Have only used the Guthrie, OK store but been very satisfied with service and product.

Same as the other competitors, if these guys dont have it the other ones do! Very friendly and helpful staff! Bonus though is that u can gain points for ur purchases so my husband tries to go to them first!

They were honest and didnt try to upsell. We came in close to closing time and they were patient with us when we were having a bad night.

They are always helpful when the dreaded check engine light comes on. They will print a report for you even if you dont buy any parts at the time.

Everything inside is okay. The situation outside is not because your parking lanes are way too tight. Please expand the widths of your parking spaces, please. That way I do not have to come back and find something to fix my door that got damaged by one of your negligent customers. Thaaaaanks:)

Your average AutoZone. I am glad that I have mechanical knowledge though. When I went in the other night I was just purchasing a replacement bulb for my brake light. The guy behind the desk proceeded to tell me that I needed to replace the whole tail light fixture, because they didnt make bulbs for it. He said that lots of cars do that these days. I had to show him on the computer where he needed to look up bulbs, instead of clicking on the the tail light fixture he had clicked on, which they dont carry. Luckily another man walked up, after getting off the phone, who knew exactly where the bulb was just from hearing the number and was able to get me the part quickly.

Looking for a heater to warm the cab of my car. I looked all over then the clerk said he might still have something. Very helpful.I did end up buying a battery charger.

The store is incredibly well kept and the staff were incredibly helpful! The store manager went above and beyond to help us!

Have tried 4 different times to get a power steering pump...each pump they provided had a crack. This was verified by the mechanic that is trying to install. So far we have had to pay for labor twice and still do not have a pump!

Today I went in to buy something and only the two younger guys were working the 2 older guys were leaning on the counter talking. The younger guy with the beard asked the older guys to help me 2 times and neither one of the moved or even acknowledged me. One of them even said yeah in a mocking tone to him. My husband and I have been loyal customers since we moved 2 guthrie 2 years ago and we spend alot of money here. I dont think they would have treated my husband that way, I think they did it because I am a woman. I left without buying anything since it seemed to be such an issue to get help. The 2 younger men were both with customers. This happened once before when we 1st moved to town maybe if your husband isnt available to go with you shop somewhere else.

Once again the staff at AutoZone are always helpful.

Has a good selection of tools and parts, and I buy my tools from here since theirs carry a lifetime warranty. Major plus when you work in industry and your tools get used heavy

The better of the local parts stores. Have most of the right parts on hand or can generally get them in by the next day.

I have been a long tome customer of many AutoZone stores. I shopped at this one only a few times. The person I spoke to wasnt knowledgeable nor helpful. Tried to sell me wrong parts. I will go there on have to condition.
