My husband & I have used Target Optical for our Eye Care for more than 10 years. It is easy to get an appointment and you do not have to wait for a month to get in. The care is very honest and sincere. These folks truly care about our vision and will go to great limits to make sure we LOVE our glasses. The follow up and Guarantees are so professional and personable. They truly want to please us. I would recommend them and do to everyone. Thanks for being so good to us for so long!

Cannot say enough great things about this place. Dr. David has been my optometrist for many many years and I wont go anywhere else until she retires in 50 years :) The entire staff is knowledgeable about glasses insurance, everything. The woman who helped me pick out my glasses was super sweet as well!

I called a week and a half after my daughters apt to see how much longer on her glasses, the worker told me it would be that day or the next and they would call me. Another 3 days after this call, I call to see how it was going and I was told they are there and had been but just not checked in, they would check them in first thing the next day??? I politely asked if they might be able to check them in today since they didnt close for at least an hour and I would like her to have them for school if she could. She said she could, so we load up to go get them. Over half way to target, I receive a call from the same lady saying she does know how to get the lenses in the frames but Emily will be in tomorrow is really good at it and will she will do it. It will be two weeks from her eye exam tomorrow. we wont be back.

The staff this time around has been MUCH approved. I dreaded going into my appointments in the past because of the rude, hateful staff. About a year ago I swore to never go again because of the rude women who worked here. They had gotten my contact order completely wrong and then told me it was my fault. This time around the office staff was so friendly and helpful and I’m happy I gave it a second chance.

Emily at Target Optical on 135 in Greenwood really made my experience great. She is such a happy and helpful employee. I came in having a rough day and left in a great mood because she has such a positive and happy vibe. Thanks for your help Emily! You rock.

I experienced flashing light in my eye on early Saturday morning. My normal doc was on vacation so I called Target and they worked me in. Dr. David is FABULOUS!!!!! She explained everything to me, she talked to me, not at me. Her chair side manner was wonderful. The staff they have on the floor I also cannot say enough good things about, friendly, caring and great at their job. Thank you to them for helping. I would recommend them highly.

Emily was amazing, I had problems with glasses I bought about a month ago from the Greenwood Target. She was able to resolve my issue and was extremely nice and concerned with my satisfaction. Great job Emily, I recommend target optical.

I always have a great experience here. The doctor is very smart and efficient and the eye exams are fast and easy! The staff is always super friendly too!
