Don’t let the odd location and weirdly arranged parking lot dissuade you. I bought a MacBook pro here back in 2019. Three years later the computer works great and I’m so glad I didn’t pay several hundred more dollars for a brand new one.They let me download open source tools to run battery diagnostics before I bought it and were very friendly and accommodating.Just do your research and check what you’re buying because sales are final.

Genio did a great job...no complaints. They fixed my cracked screen in less than an hour on a Saturday afternoon for about $100. Works like new.

Please when you go to this place to get service ask for what is been done on a receipt before you leave the place if not when you return they will charge you a different quote from what they first told you. They supposed to change my screen from my iPad, but they didn’t. I wish l read their reviews before going there. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

My iPhone 7 screen went out and someone recommended this place. I drove all the way from Winston and was very satisfied with the service. He said my phone would be done in 45 minutes it was done in maybe 20 minutes. Would definitely recommend!

This place is horrible! They will fixed your screen but please make sure you don’t apply any pressure to it because it will resort back to the same broken screen! It is a waste of money to come here. I would recommend going anywhere else but here for a screen repair. I wouldn’t give them any stars if I had the option.

The back of my phone was shattered and I took it up there to be replaced with no problem, the next day it cracked just holding it in my hand texting. I took it back the next to get a replacement and he tried charge me again. I been there several times but never again.

If you break your phone like I did this is the only place to go. This awesome gentleman can repair them all not like others who only repair iPhones. I broke my new Samsung A50 and Genio Tech of Greensboro was the only local repair shop listed who could repair more than an iPhone. Then after he replaced the broken screen, I dropped it again leaving the shop and guess what he repaired it again. So remember this is the only place for all phone repairs. Daz fixed my phone in a short amount of time and it works perfectly! Not only was he very pleasant but also had the best price of ANYBODY (trust me, I checked them ALL)! No repair service in the local area had a screen for my LG V20 phone, but Daz had it! I would not hesitate to return and have him fix any of my electronic gadgets!Whoever gave this repair center a bad review must have NO CLUE of this business! It was nothing but a pleasant experience for me and I WILL be returning for future services!
