I’m so disappointed with the experience I had today. I wanted to exchange our bed because the bed we purchased is just way to soft, we need something firm and from the moment I walked in and told Jerry I was looking for an exchange he instantly tried to persuade me to wait and exchange it with the salesperson that originally sold us our bed. I wanted to take care of it today, I didn’t want to keep waiting.. he wasn’t helpful what so ever and all he kept saying was to talk to the salesperson who sold us the bed, then began to tell us we only had a $1,700 credit for a bed when we spent $3,200 on our bed. It made absolutely no sense and I feel like we were totally scammed.

Want to give this store in Gresham a 5 star revue! Came in with a client several weeks a go I care-give who had gone through an absolutely horrible experience with another local mattress store who took his money, and promised 4 times over a 2-3 week period his mattress and box springs were going to be on a truck to be delivered to him, only to find out the set would probably never come. Now he must wait 7-10 days or more for his refund!!! Too long a story, but from the moment my husband called this store, we had a good feeling things would come out alright, and indeed they did! My client found a LOVELY, top quality mattress and box springs, MUCH better than the one he had just lost, and, at a terrific savings besides! Thank you, Mattress World for your selling true quality in every sense of the word, for your kindness, & professionalism! My client LOVES his beautiful set and we couldnt be happier or more grateful! I promise, when we upgrade, my husband and I will be visiting your store ourselves! Sincerest thanks and continued success!!!

I am SO IMPRESSED with these guys!! I have evacuated because of the fire & needed a bed at the house Im staying. Brendon, on the phone, looked at everything he could to find the best option for me... but it couldnt be delivered for MAYBE, best case, 2 days. The owner, Sean, happened to be at the warehouse & got wind of the conversation. He took it upon himself to load the set up in his own pickup & bring them to me!! He set it up & even put the mattress cover on for me.The beyond the job description kindness they showed blew me away. Robert was the BEST! I was moving and needed a new bed as the place I was moving to was smaller and needed a queen with height restrictions to the mattress (bought a Murphy bed). I spent over 2 hrs trying all kinds of beds in the store, but finally he steered me to the one I ended up with; I have to say, one of the best I tried. I also bought another full mattress for my son, since it was about time. Both, out-of-this-world suggestions and his patient to get it just right was the defining factor in where I purchased my bed. We bought both beds, mattress covers and pillows. When we got home, we noticed a defect in the queen protector cover but as his character showed the entire time; he took care of it, hassle free. TO TOP IT ALL OFF HE DELIVERED IT FOR FREE TO CASCADE LOCKS! Cannot get no better than that! I will be sending all my business to him, GUARANTEED!

Robert is the guy to ask for if you are looking for a mattress. He doesnt hover and is very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions fully and gave me plenty of time to shop. I didnt feel rushed, and he made my first time buying a mattress an easy experience.Do note that if you want the mattress shipped at a specific time you have to tell that at the time you buy the mattress and make sure your sales person puts in a time.....you dont tell the delivery guys. I was informed differently, but luckily it all worked out.Very happy with my mattress so far. :)

I had two unsuccessful mattress buying experiences before coming here. I bought a mattress online from Nest that I returned and one from Mattress Firm which I also returned. Both were medium hybrids that gave me excruciating hip and back pain as a side sleeper. I went to Bedmart and was going to buy a bed there until the salesman lied to my face about a bed I was looking at. I came here and Ryan Bailey helped me out. The service I received from Ryan was exceptional! I picked out the Englander Hathaway Pillowtop in Cal King, got it for under 2k, and from the very first night I slept like a baby. It is so comfortable! I had an Englander mattress prior to this for 10 years and it was the best mattress ever, so I am brand loyal from here on out for sure. They have lots of models in the store that you can try out and I love that this store is locally owned. Stop here first if you are looking for a mattress.
