The worst store with the rudest staff I have ever walked in to !! Wife and I drive team semi coast to coast stopped in to switch drivers ...use restroom ...and get coffee ....very rude employee pushed a cart in front of the restroom door and informed me the restrooms where now closed !! Are you kidding me right now ? I said how long will you be? He informed me he was just getting started and I could just wait !!! Wow !! If thats how you talk to customers you can have your coffee and whatever else I would have paid for !! Never again !! Never again in Grinell, IA or any other KUM and Go !! You just lost a customer

Great place. Customer service was fantastic. The woman at the counter was telling me about weather in Iowa and said they had a hurricane recently. Funny...I dont think hurricanes get up to Iowa, but super friendly lady and great customer service.

The store is overall great very friendly and clean always been a favorite but the assistant manager over there emily is something else very rude and unprofessional hits on men constantly when they come in there due to her im going to say they need to clean up their staff she gives the place a bad name

We were glad to find this place because not a lot of places on I80 have E85 gasoline, but this one does. We didnt go inside. From the outside it would have helped if the pumps with E85 were more clearly marked. It did help that they had a sign on the highway saying that they had E85.

I payed at the pump...$24 in gas. Tonight I look at my bank statement and there is $75 charged to my account. I am assuming this is some sort of hold for using my credit card. I will never buy gas at this dump again.

Quick clean and convenient serving an excellent cup of coffee and some great choices for a quick breakfast on your way to the track. Easy access on and off the interstate and a nice thing to have when staying in the local motels

I accidentally left $10 and when I was already on my way back home, i called and they said call the store manager the next day and theyll send it back. She told me the drawers were not over money. So they stole my money. I am in the process of contacting corporate to resolve thos, not over a little $10, but the fact they STOLE my damn money.

Great coffee

We have come to realize that Kum and Go is our favorite stop along our travels between Omaha and Chicago. We seek them out knowing the store has great choices, clean and appealing restrooms. So when we need to fill up on gas and snacks we always stop at Kum and GoOn Jan 3, 2016 we were heading home from Chicago and needed a pit stop. Driving on I80 I keyed in the GPS Kum and Go and sure enough one along I80 in Grinnell IA. I walked into the store, and had to double check that we were in a Kum and Go. Everything was very poor. And the restrooms, YUCK! I even mentioned it to a lady waiting in line, and she said the same thing. That this is not a typical Kum and Go. That store really is pulling down the Kum and Go standard. I did make my purchase cuz we were there, however next time we come thur, I will make sure to skip that store.

Clean. Clean bathrooms. Great as a rest stop. The staff were pretty friendly. The food was not appetizing. The bread was expired & moldy.

This kum & go is one of the larger ones. It has a subway attached and the staff are always friendly. They have free air for your tires which is how it should be.... BUT the pressure gauge doesnt work, therefore rendering the pump useless. The next exit has a Phillips 66 with a 1 dollar air pump. That pressure gauge is golden.

Restrooms are very clean and are located to your immediate left as soon as you walk in the front entrance!!!
