I love how you get to pour your own ice cream and they have several different flavors to choose from, including fat free and sugar free ice cream. They have plenty of toppings to choose from. They have milkshakes and boboa tea. Great family place.

A lot of money for nothing. Tasted like Golden Corral ice cream. They had a couple of different flavors but nothing impressive. Such great reviews…I guess people are easily impressed!!! I personally won’t be returning.

We liked this store! It had almost all flavors available. Overall clean store and friendly staff.

Upon entry to this location it was clean and organized but the 2 employees (one with his ball cap on backwards) behind the counter were too busy chatting it up to have so many yogurt machines down or in partial working order. Regular everyday flavors were absent along with the 3+ machines being inoperable. I used to frequent this location years ago and it used to be a favored hotspot. More attentive work needs to be done here.

Me and my daughter love going on Sweet Frog dates they always have new seasonal flavors, they are clean and they have a lot of yummy toppings to choose from! we will be back again HIGHLY RECOMMEND ! only thing i will say is the snap on lids they give if you would like to take it home dont actually snap on or fit so it defeats the purpose of the lid but still like going here.

Ive been bringing my family here for years but we definitely wont be going back. We overlooked the fact that the bathroom doors were locked and the Christian music we love was not playing, and the fact that many toppings were not available. But then the rude manager attempted to kick us out right after we spent $30 on our desserts because it was 10 minutes past their closing time. I guess customers dont come first to them and repeat business and referrals mean nothing to them either. Hopefully the owners will find a better manager before she puts them out of business.

Both of the yogurts we got tasted like sour milk and then they were trying to NOT give me my money back.

$$$ Good but Costly $$$Didnt have anything we cane for, had a hard time getting my frozen yogurt replaced when they were labeled incorrectly or in the same fashion as the next was labeled; Easily Mistakable which caused getting an unwanted choice.No Cake batter and disnt even have any caramel syrup so we were not satisfied. Cost the wife and I 14.00 with a $7 flate rate per cup Coupon. Would have cost 20-23 without coupon, weighing all the contents.

-The location we visited today was very unkept. Toppings all over the floor, and frozen yogurt mislabeled.-The bathroom was unsanitary and out of tissue.-When the employee was informed of their shortage.-No apologies or care. Just responded with a defensive okay.-Think we will stick to Feeneys from now. 👍

Sweet frog is a nice place to go and relax and enjoy. I came by today to celebrate my birthday. The ladies at the counter asked to sing happy birthday to me and both utterly refused. And when I asked for a sticker they said that there was a charge. I was very disappointed and sad with all of the money that I spent at this establishment that we came for a birthday and that is the result that we got.

Today is the last day I will be coming to this Sweet Frog! For the past few times Ive been watching this one particular employee who is extremely rude and has the worst attitude. I believe shes been talked about already. I sit out in my car and watch her how she treats customers. I noticed how she treats different customers differently. She refuse to give me and my family a cup until we got gloves... which I totally understand because I come in with my own sanitizing gear anyway but then I see other customers with kids(who look different than me)getting their cup and going to the yogurt without gloves. She also told my mom she couldnt use the bathroom to do her insulin when another employee already said she could. I said I wouldnt let this chick ruin my yogurt experience but now Im going to just go on to Feeneys where they are family oriented and polite to ALL!!

No one was present when me and my family entered the building. After we got to the register with our frozen yogurt we waited for the only employee present to ring us up. A young girl with glasses appeared from the back and we were not greeted with a smile or even with general respected she was very rude she had no capability or using manners and she slammed the register shut after receiving out payment. The employees here definitely need an attitude check!!!

You cant go wrong with Frozen Yogurt! Theres something for everyone. I also love that they close late, so I can eat it after a late dinner.

I love the frozen yogurt and selection of toppings, however I think it is of poor taste to constantly play Christian music over the sound system . Not all customers are of Christian Faith in our great diverse country . I have always said you dont encourage your religious or political affiliation at your place of employment ...Children do not need to hear that they are born flawed and broken while enjoying something simple as ice cream ...... You get a score of 2 for poor judgment .

I had watermelon and my kids got cotton candy. It was so good. We wanted sour patch kids as a topping but they were all stuck together. Pricey for what it is.

The ice cream is always good here no matter what, but they had one poor girl working the counter by herself on a WEEKEND and the line was backing up. It wasnt her fault, just poor management scheduling... but other than that its always a nice place to take the kiddos

Of course sweet frog is one of my FAVORITE places, along with the new flavor that just came out. But some of the staff at this location needs adjusting. The tables outside were so sticky, and the employee at the register re registered us for rewards, instead of telling us it was the wrong phone number and to try another (We told the employee we werent sure which number we had used). Just very impatient and more considered about the phone they were hiding behind the register than the customer, no interaction at all from the employee.

It was not the cleanest, but the yogurt was good as usual. Dont get me wrong, they did have a No Weigh Wednesday promotion and they had toppings that were out and the floors and tables were dirty. I believe it wasnt clean due to the fast pace of the line where things got out of hand. And ordinary day, it wold have been more on point and clean.

Rude employee’s! I’ll spend my Greenbacks at cold stone from now on!

Took my family there 10/11/15, we read the sign for Saturdays hours instead of Sunday, instead of the lady who was putting the tables and chairs outside kindly saying, we dont open for another 20 minutes, she shut the door in my face, as I was holding my 6 months old, and my 2 year old behind me! That was my FIRST and LAST time I will ever go there. Its a shame, I drove from High Point to eat there. Thank God Feenys in High Point was a better experience!

A problem for Sweet Frog - the customer experience is not consistent across the chain. I frequent their shops all the time and in many locales. Visited this shop yesterday while on a trip. They had a couple of flavors I had not tried and I asked for a taste cup. Was advised they didnt have them any longer. I asked how I could taste the yogurt and was met with a shoulder shrug. Other customers asked while I was there also.A few of the flavor signs were handwritten and the shop wasnt as clean as it could have been.Not a pleasant experience.

For a person that lives up the street and visit quite often they rarely change the flavors. I know before the new management took over they did a good job with switching flavors up atleast every month.
