Been going here since I was little. Dr is great and knows me well even after a year or more of not seeing me. And the staff are usually very friendly. (Had an issue with 1). I go here even when I have other options that my insurance will cover part of cause they are cheaper and Im comfortable with them. Great place!

Dr. Stelle is very professional and very nice. I had a great experience getting my contact exam today.

The Doctor was very nice and respectful.

Poor customer service, needed my glasses tightened, which takes 2 seconds. The glasses I was wearing weren’t from Walmart, but have purchased several glasses from Walmart in the past. She looked at them and said I can tell they aren’t from here. So what? I have an eye irritation so needed to wear my glasses. I won’t ever go there again or refer anyone.

Had an issue last night when I picked up a pair of prescription glasses last night and when I returned this evening I met with Jorge and he corrected the issue with the lens not being properly seated in the frame .

Take to long and keep making excuses.Came to get my glasses they werent even the right ones and they make me wait more. Never coming here ever again.

Rude and insulting! Equipment is broken and excuses are made by the lamebrain staff. If you want to keep your vision, DONT GO THERE!

Excellent staff

They are terrible I have been calling all morning and no one ever answers the phone... I even called awl mart to transfer me and they could not even do that correctly. Highly upset
