The service is horrible I brought a car from here & they car was messed up the ac didn’t work it went out CAR WAS tires were bad it was a horrible experience please don’t by a car from here n plus they rip you off my car had insurance n they came n took it saying it was off but it wasn’t PLEASE DONT BUY A CAR FROM HERE

My mom purchased her car here and the staff were absolutely wonderful to her. There was a issue with it starting twice after purchasing it and the company sent a tow truck out to take it to be looked at and repaired and it didnt cost my mom anything! If I remember correctly the first time it was from over filling the gas. Dont remember the second reason but it doesnt matter because they made sure my mom was taken care of!

My experience was great. They helped me get my first car. They were closing when I got there but stayed opened for me to get my car. I will be getting another car from them and I will recommend ppl to buy a car from them.

Seem to be great people at first until youve gotten the car from them then they turn into jerks. Not only did they falsely make reports to the police about me being behind and took out a warrant but they put my car into repossession which looked bad on my credit. Do not do business with these people unless your willing to completely ruin your credit. They are total crooks and the true meaning of sleazy used car sales man. I wish i could give negative stars!!!!!!

I bought my 2005 Hyundai Sonata from here in 2011. The car did have issues with the ac having a leak (which i fixed and never even called and complained to them), but other than that the car has been great! I still have my car and love it! People have to remember that this is a buy here pay here place. You go here when you have less than perfect credit and they help you out. No car is gonna run forever and no one can predict when a car will breakdown. At one point I even had to let them know I couldnt make a payment on time and they worked with me. Thanks guys!

They scammed me 2017 and the company went missing and now they are popping up again to scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. ITS ALL AUCTION CARS. AMD THEY ARENT IN GOOD SHAPE

I had gotten a vehicle from this place it work for about a month then all the problems started coming. Very rude customer service from the men I would advise whoever wants to buy a car from them not to ever ever ever consider it just run lol. But for real I wish I would give them a 0

This company has horrible employees working for them. They also think they are slick smart. They sale you a car and tell you the vehicle has passed emissions and of course there is no warranty. However, three weeks latet the company calls you and asks you to bring the vehicle back so they can complete the emissions to get your vehicle registered. Now, the average person has already done the repairs on the vehicle NOT knowing that this vehicle has not previously passed the emissions test. So of course we as the buyer are saving the company money because when you return to have the emissiin testing completed ALL of the repairs that are suppose to be completed by the company has been paid for and completed elsewhere.

BUYER BEWARE!Just bought a BMW 530I from this dealership today and after test driving the vehicle and signing all paperwork the car is running hot when parked and idling. The warranty that they offer doesnt cover cooling system problems. My advice would be to go to a more reputable dealership or take the vehicle to be inspected and read the fine print before you buy from this place. Im sure the guy who sold me the car probably knew the car had this problem. He told me not to be gone in it too long. Had I driven the car a few minutes longer Im sure the problem wouldve surfaced before I bought it. BUYER BEWARE!

Be careful they are a buy here pay here and will pull your credit report without permission! Thought buy here pay here were for people with not so great credit? Anyways was trying to get my daughter a car she was shy of $200 income a month and they turned us down because of my credit! Although I had 2 cars on it that I did pay off a Camaro and an Escalade! Anyways took her to McConnells in Jonesboro and she got a 2017 Altima with $1500 down and $85 a week!!! They were awesome had the car in one hour had to just wait on our insurance company to send proof of insurance! Be sure to visit Jimmy (owner) hes awesome and actually like family!!!!

Called these people to try to get a car after reading they can help get anyone approved. Guy I spoke with said he would call me back after he ran husbands credit. He never called me so I called him and he told me he was not interested in helping us. They say they pride themselves in customer service and being able to help people. What bull crap

First impression says a lot!! I called about a vehicle only to be talked to rudely and over talked while trying to ask questions..Id rather go elsewhere just because of that small issue!!(wanted to give 0 Stars but couldnt!)

Theyre not a buy here pay here, walked in the front door this guy that acted so nervous he had to be on something more than coffee, I asked him if this was in-house financing, he replied, shaking by the way, yyyeeessss, we test drove a Honda, came back, filled out the application, and he ran my wifes credit, STOP telling people one thing, and then you do another, Dont go here, DONT

The guy I spoke to had no idea what he was talking about, he had to place me on hold a million times while he called the manager who was out of the office at the time . After giving me the run around for a few days they finally denied me .....will not recommend nobody to this place . Just go to US auto sales save you some time !
