On September 2, 2021 I accompanied my father-in-law to get new cell phones. We were promptly assisted by Aaron and he provided us with the necessary information needed to make a decision. He was very professional and courteous in helping us. His coworkers were very pleasant as well. It was a pleasure to work with him. We left with 2 phones. I would go back to this location again.
I have always dreaded needing to update cell phones, due to the process taking entirely too long, and there being too many options. I reluctantly went into the Verizon store at the beginning of the month to complete the painful task of getting my new phone. To my pleasant surprise the entire process and customer service had changed. I was greeted by Chelsea who was able to listen to my needs and wants and was able to to suggest my new phone within the first 2 minutes of me being there. I had to run off to a meeting, but I was able to schedule an appointment with her to update my phone when my schedule allowed. She followed up during the process, and after I purchased my phone. Needless to say I was completely impressed with her customer service abilities. I use the word ability because, in the customer service industry you have to be WILLING and ABLE to do the job to reach customer satisfaction. She 200 % exceeded my expectations and satisfaction. Excellent customer service is not dead, and Verizon made an amazing choice by finally hiring a woman in that location to shake things up a bit. She told me she had just started and was trying to build her clientele, so if you have any type of need involving your phone or phone service, head to this Verizon location and ask for Chelsea.
Alicia was my rep she always takes care of me! She give great service always caring and above anything else she is patient with me. She never tries to rush me out. She takes her time to go over every with me and make sure I understand my phone.
I purchased 2 phones from this location 6/30/21. I had a great experience. My sales representative was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to get all of the promotional offers available. She set up my phones before I left the store. I plan to return to this location for all of my in store needs.

I am extremely disappointed with the service that received. The lady supposedly trying to assist me with getting a phone on yesterday, August 22, was extremely rude an unprofessional. After I informed her that I had been approved through Customer Service for the phone she put me through an additional credit check after which she claimed her computer went blank and had to put me through another credit check. After 3 credit checks in 24 hours she stated “the credit department” stated that I had been approved for a limit that 15 times lower than what I had been informed the previous day after talking to Verizon Customer Service. Not only did she get up while attending to me and talk with customers that came in after me on speakerphone revealing my personal information, she additionally began assisting them with looking for and retrieving a phone while working with the credit department that was on the phone with her for me. I have never been so disappointed appointed with services from a store. I even informed her that I had application number from Verizon customer service. Afterwards, I called Verizon’s credit department and found out what the correct approval amount was and I will be going to a corporate store today to get a phone. I wouldn’t ever recommend anyone go to this store.

We were in Verizon on Elton Way on Saturday and a lady named Alisha helped us. My grandaughter and I got new phones. She was so helpful and patient. We will definitely go back.

Have normally received great service here but noticed that the sales person I usually work with was not there. I believe his name is David. I came in and waited for approximately 15 minutes and all Sales reps were busy. However during that time not a single one of them acknowledged that I was in the store or told me that they would be with me shortly. I got up to leave and again no sales rep acknowledged us or ask us to wait just a few more minutes and they would be with me.
Alicia was incredible. So much help getting a new phone and watch. Made it easy to convert everything from my old phone. Great store all around.
I was very pleased with my service at this location. Everyone was really nice. While my phone(due to incompatibility) wasnt able to be fixed, the staff, Aaron and Kevin(I think?) worked really hard to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.

He is a genuine person and professional who makes time for his customer to ensure he provides the best product/service thats needed. I feel no high pressure non-since that I have come to expect from past experiences with previous Cellular sales folks. I see that he truly understands what I am looking for and doesnt waste my time trying to sell me something that I dont need or look for ways to add to my monthly cost. He looks out for me and my business and in todays times this is a true rarity.

My husband and I were totally impressed by the staff here. This is the best Verizon store Ive ever been in. Im sorry I dont know the name of the employee that helped us but he went over and beyond to help us. He was very patient and thorough, genuinely concerned about the issue we were having. Most of all, the staff there were all very knowledgeable and they helped each other. Listening to some of the conversations going on around us, the other employees were going out of their way to help customers too. We were totally impressed and so appreciative of our treatment there. This store should be recognized for its customer care! We left there feeling we were cared about and valued as customers! Great job they are doing here!

I walked into the store for my appointment to get a new phone that I had set with Aaron Herring. I sat down and we both caught up with one other regarding my situation and what my best options were. I asked my questions and he provided clear cut answers that made everything a lot smoother. After giving my all of my options I chose the best one that suited me and he assisted quickly and with a great attitude. He explained everything with clarity and in the end gave me what I asked for. Great customer service and I am truly satisfied.

Having bounced my old cell into a horses water bucket Saturday night, I couldnt afford to wait two days for a new one to be shipped because, work, and next day delivery wasnt available at our address. After years with Verizon I expected to wait in the store for an hour and spend another hour for set up. Instead, the associate, Josh L., greeted me at the door as I entered, and took the time to ask my preferences, unbox new phones, and answer my questions. He quickly managed the activation and had everything ready to go. I was done in 30 minutes, and his last word was to tell me to be sure and bring the phone back in 14 days if I didnt like it, no questions asked. Plus, everyone working that day seemed to like one another, very pleasant atmosphere. Actually much easier than buying online and found my own setup.
I was amazed at the outstanding service I received at Verizon in Greensboro today! Jovell helped me pick out a new phone, set it up, activate a new line and saved me a bunch of money in the process. I couldn’t be more pleased. The rest of the Verizon crew was also helpful, but Jovell made my day. Big thanks!

I had an appt. with Mike. He was busy with a sale when we got there. A nice woman asked us if she could help. We declined and waited for Mike. People kept coming in. We were all self separating and wearing masks. The Woman, who I assumed was the manager made sure everyone was taken care of. When we got with Mike he helpeemployeed me with all my questions and issues. He was very friendly and apologetic for the wait. Still not happy with the amount on my bill but that was not anything I would blame on an employee.
Nathan gave the best service I have ever experienced. He was most of all patient and believe I can be a hand full with asking questions. His care for the customer was amazing. He gave fast,acurate service considering he had to start me up with new service for home and cell. Such a polite gentleman. I will tell all my family and friends about him. So grateful.

However, she worked hard and called other stores to find one that was in stock. Ultimately, she ordered me a new iPad and even came in on her day off to help me set up. Do not go here. The sales people lie. They do their best to push you to buy things you do not need. Then once they do lie to keep you in it. Beware of this store.

Hey I just want to give a positive a shout out to Mike from Cellular sales on elmsley way in Greensboro . I had an issue with my phone I have been dealing with for 5 days since October 24th he came to my car fixed within a matter probably 2 minutes and I just wanted to just let you guys know how appreciative I am of him .

Until recently, I had never bought a cell phone since my wife always gave me her hand-me-downs. However, this time she told me I was on my own (groan!). I have been putting off going through this miserable experience for two years... I do not even know how to ask a technical question properly.When I walked into this Verizon store, Rakeem Overby had drawn the short straw for talking to an old guy who knows nothing about how to work with a cell phone. I had low expectations, but Rakeem in his calm and reassuring manner helped me abundantly. I now have a new iPhone. He patiently answered all my questions, transferred the data from my old phone, and encouraged me to call him anytime if I have additional questions. I now have a cell phone that works properly and my wife is very happy. Thank you, Rakeem.

I just moved to Greensboro from CT and decided to get my daughter her own line. Cellular Sales was the closest Verizon store. Raquel was quick to greet us and offer help. She found the best possible scenario allowing my daughter to get my phone and get me an upgrade. She was patient and friendly and even helped back up my phone to make the change over easier. She offered advice on internet providers in the area. She was very friendly to my daughter who is still adjusting to a new state. Will definitely make this store my first choice for all my cellphone needs.
Came into this location today with my sister who is a customer of your competitors. I really got into a situation where I needed my phone replaced and I knew none of my information. Caprica was able to take her time and walk us through the steps to make sure I left extremely satisfied. I am pleased to say this is my best experience at any retail location here in Greensboro. Customer service skills are A1 and I wouldnt think about visiting any other location in the triad. My sister is no considering a switch because shes never had such a pleasant experience when making a purchase of this sort.
Deboris is a real asset to Verizon. He has the patience of Job and the personality that all customer service representatives should have. He also is excellent with explaining the concepts of my new iPhone 8 and Tab A devices. He has inherited a great smile from his parents as well as a great enthusiasm for customer satisfaction. Philip was a great help today. My old phone died and had to get new phone. Another store said I had lost everything. I remember I had another old phone and I took it to this location and Philip was able to get my contact list and photo on my new phone. These were part of what had been on the phone that died (they said fried) so praise the Lord and there help I did not loose everything.
Jason is the best! I had been on the phone with Verizon 3x by the time I had got to him and he solved my tech problem in 30sec. Apparently Wendover store that sold me the phone never activated it! I’m so thank for him, he made this process so simple, i wish i came here first!
Capricia was a very nice person to help me with all my needs today. I am very thankful for her efforts to make this process easier for me. I will only work with her moving forward as my account manager. She provided a solution for a more reasonable bill and a new device. I am definitely a happy consumer!
