I shopped Penney’s optical in Greenwood In for new glasses and sunglasses! Had an excellent exam and the service was fantastic! Amy Price went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer! She is bubbling over with personality and is so knowledgeable and efficient! She caught a mistake in one pair and sent them back to be redone. Offered to stay over if I could not get there before closing! She is an asset and a great representative for your optical department! I’m sending a friend there too. Dr. N was nice. Staff is rude and they make it hard on you if you want a prescription to order contacts or classes from anyone but them.
