Our sales associate, Percy, was extremely helpful. The building, and amenities are pleasant. The rest of the staff was respectful, and courteous, and no one was overly pushy with the sale. Absolutely love coming here. Omar is the one that sold me my car a year ago. And I came back to refinance today with him. He is who I will use in the future for all my car sales as well. He will get whatever car off any of the surrounding lots for his customers. If you don’t see what you are looking for just let him know and he will find it. He is caring and down to earth, not your typical salesman. He is honest and upfront and that’s something me and my family appreciate. I had an excellent experience at Cronic Nissan. As a first time car buyer the nerves get to you, but the staff were very professional and explained everything before signing anything. Never pressured into buying anything. Richard Gomez was my sales rep and he was fabulous. Very friendly and made you feel okay with purchasing the car. Very polite and professional. In tuned with his customers and wanted to make sure first time car buying was smooth and he did just just that. This dealerships service department lies and can’t be trusted to do even a simple task. I have visited many times and each time has been a bad experience where I had services I paid for skipped and not completed. If you don’t need service they push parts and try to sale you stuff you don’t need. When you do end up needed service they just don’t do what they are supposed to do. I also have video documentation of my air filter which was inspected and secretly marked Without anyone knowing. After arriving at the dealer the same filter I marked was brought to me covered in dirt and grease. I asked them how they suspected a air filter got so greasy and they had no answer for me. Called and spoke with management, he could care less about my concerns and even challenged that was I was saying could somehow be inaccurate. All these guys care about is selling new cars and at this rate they are prematurely forcing you to buy another new one by skipping services and jeopardizing your cars critical components. Don’t leave the parking lot after a service without checking everything. I made it all the way to NC on my trip and had to pay another dealer to re do what Cronic did not do as they cannot be trusted to be honest by any means.

I just liked everything about my 1st and most recent experience at Cronic Nissan. The Dealership is about 35 miles from where I live, but it was worth the drive. I had looked at other Nissan dealerships also, but those other dealerships either did not have the car I wanted in their inventory or some of the sales staff were very pushy (just take it or leave it) . But, the sales person and the finance person were great at Cronic Nissan. I would buy from Cronic Nissan again. I am glad there are still some good honest dealerships like Cronic Nissan still around where they value their customers. Some of the other dealerships act like they could care less. They are just looking out for themselves, but Cronic Nissan appears to care about a good customer experience and that is exactly what Cronic Nissan did for me. I think Cronic understands that if you treat your customers well, they will be repeat customers and I would most certainly be a repeat customer and would recommend Cronic Nissan in Griffin, Ga.. I love my car! Thanks Omar!!Edited to update on first service:The weekend before I had my service at Chronic Nissan, we went to another dealership for my husbands truck. They (I wont name the other dealership) had a huge waiting room, fancy coffee maker and even hot chocolate (my husband prefers it to coffee). When we arrived at Chronic Nissan, there wasnt as many places to sit (but there were empty seats, so it didnt matter), there was free coffee (but didnt have hot chocolate, but again, no big deal, lol).What knocked our socks off was when Tawana came out and explained everything that was done, even going in to detail about things that werent needed yet, but might be soon. She made sure we understood everything she told us about and even had my car parked inside the service area (instead of out in a massive parking lot where we had to use the key to find my husbands truck by making it honk at us) out of the wind.Tawana made all the difference. Im sure everyone at Chronic Nissan has been trained to be the same, but that other dealer (my husband was offered 2 free oil changes when we bought his truck) treated us like cattle.As we were driving away my husband said You know, that other place might have had hot chocolate and a big fancy place, but I like that your place talked to us and went over everything and we didnt have to walk a mile to get to our car!.Its hard to impress my husband. That is why Im rating this as Surpassed my expectations.

I just have to say I am incredibly impressed with Cronic Nissan in Griffin, Ga. If I could give 20 stars, I would! Richard Gomez was totally awesome. I could not have asked for a better salesman. He was professional and personable. He gave us all the attention and courtesy that we could have asked for. I highly recommend anyone to go there for any car, but especially a Nissan. We got a 2020 Nissan kicks. After a terrible 4 hour torture at another dealer, it was like a breath of fresh air to walk in and be treated like we were with Richard. We not only got the deal we wanted, but a better car with a premium package that we did not expect! It was easy, not stressed at all. Please do yourself a favor and go there. You won’t regret it. I inquired about purchasing a 2022 Nissan Frontier, the salesman immediately jumped into, when can you come in, NO OTHER QUESTIONS! When I attempted to tell him I am shopping by internet with the intent to purchase that way. The salesman cut me off and said, WE DONT DO THAT at Cronic Nissan. Use Caution, be well informed before you go.Let me start by saying, yes I am a female, but I also have an extensive knowledge of jeeps and dealerships.Our experience at Cronic started out with us looking at cute little 2 door wrangler they had parked up front. Our first time looking at it, the sales associate that approached us was less than interested In selling us a car. So we left to view a few others. We werent in a rush to jump on a vehicle, so we decided to swing back through and see if another sales associate would be more willing to talk to us. The gentleman that approached us was very helpful, polite, and answered our questions. Things went south however when we pointed out that they were asking about 4k more than the 2016 would have sold for, brand new. I also pointed out the obvious coolant leak, to which was actively dripping and had barely any coolant in the reservoir, the lack of tread on the tires, the brakes/rotors needing replacement, the back door having decent damage to the lower half, the evidence of mold in the vents, cigarette ashes all over the dash and floor boards, and the rusting of various parts of the vehicle due to the fact that it was purchased beachside and had been kept beachside the entire time (indicated in the maintenance records and sand all over the engine) up to the point of Cronic purchasing it from an auction and having it shipped to them. We offered a fair price on the vehicle and our sales man took it to the office manager. This is were things went downhill very fast. When the office manager came to speak to us and realized that we knew what we were looking at, he became clearly agitated and started making excuses for the ridiculous price of the vehicle. When countered with facts to debunk his excuses, he followed by saying he was perfectly allowed to sale vehicles with those defects. I agreed and said that it was his right, but we were not going to pay brand new prices on a 5 yr old vehicle. He again countered that they used auction prices, to which i pulled up and countered again that his logic wasnt adding up. He then said that used vehicles were being sold for what they were bought for new, sometimes more, and that was the norm. So, we then offered to sell him our brand new 21 rav to off set the high price. He immediately began to back pedal and stated “well we have to go by what carfax thinks its worth and usually its not as much as you paid for it”. He then refused to work with us on the price at all. We ended up leaving empty handed and less than impressed by the conduct of the management. So if you decide to purchase from here, be informed. Look at everything. And also, be careful getting that cute little black 2 door Jeep Wrangler parked up front. Becuase now that we brought it to their attention, they are going to put bandaids on her and hide what is going to become a very costly repair to whom ever gets it.

They are a good dealer. They are very close to my house that is a Leaf service tech on hand. Mcdoughna Nissan does not have a Leaf service tech, the only other Leaf tech is in Newnan. Marie is the Leaf service rep so ask for her. Also they have 2 J1772 chargers on the right side of the building ( when you are looking at the building from the road).

We were upside down in our car. We went and worked with Percy. They put together a deal to trade us out of our car but with high payments on a 2016 Nissan Rogue. We told him we could not afford that much of a payment. The assistant general manager came to us and talked to us. He asked if he could get the payment lower, would we take it. We said yes. They called us today (Saturday 8/7/21) and said they got it lower. While we were waiting to be called I researched the vehicle and found out it had a CVT transmission in it and that if it went out, it would cost approximately $3300 to repair it. Percey called us about 1:30 and said they had lowered the payment to a manageable one. I began to ask about a warranty and was told that there was no warranty that came with the car but he would get with the gm and see what could be done. We went by the dealership about 3:30 pm. Percey met my 70 year husband at the door in the heat ( didn’t allow him in the building,) and told him there was no deal under the conditions we had previously discussed. He said they were not allowing us to trade in our car but was selling us a car without trading one in. He also informed my husband that they didn’t want to mess with our car because it had been smoked in and had probably damaged the engine. We left. We didn’t want to deal with them anymore.

On August 15, 2020 we purchased a Nissan 2020 Kicks. We had the most professional and dedicated salesman in Tristan Jones..Chris Hamilton was awesome in the finance department. We couldn’t have asked for better kindness and professional people assisting us. We were so proud of our new car and enjoyed it so much. Fast forward to Friday, November 13, 2020. We were back in Cronic Nissan purchasing another 2020 Nissan Kicks due to my husband being in a serious auto accident involving 4 vehicles..Our Kicks was totaled. Cronic Nissan service department is a great place to have your car serviced. It is the only place that I take my car. When I called and made an appointment I spoke to Adam, a service associate, who was very professional and greeted me with a friendly, welcoming voice. At the last minute, I had to cancel that appointment and rescheduled it for later that day. When I brought the car in earlier than the appointed time, they took the car in, explained what service and parts that I needed and completed the service in a timely manner. The checkout process was quick and efficient. The next day Adam gave me a follow-up phone call to check to see if everything was O.K .with the services that I had received. It was a great experience. I also would like to commend Adam, the service department associate, who always goes above and beyond when I bring my car in and always provide exceptional customer service.

The salesman was great, the rest of the process and the customer service was absolutely horrid. The “general manager “ couldn’t care less about your issues once you’ve signed the papers. ALSO they do not send in your tag paperwork AND they don’t tell you that. So when your waiting for your tag in the mail and never receive it, even after your temp tag has expired- that’s why. They never sent off for it in the first place. He simply said “we don’t do that” even though we were never told that, oh and they charged us TWICE what the dmv charges to issue a tag.

At first I was hopeful and excited until I noticed they quoted me on the wrong vehicle. However, the vehicle I want is cheaper on the internet and what he showed me and told my husband. Yet now they are refusing to honor the internet and shown price. I hate misleading lies. I was excited about doing business but we found somewhere else. Car dealerships and salesman have to make money but to post a lie is very tasteless. And my husband was sold!

I bought a used 2018 Ford from them in 2019 and the paint peeled off the front bumper. A reputable body man inspected it and said they painted over a scratch or defect by simply masking off the damage in the lot and spraying with a can to cover it. $500 to fix it right. Im sure others do this but it is unethical. Steer clear from their used cars.

Jimmy Sims made me a lifelong customer. I planned on only buying from this dealer from here on out. Bought a $50k truck and was happy with the sale. That was until new management took over, drove out their top salesman and the place went downhill. Last time I was in, I paid for service and halfway home realized the service i paid for wasn’t even completed. Had a low tire and the tire had not been moved. Every time I am in the customer area, I hear them tryOmg to talk customers into services that should not be necessary in such new vehicles. Power steering and brakeFluid at 15k miles? Are joking me? Stay away and spend your money at a trusting local mechanic. I will never be back.

Update.....I purchased a new car on 4/25/2020. I was contacted by the tag and title office on 5/20/2020, stating the amount submitted by the dealership to register my vehicle was short by $497.62. I reached out to Chris Hamilton and was told there was nothing they could do. I would have to pay the difference to have my car registered! I understand that mistakes happen, however Cronic neglected to add and submit the correct registration amount for my county. Now Im left to foot the bill. They have received payment from my lender for the vehicle purchased. So much for customer satisfaction and ownership of their mistake. A guess a car sold is simply that...a car sold!The staff at Cronic was amazing. Very personable and energetic. They were eager to sale and aimed to please.

I came in to Service Dept for a problem with the pig tail/ trailer connection that Cronic installed a couple of years ago. The person who checked me in was obviously unknowledgeable about the issue and filled out a work order and indicated I would have to pay $105 just for the technician to look at it. It took about an hour and the check -in person came into show room looking for me and said your invoice is at check out person. She didnt tell me the problem or issue and I saw on the $108 invoice that Cronic replaced a fuse. This isnt the Cronic like the past. I bought my truck from them in 2006. Great Dealer then, but Im not coming back. Sorry to have disturbed their day.

5 stars across the board!! Richard Gomez was amazing with handling my experience. He was attentive and patient and got me out the dealership in a timely manner. I would highly suggest going to him if you would like to make a purchase! I have been to many dealerships and he was the only one who showed me it wasn’t just about getting my money. Wish I could give 0 stars. Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. My husband and I came here to buy a used truck that they had just put up for sale, we were the first ones there asking about the truck and the first to test drive it. When we came back from the test drive we told them we wanted the truck. We also was willing to pay asking price. While we were doing the paper work another costumer test drove it. Well needless to say the dealership came back and told us they sold the truck to the other costumer and wanted to sell us a new vehicle which is BS. We told them we wanted the truck and was first to be there. We should have had first chance at it. We will never come to them again. They have lost all respect.

I was disappointed with one of the service department employees. It took me several weeks and phone calls to finally get the service completed. When I called to set it up, I was told that she didn’t know if I would get a loner car. On numerous occasions I told her that I didn’t have anyone to pick me up. After the 3rd or 4th call, I asked to speak to the manager. The person answering the phone did not give me the manager, but the same person with whom I was having problems with. When she got on the phone and she told me that she had said that I would get a loner car, she DID not ever tell me that until I called to speak with the manager. I don’t like to get the run around when the main problem that I brought it in was a recall. I will say that the people who I see when I bring my vehicle in for an oil change are awesome.
