Went in this morning to upgrade my phone. Anesha started to work with us and from the start had an attitude with us and had 0 information on the questions we were asking. She was short answering questions and we told her we spoke to a Verizon representative online, she was contradicting what the online rep was saying, so Verizon needs to make sure all of their employees have the same information. Ive been to this location before and had wonderful experiences but after today I dont think Ill be back. I dont appreciate being spoken to the way I was this morning.
Ive been to this store about 3 time and I always have such a great experience. The staff here is so friendly and helpful. Every time I come in my problem is solved in like 5 minutes and Ive never had to wait to be helped. I worked with Esaias and Jawon. They are awesome. Extremely pleasant and informative.

Great service. Had the opportunity to work with Jeremy in selecting my new phone and discuss service options. I was not rushed and he took the time to answer any and all questions. I would also like to mention that he is a veteran who has served our country.
My wife and I had a wonderful customer service experience with Esaias, the manager, who literally took hours to explain and prepare our new phones.
Okay so the only two good things I can say about this store, is the store air conditioner works well and its somewhat clean. Music could have been a little lower. Anyways I walked into the store looking into buy a new screen template glass protector. They were people sitting and waiting. One guy was talking to customer by the door. Not trying to be rude but I walk by and went straight to the shelf to see if I could find them. Time goes by, NOBODY asked to help me or nothing! I walked around the store and looked at different areas. Even picked up the iphone7 plus to see maybe I want to ungraded. I just want someone to come and ask me how they could help me but no. So I stood around the group of people for a while until I had enough. Two other employees came out and not one came to ask me. Ill take my business somewhere else if customer service is not priority. ✌🏽

Poor service by one of them. Probably not all of them. This representative had me seated while waiting for a rep to be available. Then a rep was available but instead of assisting me, he went to the line to assist another customer that just got there. I noticed but waited, so another rep became available and insead of assisting me went to the line to assist another customer that came after me. Really bad customer experience!!. I wouldnt come back to that store.
I went to get a new phone because Samsung will no longer roll out security updates to the S8 series. I worked with Dwayne Harley who was not only very knowledgeable, but also patient, polite, and friendly. I had many questions and he patiently answered them all. This store followed COVID procedures--each employee was masked and workstations were appropriately spaced with plexiglass between the customer and the employee. Customers were also masked.
After making an appt., arriving at my appointed time I was dismissed with every question I asked. Salesman not very attentive nor polite. I wanted to buy a new phone and iPad and was told I should go to another store because they could not help me through the whole process. I went to the Verizon on Westover Terrace...great service!
Great clean safe store, everyone has to wear a face mask and you are separated from the Verizon Wireless employees by a clear see through plastic shield.
My experience here was 10 out of 10, thanks to Andy. He made sure we got what we were looking and made the process very easy 😌! Definitely deserve a Raise ✅

Went to this location after going to the Battleground location (and didnt receive any assistance after being there 15 mins...).I was immediately met with a friendly face as soon as I entered and asked what I was looking for.The sales associate by the name of Mary, (nice sleeved tattoo lady) was so dope.My husband asked me to find some smart speakers and I had no idea what i was looking for but told her what it was and she came back with several options and explained each one for me with great detail and genuine enthusiasm.I still dont know what exactly my husband is looking for but I now have a general idea of what a smart speaker is thanks to Mary.I will return when its time to buy and I will only work with Mary!
I went in on Black Friday 2020 to get an XR. The rep said ‘you don’t want an XR’. You want an 11. He said you can get an Apple Watch for $99 with the purchase of a new iPhone. It was a COMPLETE LIE!!! It’s March and Verizon still won’t honor the promotion. They said that wasn’t the promotion. I went back to the store 2 days later and the manager said It won’t show up on your bill for 2 billing cycles...IT NEVER DID!!! I didn’t even want the watch. I had a Fitbit. I will NEVER go back in that store. They lie to make sales and don’t look out for their customers.
Went to store because of problems with my phone that Ive only had for 4 years. Was told that the OLD phone was not compatible with the new software, thought I was going to have to buy a new phone, instead they told me since I had insurance I would be getting a new phone for free ! 👍👍
The Verizon associate was not helpful at all and talked down to my wife. Will not go back to this store again.
Best customer service of local verizon stores
After walking out of one Verizon store due to their lack of proper Covid 19 procedures, we found Kate at the very reliable Wendover location. Everyone there was wearing PPE and wearing it correctly! Kate was very understanding of our needs and we found what we needed in record time. She handled everything well and we came out better off for the visit. Thank you Kate and staff for being there and being there correctly!
Wasnt very busy. Waited for about 10 minutes. They helped the next person that came in the door. skipped me.

Have gone to this store to pay my bill and other services for a long time. Service was good till cover 19. Went to pay the bill and because I cannot wear a mask because of a medical per my Doc. I have a letter stating that SIS who at the door would not let me go in and would not let any one come out to my van to get it and post it for me He came out telling me all these things I could do (not in a very nice way) then said I was NOT COMMING INTO THE STORE TILL I PUT ON A MASK. I left and till he is no longer at that store I will not go back to that store. After 28 years with VERIZON. I will go to another store where the customer service has to be better I hope.
Great customer service. Purchased a new device with a trade in, without an appointment and was in and out in 20 minutes. Safety was a top priority and the entire transaction was done behind a plexiglass screen.
I give this Verizon store 5 stars! I give the phone and chat (online) customer service 0 stars! I ordered an iphone 12 pro max 14 days ago. Picked it up on new years day, and the phone was great! On my wifi. I was never able to use the phone to call people or text because even after calling multiple times (over 11 hours of being on hold total, if not more) and trying to chat online (probably about 3 hours of holding for that and Im not exagerating) I never spoke to a live person one time. I chatted with 2 different people who could not help me get my service on. I returned the phone and cancelled my plan, because who has time for such bs? Lifes stressful enough.
Waited almost 30 min and still did not get what I needed.

I Purchased the new iPhone 12 pro max and had it shipped to my residence. Went to this location to get it turned on and switched from my max xs. I also purchased the charging block and the glass screen protector. I was told in a harsh manner that they don’t put on the screen protector and was told to go to the store around the corner and they will charge $10.00. I paid over $1100.00 for the phone and accessories only to be told that they don’t do that here and to go around the corner and pay $10. I will never set foot in this establishment again. The gentleman in question who stood at the door was very rude. You have lost a customer as I hope Verizon address this issue.

I went in and had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Andy. He helped me pick out the perfect new phone and then assisted me in getting it up and running. I walked out with a new phone that was completely operational. Andy is friendly, helpful, professional, knowledgeable and truly a pleasure to work with. This was the best experience I have ever had at a Verizon and it was due to Andy helping me. Thanks Andy you are the best!

Ive been in and out of Verizon all week trying to resolve an issue that was originally created in Best Buy. When I came into the Verizon store was phenomenal lady by the name mary assisted me to get everything back on track even though I had not spent the money with them. This atmosphere is full of upbeat positive people that make you want to shop. Amber, Asia, Sarah, and Mary are awesome. They have exceptional customer service. Due to the staff this is where I come o make my purchases. I drive by two Verizon stores. phones

My phone was not accepting a charge, so I went to a phone store and was told I needed a new phone due to a bad port. I then took the phone to the Verizon store on Wendover, and Amber-- with a great attitude-- spent 15 minutes cleaning the port, making it work like new. Thank you for actually caring. Saved me hundreds.

Went in to take advantage of their buy 1 phone get one free (up to $750 value). We both got the iPhone XR’s. The bill is so much cheaper than my previous plan with AT&T. Sarah was helpful and informative and in about 30-45 minutes I had our phones and was out the door. Only giving 4 stars because I wanted 2 red phones but they only had 1 available, so I had to get yellow. Overall, it was a good visit.
Had a great and informative visit with John at Verizon on Wendover Ave. My sister and I had a few questions concerning our account and multiple lines on it. Including doing upgrades and purchasing a tablet. John answered all our questions and gave great advice on the best device for my 7yr old son (whom was enjoying the music being played in the store). We will definitely be back in a few weeks to handle business at this location and especially with John. Thank you John for all your help!
Came in with a chip on my shoulder bc I’m not always super happy about buying an expensive phone, etc, and then realized I’m not alone. This staff gracefully handles all kinds of daily saltiness. Wait time was a little over 25 minutes. Verizon worker apologized for wait. Assisted me with my issues fairly quickly. Thanked me for being Verizon customer. He was a whole lot better than the online chat representatives. I give this store rep a 5 star, but the online chat service gets 0 star, online was no help at all
I had the most knowledgeable and patient help I could have ever imagined here and I want to thank Mary for helping me get through some big snags I had gotten myself into trying to switch from Android to iPhone. After sharing my experience with my friends on Facebook I learned she has also helped others and just want her to know how much we appreciate her dedication to giving her best in customer service to Verizon customers!

I wanted to buy a pixel 4 128 gb cash, no upgrade, but it seems they are not interested in this kind of transaction, they prefer upgrade, after waiting 25 minutes they told they dont have it.
This Verizon store is on of the best. Friendly fast service. Good products. They take their time to make sure each problem is delt with. They are ready to teach, and also know how to talk to someone who knows their stuff. I like going to this store.

When I walked in, I was greeted immediately. I did have to wait a few minutes before a rep became free to help. They need more staff. However, my rep was knowledgeable and professional. He did his magic with the SIM cards and I was walking out the door with superior Verizon service within 5 minutes. If you need a Verizon rep, this is the place to go!
Service is hit or miss. Sometimes you can walk in a get assistance right away from someone who is at least a little knowledgeable of their products but other times you have to wait longer than you should only to find out they dont know anything about their products or services.I have been here on multiple occasions only to stand around and wait for assistance while I watch half of the staff stand around doing nothing. More than once I have seen employees deliberately put products on the shelves to avoid having to assist customers.

I went there looking to replace my expiring AT&T account with a Verizon account, simply because of coverage issues. And it gave me an opportunity to get a new phone.So I went in and was immediately greeted by a employee who entered my name into a tablet and told me Mr. Harley would be with me in a minute and meanwhile go look at phones. They had a display set up with various brands of phones. So I looked for a few minutes. The phones are set up now-a-days to give you an intro if you pick them up. After a few minutes the same person who took my name said the sales guy with be with me in a minute and sure enough he was there in about a minute. So far so good. (BTW, there were several customers in there). So we talked about what I was looking for and such and I settled on a particular phone. He was pretty good about explaining the plan differences, and he didnt have a problem when I broke out the calculator to see for myself (pricing differences). When we got to the sale part, he found a tablet and let me log into my AT&T account so we could get the account number, phone numbers to port; this was very convenient rather than trying to remember to bring all that stuff. We were able to do everything on a tablet at a table, no paper, just electronic capture. Had the number ported right then and there - no wait - my numbers were completely changed over to Verizon literally in a second or two! I recommend Mr. Harley, if for no other reason than he was the one I dealt with. Overall a good experience and better yet fairly painless. Phone I got is super too!

5 months later and Im still dealing with issues because the people in this store seemed to have messed up every process since I began my account. From the very beginning they started my account wrong, I was switching from Sprint. They seem to like to rush and not pay attention to what theyre doing and theyve made so many mistakes on my account. Still waiting for my visa gift card to pay off my balance with Sprint, apparently when they entered it in the system for me to get it they didnt put all the information needed....very nice people though...
Verizon is expensive. Plain and simple. But I do like the service and I love my device. So far its been good and in willing to pay extra for good service and a flagship device.It all boils down to consumer desire and financial affordability. If you want the beautiful phone with the unlimited service youre gonna pay $130 a month for one line.There are cheaper services out there and they are good. I wanted the Pixel XL 2 and Verizon is the only carrier that has it.Make sure you read the fine print regarding privacy practices as the growing concern relating to how they use your browsing history for financial gain is troublesome.They already make money from you. Do they sell your data to other companies? Yes. Is your personal information ways safe? Absolutely not. Be careful, be informed, be educated about these enormous companies and how they treat their customers.A friend of mine was a loyal Verizon customer for over ten years. When he lost his job he was unable to pay immediately and they shut off his service even after asking for an extension. They can afford to treat their customers like roaches because they dont need loyal customers. Im ranting now good luck lol.

Came in last night because I was interested in switching from t mobile to Verizon. No one greeted me. A gentleman was standing near me helping someone else. Once he finished he looked over at myself and my family and walked around the entire store to ask others if they needed help but never asked us. Other reps were standing around talking to each other and not helping customers. Finally a different rep came over and asked if we had been helped but looked confused as if he didnt know why we were there? I told him politely that I did not need assistance and left the store. I WENT TO GO VISIT THE VERIZON STORE ON WESTOVER TERRACE and ended up switching to vz last night and got a new phone. The service was amazing at that location. I was greeted immediately and treated with respect the entire time. That aweful experience almost made me not go with Verizon at all.
Talk to Verizon on the phone they did what they could over the phone then sent me to the store the people at the store were awesome had me fixed in 10 minutes all in all an excellent experience
