Entire staff very friendly and helpful. Store was clean, bright, and comfortably arranged. Enjoyed the experience looking for frames. Staff understood my budget and were very helpful. Can not say enough about the great experience.

The receptionist is loosing you guys business. She’s passive aggressive, rude and not wired to be a person who talks to people. We came in to make 2 appointments today, we will not be back.we asked for her name, she wouldn’t share it. We asked for a manager, she said they don’t have one. We asked for the store number she refused to share it. The employee sitting next to her just sat there and let her act the way she was acting. She also said this wasn’t lens crafters, it was a private office inside of LensCrafters.

When in twice already to order contacts lady at the eye doctors office with curly hair and glasses told me the system is down cannot take my order and doesn’t know when the system will be back up it can take a day or two doesnt know but they will call me. Didn’t even take my name or phone number. Attention management / doctors you are loosing business with your receptionist who does not have any sort of customer service experience nor politeness.

Dr. Wendorff is great, and I would recommend you see him and his staff - they are all down to earth, likeable and they know their stuff.

I went in for a quick fix. They closed at 8pm and I got there at 7:53. I didn’t get his name, but the gentleman working the desk was extremely polite. Especially given that they close within minutes and he was helping someone else as well. My son needed a pair of padded nose pieces for his prescription sport sunglasses. The worker took a pair off of his personal glasses and put them on my sons to fix them. Thank you so much!!!

Its a great place to shop for the most important part of your wardrobe. Fun and professional.

Fantastic customer service all around. Waunya was super helpful and able to fit the frame I chose perfectly to my face. He was very knowledgeable and made a great recommendation on lens material given my strong prescription. The glasses came in really quickly (much sooner than expected) and are absolutely perfect. The new manager Deb was also there and seems to have made a lot of improvements to the store.

Ordered a pair of glasses, was told 7-10 days initially. It got moved back to 2 weeks, called to see if I can pick them up on the day they said they would be ready, got moved back 10 more days. Some of us depend on glasses for daily life and work activities so this was a huge inconvenience. I dont recommend this place, shop somewhere else

The staff is awesome. I broke my glasses and they fixed them within 15 minutes. Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!!

I had to have 3 visits.Very inconvenient! Saw 2 optometrists. First one made me think it was just me. He was not very reassuring. Told me I had a cataract.Second one said no.Never will I go to lens crafters again.Plus not a great selection of eye glasses

I was quoted 10-14 days for rather expensive glasses. For 5 days I was told that my glasses were showing shipped but not at the store yet. I have a feeling I could have driven to the manufacturer and gotten them much quicker. Spoke to the manager. She was very helpful. Got my glasses on day 15.

The optical department here was awesome ! Kirstie, one of the opticians was on point with all her suggestions for me and her willingness to explain all the options I had. All of the staff was nice and seemed to really know there stuff. Definitely recommended ! :)

I had an awesome experience at this location. I have been a Lenscrafters customer for over a decade now. I called the store a week ago and asked for 3 specific frames to see if they were in stock, and they were very kind to offer to hold them for me until my appointment the next week. I was ecstatic to walk in today and they had pulled the color of frames I originally wanted, but had been out of stock. The gentleman who helped me today said they arrived the day after I called and they set them aside. I was so pleased to be able to get the color I originally wanted. The gentleman who helped me today reviewed all my options from the last appt and confirmed with me if I wanted to do the same thing today. It made my visit incredibly fast. I had an eye exam and glasses appt within 45 mins.

A simple glasses order for our college-bound son is now on week number four with no glasses. We were promised 1 to 2 weeks for them to arrive. Called at beginning of week 3 and were told they are ready to ship. Called at beginning of week four and were told they have been shipped by UPS but may arrive next week (week 5). He leaves for college in two days without his new glasses!Very poor customer service as they are not proactive and don’t seem to care that the order is very late. They have been paid in full by us and insurance.

This place is a joke...They give you excuse after excuse about why your glasses are not there when you expect...my glasses were supposed to be there on the 15th of August here it is the 20th and they tell me they just got shipped blaming the Covid virus for the delay because it a easy excuse and I still wont get them till Monday....I should have went somewhere else...Very poor customer service.. I will NEVER go back after I get my glasses which were paid I full at the time of service...This is my last time using this company... Also the Eye Doctor just rents his spot from them, They are not even part of Lenscrafters they are 2 separate things...I wish I would have know this before I went ...

Have been to this location maybe two-three times before this visit and loved the location. However, my visit yesterday was not so good. The receptionists were ok, friendly but thrilled about their jobs they had to do, over heard them talking about what they wanted to do and not do.The actual exam part was fine, pretty smooth process although I did feel a little rushed. Doctor did go over what I believe was necessary, didn’t ask for much else. I hope next time it will be better!

Average experience. The Doctor was kind and knowledgable. The front desk for check-in was fine. During check-out I paid $5 and received a call later stating I still owed a balance. Why would you let your patient leave and then file with insurance? Very inconvenient to have left and have to return. When I expressed my frustration on having to return and my concern as to why my insurance wasnt billed prior to me leaving so I could pay the correct amount before I left, Sabrina was extremely rude and accommodating. I did not even receive an apology for the inconvenience. Ridiculous!

I had to use the insurance on my glasses, because the coating was wearing off. I found it was a few days out of date. Dewon Pelt, came over and helped me out and was very helpful and honored the warranty. The glasses there are a little pricey, but the customer service is top notch.

My glasses were not made correctly. Now I have to wait and make a trip back.

LensCrafters is the best, hands down!Tonight I came home from a long day at work and after relaxing for awhile realized my dog had gotten ahold of my frames and destroyed them. I showed up at LensCrafters at 8pm, picked a new pair of glasses out... and they are finishing them before they close at 9!! I work with my glasses so they saved me so much frustration.I’ve never had a bad experience. Everywhere else I’ve ever gone has taken up to a week if not longer to have my glasses ready. LensCrafters never fails to impress me! Next day service if not same day. I will never go anywhere else!

One star is more than is deserved... total paid for glasses $1000. They are unwearable, can’t see at intermediate distance, reading and distance good.. however, after wearing for a week they hurt/strain on my eyes so bad that they start to twitch. Saw the optometrist twice, claims prescription is correct. Had glasses remade 2 times, they could not correct condition or appropriately advise and refused to make another pair or refund ... went to another optometrist and he told me this was a known issue with progressive lenses and advised that I go back to the older style progressives.... I informed lense crafters about this.. they still refuse to make things right... I contacted corporate, they just sent me back to the store, they still will not do the right thing. Poor, poor, poor.. they’re great if you don’t have issues, but if you do, God help you.

A couple of months ago my mom had major surgery and the hospital lost her glasses. My mom is seventy-five years old and not having her glasses was a very big deal. I called your store and spoke with Mark about getting a replacement pair since mom had originally purchased them there. Mark was fantastic! He did a lot of footwork to see that my mom got her glasses as soon as possible. I believe your average worker would not have gone to such lengths. Please commend Mark for his excellent service! He did not feel comfortable giving me his last name and said he is the only Mark there. Thanks!

This LensCrafters does not have their information correct at all. We have had problems after my wife had her first eye exam and then was told she needed a continuation. Fast forward a few weeks after we returned from vacation went to go schedule her second appointment was told they don’t do appointments on Sundays which is a lie then they told us the noblesville location does and they would fax her patient file over. The next weekend comes around we called the noblesville location and they didn’t have her file the greenwood store never faxed. So I called Monday talked to Kim their office manager she apologized said that was not right they do have appointments on sundays and she would schedule appointment on the next Sunday so we came Sunday got here she doesn’t have an appointment and they took her as a walk-in when she should of been there first one in and now we have to wait this is worst eye glass store I have ever dealt with if I could I would give the 0 stars horrible service and the guy rolled his eyes when my wife got upset when she was told that she didn’t have an appointment

I live out of state and was arranging to get glasses for my disabled relative. The staff at Lenscrafters Greenwood really helped me to make the best decision and had everything ready for when my relative was able to come into the store. They went over and above the call of duty.

I was 2 minutes late for my set appointment and waited for over an hour to be seen. I was at lenscrafters for a total of 2 hours 48 minutes. Ladies at front desk were more than rude. They said I didnt have insurance so I had my insurance call them and tell them I did and she made a mistake. Then because she was butt hurt about being wrong she never but my chart back in the folders for the doctor to grab and then left i guess she was done with her shift. I had to get up and raise my voice to be seen and there was only one other person waiting during all this. Not returning! NO STARS!

The staff here have been nothing but wonderful to us each time we have come into the store. With new vision insurance we decided to give Lens Crafters a try. We started with the eye exam which was a very easy process. Both my partner and I have had our eye exams at this location. The staff was great (except for when they spelled me name wrong). I do not need glasses, but my partner does. The staff (I really wish I had gotten names) were patient and answered every single question that we had. I believe the opticians name was John, was very helpful in getting his glasses fit with his prescription. We did end up purchasing frames from Oakley and they did not give us any problem with getting lenses. Now this could depend on how busy they are - but they told us it would be 45 minutes for his lenses and they only took about 20 minutes. They even text us when they were ready so we could pick them up early. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone needing new glasses, an eye exam, or both!

Wish I could give them no stars, one is to much. So unprofessional and not understanding. Way over priced for lens and not even the ones I ordered. Such a scam. Go anywhere else their prices are outrageous. The guy who helped me was rude and didn’t answer any questions I had and made up excuses about my lens. Horrible horrible horrible!!!!

Service was outstanding. We were helped right away, given advice on frames based on my prescription. This was not up selling as they recommended against several more expensive frames. The tech that did the measuring was very professional and informative. All of our questions were answered on the options.In contrast we had just come from a competitor and the response to our questions were – what you see is what you get. Are you ready to check out.

My son stepped on my glasses and the lens popped out of my glasses. I took my glasses to LensCrafters and they repaired the glasses in 10 minutes. The staff also gave me a small at home repair kit to fix it the next time it happens.

After LASIK I no longer needed my glasses. Fun fact: To rebuy the plastic lenses (that they removed to put in your pricey prescription lenses) for your frames at LensCrafters it costs $172. Sunglass lenses $160. What the hell?!

Dwon 564039 was the person who attempted to help me but miserable failed. He doesn’t act confident nor professional when he tried to explain the lens types. When I got my glasses the lens were rough and scraped around the edges. I looked like Hairy fuxking Potter. He told me that I have the high-Index lens but I went to another lens store after that they told me that’s mid-index, it only cost $79 and I got charged almost $250 after 40% off they were offering me. He brought my old glasses in to have the doctor check what type of lens my current glasses are and he said they couldnt figure it out. The worker from a different store looked at and told me within 30 seconds what type of lens I have. Idk where the doctor got his degree from. He just didn’t want to tell the truth about my lens and wanted to overcharge customers for the wrong lens. #Professionalethics

Very poor scheduling. I had made an appointment for a specific time on Saturday over a week ago. They call and confirm appointment for a totally different time and day. Why schedule ahead of time if it just gets changed. Totally unacceptable customer service
