The experience at Mayfield Motors was not bad, but there are a few things that keep me from giving them a 5 star review. Kevin was great to work with and I feel he was honest with us through the process. My concerns are that as a customer I shouldn’t have to beg for paperwork in order to get the dealership paid. Secondly, after spending $26K for a truck I would hope that the truck would be clean, but I had to come home and clean out the dog hair and more from where the salesperson was driving the truck with his dog in it. Lastly, this is not completely on Mayfield, but would suggest a different vendor. The windshield was leaking and we found out from Kevin it had been recently replaced. They did get us in touch with Mel’s Auto Glass to get it corrected. Mel was very rude and made it seem like it was our fault that he didn’t install it correctly. There is black caulk showing all in the truck from where he “repaired” his mistake. I will ultimately have to have this redone by a professional. I would do business with them again, but would be more mindful of things and express my expectations more thoroughly.

This was the smoothest vehicle purchase I’ve ever had. Dealing with someone honest and trustworthy sure makes it easy. Kevin is a professional and a gentlemen. I’d drive from three states away to do business with him again. I got a great truck at a great price. This man knows how to treat his customers. What a blessing it is to know that there are still people like this in the used car business.

I bought a great used kia from a very knowledgeable man named Kevin at Mayfield, and after driving it awhile took it to a kia dealership for service. Other than the routine oil change I was there for, the kia tech said the vehicle was very clean and belts, parts, etc were in good running order. I recommend Mayfield Motors!

I bought a car from here over 20 years ago when Mr. Mayfield financed his cars. It was a great car. I had one minor problem with the car and he took car of getting it fixed with no question asked. Over the years he stopped financing his car but kept selling great, reliable and affordable vehicles. Yesterday, I noticed that he has started back financing his cars. I will have my son purchase a car from him to drive during his final year of college. I am sure it will last him for years, NO DOUGHT!

I have bought two cars from mayfield motors, they both run great, and the customer service with kevin is excellent. The down fall is, the cars/trucks are priced a little high. I bought the dodge journey first and with in two weeks of having it the back up camera stopped working, then the Bluetooth went out. I had to replace the tires with in a month of having it. Who knows it could just be my luck, but last month I bought a gmc truck, and already I have had a few problems. The Air conditioner keeps blowing white smoke into the cab, the abs and track lights are on, and underneath is very rusty. I payed 19, 000 for this truck, should have no issues.
