Nice people! We enjoyed our first time here. We are iced coffee lovers.. Husband got the Colorado spice and I got (forgot what its called) the one with heath sprinkles it was perfect unfortunately we were visiting but would definitely go back to get another if we had the chance.

This is my first, and definitely not the last time coming here! The staff is super friendly and quick, the nitro cold brew is delicious!! Would recommend checking Milano Coffee out for coffee, breakfast and a relaxing place to study or meet someone.

I love this place! It’s easily one of my favorite places to get coffee and work a bit. Not the most ideal for working all day on a computer as the chairs can get a bit uncomfortable but overall amazing drinks and even better service!!

Espresso was amazing and really chill atmosphere. Needing a quiet place to work and caffinate? Its the place to be!

The baristas were super friendly, have my dogs some water, nice seating area, and they have spicy chai!

This place rocks. Unfortunately a bit difficult to get to by car, easier on foot, but they have great daily coffee drinks. Service is great and staff is so welcoming. If youre nearby, make the stop.

The sheer number of food and beverage items at this cafe deserves at least 4-stars alone. The interior and exterior evoke a comfy but spacious cafe. I ordered the ice chai tea latte which has two chai options; I said I like a spicier chai and the employee kindly recommended one over the other. They utilize strawless-style lids, nice to have the option. I wish I had the time to try it all! Ice-cream, boba, coffee, pastries and sandwiches.. the list goes on and on. Service wasn’t overly warm, they get the job done. Would return again with others to try the diverse menu. The chai was pretty spicy, not too sweet, kept me going for a long trip. It had sediment I wasn’t used to, but didn’t bother me too much.

I was at the doctors office round the corner and searched for a coffee shop nearby and found this. Its easily visible from the main road, has ample parking. Indoor as well as outdoor patio seating. I got the big caramel macchiato, along with chocolate croissant and lemon loaf cake. The coffee was good. I felt the pastries were a little stale, not surprisingly. Also, they have free password secured internet; but beware that it does run a little slow for a commercial establishment.

Small cramped space, pretty overpriced drinks for their quality. Not my favorite.

I dont know how this place stays in business other than the prime DTC location. The staff are the RUDEST people I have ever met! I continually gave this place a second, third, and fourth chance to redeem itself but they are continually more rude and act as if you are a bother to them when you walk in the door. They get an A for consistency on their rudeness and terrible customer service. I will not be back to this establishment ever again and continue to spread the word. Avoid this place at all cost unless you want to leave feeling worse than when you arrived!

I stopped here around 10. The service was very friendly and fast. The atmosphere is very pleasant, and while the pastry wasnt outstanding, it went very well with my coffee.

This is my favorite local coffee shop and I am a weekly customer. The drinks are always well-made, and the service is very fast. Lots of pastries and foods as well as local products for sale which is huge in my book.

Great place to chill and do some homework. Has 4 big cushioned chairs and plenty of hard backs. Chargers are easy to get to and the WiFi is fast.The coffee is good and the music is chill. I am not a fan of their Taro root bubble tea as it is just the chalky powder you can order off Amazon.

A cute little stop where everyone in the family can find something they like. I also enjoy the local options for products you can buy inside the shop. Definitely recommend! 🍦 ☕️ 🌯

Love the simple ambience of this coffee shop. I had the Banana cream latte and the Almond scone and it was delicious !!! They serve breakfast and lunch as well and you can dine in now

The service is pretty speedy with kind and informative staff. I was witness to a few conversations about flavor of coffee, roasts, grind texture and more as you can also buy beans here.Theres a decent amount of pastries to choose from and as a standard check, their chocolate croissant is pretty good. Although it could do better with slightly less browning on the top. The coffee itself is okay, the caramel crunch coffee is a good latte for an afternoon carry in to meetings.Loved the set up and the unique gifts and teas available to buy. It may become a regular stop before work

These folk have excellent coffee and incredible service to boot. I have been here many times and the staff here is always pleasant and happy. The coffee is excellent and they have a roast level to suit everyones taste.

Its a small, open coffee shop with baked goods and smoothies. Friendly staff, WiFi, and right off of Arapahoe so its easy to get to. Theres only one spot to plug your laptop in, which isnt great. But the coffee is good if you can get by on battery power.

Great little coffee house with delicious snacks - I love the chocolate swirled pound cake. Nice seating area over looking Arapahoe Road traffic. Nice to watch those suckers trudging along!Usually decorated with orchids and other plants. Coffees are hand crafted and rival any other shop.Parking is usually more than adequate.

Love the boba tea variety. My coconut macroon was scrumptious and the best taro milk tea Ive had in 3 states!

Such a great place -- Jess is such a delightful barista. I work nearby and cant stand corporate coffee shops. This one is locally owned, and you can tell its run with care. I come here twice a week before work, and it sets me up for a happier day.

Wonderful service and atmosphere. Cheese Danish was amazing and our coffee was a special out of the norm treat. My husband had the Bonfire Mocha and I had the Colorado Spice coffee. Soooo good. Definitely recommend them.

This place was fairly cheap, especially the coffee and hot chocolate. Unfortunately, the hot chocolate wasnt very good but the cafe itself was nice and cozy to stay and do some homework.

Really good coffee. I just got a latte just expecting some milky plain caffeine but it was legitimately good. Enjoyed the location, though it got a little hot inside. Also had a spinach egg burrito 🌯, cannot recommend it enough! Soooo delicious. So much better than most coffeeshop food Im sure you know what I mean.

Pretty good coffee selection. Great tasting pastries when you get the fresher stock. Would give it 5★, but when they dont have the full service that other cafés offer such as heating your food and having such extras as real silverware, well...you need to earn that fifth mark people. :-) Otherwise, good place.

This has been my absolute favorite coffee shop for almost 5 years! The owner is super nice. The drinks are AMAZING! Not only does it have coffee and tea, but this shop has some really delicious frozen coffee drinks, the best boba in town, and all sorts of delightful snacks. Its been my favorite spot to go for mid-day work breaks for years. Keep being awesome!

Milanos never disappoints. I have been coming here for over 10 years. Always a good pick me up. Hand crafted, flavor is always great, service is great! My daughter LOVES the ice cream.

Oh boy is their coffee good! I try to buy a full bag of there dark roast coffees anytime Im near the area. The Caramel Crunch Latte is simply amazing.

This is a great little place with a wide variety of coffee, tea, pastries, and even ice cream! They have a nice selection of boba teas, and are happy to help you select the right drink for you. Today, I went in there needing some caffeine, but didnt know what I wanted for sure. The woman who was helping me asked great questions and let me try a taste of a couple of different options so I could get the exact right drink. They have somewhat limited seating, but its very comfortable (the arm chairs are perfect for sitting and chatting with a friend). I would definitely recommend this place to a friend who was looking for a casual, laid-back atmosphere; its a really nice alternative to the overwhelming number of chain-coffee-shops on this side of town.

Not good by any means. Got a latte and a strawberry croissant. My latte was lukewarm and the flavor was not great tasting. Einstein brothers has better lattes.I wasn’t sure how to reply to your response. Thank you for the effort but I drove out of the way to your cafe because it was recommended to me and unfortunately I’m just not interested in going back there. The service was poor and the food not good

First time here at Milano coffee and Im impressed! The prices are fair and the menu selection is really varied. I liked the different assortment of local products, from locally made delicious breakfast burritos to honey from nearby apiaries (I couldnt resist buying some! ). I was even able to select which roast I wanted for my Cafe Au Lait which was really nice. The atmosphere seems relaxed and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Glad I went here instead of the big coffee chain I was en route to! :)

I live about an hour away from Milano Coffee but was recently in the area for an all day work event. I arrived early to beat traffic and get some work done. On my trip up to Centennial, I managed to puncture my tire. By the time I got to Milano, it was done for.A man, whom I am assuming is a regular customer, informed Annie (the owner?) that my tire was really flat. Annie immediately came to tell me. She and a fellow barista proceeded to help me tremendously. After figuring out there was a Discount Tire half way down the road, Annie offered to follow/lead me over there in her car to ensure that my tire didnt blow out completely on the way. Needless to say, her customer service was excellent! I should mention this was at barely 630am!Although it was a small act of kindness, I appreciated it immensely. I will definitely be visiting whenever I am in the area. I recommend that you do to.

My new favorite Denver-area coffee spot! Nice and spacious, with a whole wall of windows that allows for tons of natural light. The menu is huge! I love the variety of specialty drinks. And the list of treats goes on and on: boba(!!!!), donuts, gluten-free cakes, burritos, oatmeal, and even the ready-make bowls of udon. The owner is so sweet and courteous. Will absolutely be coming back.

Love this place! Im there in the afternoons 2 to 3 times a week, laptop open in a leather chair sipping espresso and getting my work done. The owner knows her regulars by first name. Family owed. Its peaceful, With good background music you dont have to work or talk over.And thank god its not the Mcdonalds of coffee shops, Starbucks.

While the outside doesnt look like anything special, the environment on the inside makes up for it. They have better coffee and prices than Starbucks, and there is ample place to sit. Plus, they have loads of great pastries as well.

I needed a caffeine fix and Google found me this place. I have a new favorite coffee shop! My chai was excellent (they blended sweet and spicy for me) and my scone was the best Ive ever had in a coffee shop. Lightly flavored and not overly sweet. The barista was quick and friendly. Excellent!
