A BIG Thanks to the ladies at Sephora! I wanted a new look and a tutorial on how to achieve that look. I got exactly that. She showed me exactly how she was using the products on my eyes. And wow! THANKS!

The employees here are great help and willing to do whatever it takes to get you what you needed! I will say I do miss being able to get samples and Swatch and try on items but nonetheless the wonderful employees make up for it. Theres a bunch of wonderful ladies and gentlemen that work there theyre always avoided tell me whats on sale and what they think are good products absolutely one of my favorite stores in the mall. I visit here every time whether I want something or not just to take a look around and see whats new and visit with my favorite employees!

I like the store but can rarely afford the products. The perfumes are awesome however.. especially Tresoir and Aqua di Gio for men which is to die for >:)The salesgirls were nice if a bit inattentive, but all in all a good visit!

Monica who helped me out was awesome. She took time to explain what I needed & how a skin care routine for myself would work. Shes very knowledgeable. I highly recommend her for your skin care needs. I will definitely be asking for her next time I go.

The employees i encountered here were very kind and helpful. I came in to get a product that was released a week ago and they didnt have it on the shelf yet but went to the stock room to get it for me. Was asked several times if i needed help with anything or if i wanted a basket.

Ive always had a great experience in the store. The staff has always been friendly and actually are knowledgeable about what theyre selling. It really makes all the difference when a store has good customer service!

This Sephora location is my go-to. Usually the staff there is very helpful and kind. The past few visits I have been pressured to buy the JC Penny credit card. I understand that this is part of the staffs job, but it is unpleasant when you are being questioned about your credit. I had explained to the woman, that I have encountered more than once, that I am 21 years old and did not have a credit card. She questioned me and then told me I have no credit. I had to explain to her that my rent and bills are in my name, so yes I have a great credit. This was about a seven minute argument, while other customers waited in line. I’m extremely disappointed in this behavior, all so she can be rewarded for selling a JC Penny credit card.

Love the expansion. Just wish they had more if my brand, but what I cant get, I can order. Theyve always been friendly and helpful.

Husband went to the Sephora store to purchace a gift card for me. Was never told they are not good for on line store purchases any longer. Spent over an hour today picking out $75 worth of items on line that i could not purchase. Not 1 of those items in the Greensburg store. Will travel to Ross Park but in no hurry.

Sephora is awesome! The expanded space is unbelievable. I would definitely recommend this sephora.

Me and my mom come here all the time and we buy makeup I just turned 13 and today these people was nasty and very mean I would recommend not to come here again the people who work here followed us around and pointed and stared at us and the manager luara me and my mom was having a private conversation and she was behind us listening my mom told her we was having a private conversation and she moved two feet away I felt very uncomfortable pls dont come back to this place one person was nice to us her name was jiji lovely person Im not going back in finding a different sephora now and going there.........Tiffany

My 12-year-old is really into making her own make up, so for her 12th birthday I bought her a Sephora gift card. I was really hoping they would sit her down in a chair and put a little bit of make up on her, more less give her the Sephora experience… upon entering; the ladies that work there were bad mouthing customers that just left, no one helped my daughter even when there were no other customers in the store, and then they kicked my daughter out… my wife was right across from the entrance the, the entire time… Its sad when a few people ruin a companies name. Ill be taking my daughter to ulta from now.

Worst store ever the employees followed me around like I was going to steal something went in store sept21 2017 1:33 to buy some more things for my makeup collection the only nice person in the store was jiji Laura the assist manger of jcpennys was beyond rude its shame because i shop constantly in sephora and spend lots of money and this makes me not want to come to this store again ignorant and rude and i can see by all the other reviews the employees was the same to them rude please do something about this jcpennys or sephora

I was just in the sephora at Westmoreland Mall and it wasnt a very nice experience. Not one person asked me if I needed any help with anything and while I was getting checked out, the cashier was talking to someone else the whole time. She didnt even look at me while handing me my change. Very unprofessional.

Awful! This place has the most unfriendly employees Ive ever encountered. Ive gone to this store at least a dozen times because its local and they NEVER have the items I need in stock. Its so ridiculous! If youre constantly out of an item youd think theyd stock more.
