This was my first visit, and my first time getting an eye exam in my adult years. I really like this place everyone was nice and friendly, and the office was set up to accommodate the new covid 19 reality we are living in. I saw staff cleaning and were careful in a way not to let people congregate to close together, I really appreciated that. All my questions were answered and I left feeling good about my visit.

I have been the patient of this Doctor for almost last 20 years. The service by the staff was amazing. The staff (particularly, Rackel and Sylvia)and of course, Dr. Reinglass himself always understand the urgency and concerns of the patient. By giving an immediate appointment and a thorough eye exam by Dr. Reinglass is very appreciated. I have and will always continue to refer my friends

This is our second time coming here and hopefully will be our last. We got glasses last time that just did not work out well. This time it is taking a month just to get the glasses. Bad service to say the least!

Have nothing but great things to say about Eye Care Center of Lake County and the level of care received from Dr. Steven Reinglass and his excellent staff. Had first of my cataract surgeries and all turned out just great! Excellent patient-focused care with fantastic results. Should you need eye care, do yourself a favor and reach out to these folks

This place is horrible, i made an appointment to be seen at 2 oclock they lost my chart and a regular eye exam ended up taking three hours of waiting. They didnt even suggest to have discount or to waive a co-pay or anything not even a sorry. On a different occasion I went to pick up my daughters contact exam paperwork and was told they werent in on medical records wasnt in on the weekends and they couldnt print one for. Later when I called the medical records people they said I needed a form but was never given this form when I was already there! So now i have to go pick up the form only to get the medical records mailed out to me because I only have the weekend open to do all this. This place is not customer oriented at all. I will never go back here again.

I been trying to set up an appointment for 3 days, everytime I call I get sent to the voice mail machine because apparently lunch hours are 12, 1 PM and 2 PM... would be great if you could set up your appointment online instead of wasting time trying to contact the office.
