The people are the most amazing, caring, thoughtful, helpful, well I could go on from days listing the great qualities found at this location. I have spent my entire adult life working with the public, even training people to deal with customers for major corporations, so I do unconsciously judge businesses. The level of care that has been shown by this office is far above my expectations. It is well worth the 90 minute drive to get here.. Thank you to everyone a office for making my life easier and brighter,(because I can see better). You all deserve a big hug.

I had an initial appointment with Dr. Rush and all of the staff I worked with and encountered were great! They were thorough, kind, and answered all of my questions. Whitney did a great job walking me through some of the baseline information she was gathering. Dr. Rush was friendly and updated my prescription and recommended a great new brand of contact lenses and Jenn checked me out and helped me understand all of the financial information that went along with my appointment. I already scheduled my next annual appointment! I would recommend this place to any close family and friends!

I just left my first visit eye appointment with Vision Quest and it was awesome. They were very nice and detailed in everything they did. I was greeted by A very nice lady who took my information. I was then escorted by another young lady who performed my eye test to prepare me for the doctor to come in. I think her name was Meralynn, she was very knowledgeable and nice. Dr Smith came in who was also very nice and knowledgeable. Dr smith detected I had dry eye I had never been told that before. Once I was done with her I was waited on by Amanda Shepard who was also very nice, honest and knowledgeable. She helped me pick my glass out and help me save money at the same time. I love this place. I will recommend them to everyone.

Dr. Collin Rush gave me the most comprehensive thorough exam and explained my complicated eye problem with the best explanation and treatment Ive ever had from several other explanations Ive received in the past from several other eye doctors. I had to get in for an emergent appointment. I was scared that the flap on my eye from lasik had moved since my eye was red, irritated, swollen and I couldn’t get an appointment with my lasik doctor. VisionQuest was able to get me in with one of the doctors (not my normal doc, but they’re all good). They got me taken care of same day and really put my mind at ease!

I have been struggling w/ dry eyes for over 2 years and I finally found a doctor who has used the latest technology to resolve my eye issues! I will trust my eyes with no other place!

Nice people and great with my daughter, but it does not justify the huge markup in their products. A 4 second google search shows that one pair of transition doesn’t cost 640$. Save your money. Go somewhere else.

Dr. Rush, and the staff at VisionQuest in Greenwood, IN have changed my life! I am legally blind in one eye, due to many bouts with shingles in it. He fitted me with a Scleral Lens, and I can see almost as well out of that eye as my “good eye!” I am confident I have never been treated so well in any medical setting! Dr. Rush even walks his patients out, every single time! Great service from the time you walk into the door, until the Doc walks you out! Highly recommend! Thank you sooooo very much!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Browning for probably 20 years now (most of my life!) and he is the best! Not only he but his entire staff is extremely knowledgeable, professional & caring. They seem to always have the most up to date technology, they explain things to you thoroughly & in a way you can understand. They aren’t hiding anything - always very up front about costs, benefits & will double (sometimes triple) check what your insurance will cover & they work to get you the best bang for your buck. I have purchased frames twice from another place (Ossip & online at Glasses USA) & won’t again. They guide you through every step of the process & follow up diligently.I will continue to recommend them to anyone and plan to continue coming to their practice until Dr. Browning retires; and will likely continue past that, unless I move really far away - like another state!I should also add that they have instilled strict COVID precautions that are not the least bit inconvenient. Everything is incredibly clean (was before too), and they’re very thorough in making sure all common areas are sanitized. The frames I tried on were cleaned as well. If you’re just picking up something they’ll bring it to your vehicle if you don’t want to come in.

Everyone was very friendly. I got to see an image of my eyes as Dr. Smith explained what everything meant. There are also a lot of frames to choose from and Jen was very helpful in finding a good fit for me.

Dr. Rush has been a lifesaver for my severe dry eyes. I have been working with him for two years and have been using scleral lenses. I’m not sure what I would do without him, VisionQuest and their staff. They are very responsive and. knowledgeable. I started going there for their specialties but my family has now switched for regular eye care. My children had difficulties with their contacts with a different provider and Dr. Rush realized they were prescribed the wrong strength. We are very thankful and I would recommend them to everyone! We cannot say enough wonderful things about vision quest! We always get excellent care when coming in for our appointments. Dr. Rush takes plenty of time assessing our eye health and keeping a close watch on any special conditions that any of us may have. He is proactive in his care and thoughtful with his recommendations. When you go to choose frames, you cannot find a better specialist than jen! She cares about our family and understands our needs as well as is proactive at offering solutions for our eyewear. Shes a rock star! They make a great effort to get to know you personally and this makes the experience a great one.I met Dr. Rush a year ago and when I came in for my yearly appointment this week he remembered small details about me and my family that I was shocked he remembered. His effort to know, remember, and continue to get to know me as more than just a patient made me very pleased with the experience. He does a good job of teaching you what exactly he’s doing and why he’s doing it as well as explaining his diagnosis or observations in terms that are easy to understand.The technician who fit me for glasses knew EXACTLY the style that would look good on my face shape. Out of the hundreds of choices, I ended up choosing the first pair that she picked out for me. She was extremely helpful and great at her job!I was extremely pleased, and impressed with the entire experience. My husband and I are sad that we are moving out of Indiana and won’t continue to have this office as our primary eye care.

Dr. Rush is very professional and knowledgeable of his craft and did a great job of explaining procedures, discussing the issues with my eyes and offering a diagnosis. As far a glasses, they have a large variety to choose from. Overall it was a pleasurable experience.

I love VisionQuest and their team! I switched to this facility after a bad experience with another doctor and couldnt be happier. Ive had problems with dry eye for years. Dr. Rush and his team helped to get me on a plan to correct this. They used Lipiflow to help reopen the glands in my eyes and it worked wonders! I am more than happy with my experience and so thankful for VisionQuest helping to correct these issues.

Very professional and kind staff.Dr. Browning has cared for our family for many years. Most recently, Dr. Browning diagnosed a family member with a medical condition which required urgent care. Dr. Browning went above and beyond to ensure she received prompt care; personally calling ER and specialty care physicians and following up with us -- even calling us at home on a Friday evening! We wouldnt have been able to maneuver the medical system without his guidance, care, and concern. Dr. Browning and his staff will say they were only doing their job, but they cared for our family as we were one of their own. Cannot give a high enough recommendation for Dr. Browning.

Dr. Dale and the entire staff have been beyond amazing. My husband had emergency brain surgery for a subdrual hematoma. His occupational therapist referred us to Dr. Dale at Vision Quest Eyecare. The staff was most helpful and friendly. Dr. Dale answered all of our questions. She gave us information that we werent even aware if that has been extremely helpful. She prescribed my husband with prism bifocal glasses. Im amazed the progress hes making with these glasses . The eyes and brain work together in such an amazing way. I was blown away with my husbands immediate progress with other daily tasks after getting his prism glases within a few days of wearing them. Im certain if not for Dr. Dale and her specialized practice dealing with brain injuries, my husband would not be where he is today in his recovery. They have a wide range of eyewear to choose from. The glasses ans sunglasses we ordered can in within a week. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Dr. Dale and staff. I highly recommend VisionQuest Eyecare.

I cant imagine any worse service than I have received from your facility. Let me start with the office visit that took over 2 1/2 hours on January 16th. But, you know what, that doesnt bother me too much. I work for a physician so I know that can happen, even though it was miserable at the time. This visit was for my 7 year old son. This was his first pair of glasses. They took 2 weeks to come in and cost almost $400. Here is what I have a problem with. 3 months later, I picked my son up from school and the glasses were broke. I drove to your facility to see if they could help. The receptionist took them and asked us to have a seat. Several minutes later she came over and in a very accusatory tone asked what happened to them because they looked like they have been stepped on or sat on. That is when I said in my defensive tone that I would think a $400 pair of glasses could last more than 3 months. She then had Jennifer help us. She was going to order a new frame on April 10th and said they may be in by the following Friday. Well they werent. Nor were they in on the following Monday or even several days after that. I believe we came back in on Wednesday to get our broken pair back so that he could see until the other frames came back in. At some point, I dont remember the exact day, maybe the 19th the frames came in. They were not the same and too small for his lenses. Apparently his frames have now been discontinued. So, Jennifer helped us in picking out a new pair. My son had orange glasses before and that was the color he wanted. I asked what color those frames came in and Jennifer stated she would order frames in all the colors they have and would let him pick which ones when they came in. 2 weeks go by and I havent heard anything about whether or not the new frames have come in. So I called in on May 3rd. A coincidence that I call on the day they were due to arrive, but not on the first shipment. Jennifer did call me to let me know they arrived about an hour or two before the store closed. Of course I couldnt make it there in time. My son and I went there today, May 8th (A month after) to pick out his new glasses. Jennifer already had the frames in a green pair of glasses. When I asked about the other colors she informed me the blue was on back order and she forgot about ordering the other colors and something to do with having problems with the rep. So, I guess he gets a green pair of glasses. Which I think was the color of the trial pair that we looked at 2 weeks ago, so I have to wonder if those are the ones we got. She did offer to get the blue pair when for him when they were not on back order anymore, but, frankly, I am over it. He wanted orange. Oh, I thought I would also share that I ordered him a pair of glasses from Zenni Optical, on line. I ordered them on a Wednesday and had them in my mailbox that Saturday. I do not understand what takes your process sooooo much longer. But I can guarantee you that after this warranty is up, I will not be back. And I have spread the word to all of my family and friends of this awesome treatment from your facility.
