I contacted. He was much cheaper than anyone else and got it back to me in 3 days when everyone else said it would be a week to 10 days. The screen was perfect quality. I am thrilled to have found this store and I will be taking all my electronics here from now on.

Honestly wish I could give 0 stars. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE.My phones power button broke and it was constantly restarting. My boyfriend took my phone in for a diagnostic. THATS IT. Only to ask if they could fix the phone. After a whole day without a response, he tried to contact the store with no response. He eventually got an email that was just a copy of his request for a diagnostic. He was never able to get in touch with an actual person, either because the business phone was never answered or was turned off.The phone was dropped off at 11 am on a Thursday. By Monday morning, I couldve had two phones delivered back to back from Amazon, but was waiting on a response from the business to see if they could fix my phone for a cheaper price than buying a new one.So on Monday, having had my phone for 4 days with no contact from the business, my boyfriend returned to the store to pickup my phone regardless of the status. The owner (I think?) Informed him that my phone was in HIGH POINT for some reason, even though we had never authorized him to actually begin repairs. So I had to wait another day, because he allowed his employee to take my phone 30 minutes away from the store, even though all I requested was a diagnostic. He was unwilling to get his employee to return the phone that day, and told us to return the next day to pick it up.Tldr: dropped off my phone first thing Thursday for a diagnostic. Never received any info from the owner over a five day period and had to wait an additional day for his employee to bring my phone back from another city, all for them to have done absolutely nothing to help me.DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE.The owners response to this post was the only response I got from him regarding my phone except for a basic email (probably a copy paste) saying he had received my request.

Went in today and got my phone screen fixed. They were fast and had great customer service. Any question I had they answered with no problems. My phone looks like new. They have the best prices in town!!!! I would definitely recommend them.

Found this place on google and decided to give them a try. They checked and diagnosed my phone first and told me what I needed to look out for and what other issues could come up later on. The customer service was great, and while I waited I was able to watch the tv to keep me occupied. If I need to get my phone fixed, I will be paying them a visit!!!

The customer service here was great. I did the application in the store, it was fast, easy and I was approved for the phone I wanted. Even when the phone I got didnt work with my network I was given a loaner phone until they could order a phone that did work with my network and SIM card. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I came in and they helped fixed my iphone free of charge. Granted all it needed it was a new sim card tray, but I didnt know that and they got my phone back up and running within minutes. Its tough to be in this time without a working smart phone. I’ve been dealing with Jaytronixx for about 6 months and I prefer dealing with them over Apple on any day. Customer service is everything and Ayman and Camille are the best. They make you feel comfortable, they explain everything, they are patient and go out of their way to make sure you’re a satisfied and happy customer. Their prices are reasonable & I’ve bought several items from them over the months. Ive only been disappointed once. But I must admit that they did everything possible to rectify that particular situation. I recommend them to all of my family and friends.

Im not going to lie the free screen protector with an Yelp check in made me come here to get my screen fixed. With that being said I would not recommend Jaytronixx. I got my screen fixed and there was like a weird light on the top. Jay stated it was like that where Ive dropped my phone and the phone is bent. I just took his word and went on my way. I dropped my phone in water and needed to get it. I went to another place this time. You know its bad when the person opens your phone and says You went to Jaytronixx didnt you? Because youre missing some of your screws. But I guess Jay not putting my screen on correctly was a blessing in disguise. Thanks to that my phone didnt have any water damage! So thats why Im giving Jaytronixx two stars.

My phone looks as good as new! It was cracked really bad. You should definitely come here if you are in the Greensboro area. I’d rather come here then go to the Apple store because I know I’m getting good quality for a lower price and purchasing the tempered glass screen protector that comes with a lifetime warranty is a plus! This is my second time coming here once for my 5s and then for my 6s Plus. Everyone is so friendly and it was just a great experience.

I am super late on my review but oh well! I absolutely love this place, Jay was more than helpful. I bought an iPhone 6+ from them back in February and it was in excellent condition. It also came with the accessories for an iphone that HE provided. Also I was able to get a $50 discount from buying it online. Very prompt service, before purchasing the phone I wrote them on Facebook about being able to pick up the phone in store and they responded almost immediately. This was pretty major because I inquired about it before their business hours, and still received a response. But overall Id recommend them to anyone, very affordable, friendly and they know their stuff!
