Ive never enjoy handing people my money. Somehow the guys at Nappa made it less painfull.

They are so helpful when you are not sure what you need. They will find it for you and inform you on how to fix somethings. They will add oil for you if you are ready for work and cant get dirty but need a quick quart to get you by till you can change it. Very informed staff and quick to help. By far the best auto parts store Ive ever seen, everyone there is very knowledgeable, professional and so nice courteous and helpful. I would rather drive 50 miles to get the right part the first time and some friendly support on whatever project Im working on, not only do they have auto and truck parts but they also have parts for lawn mowers and trailers. Was told over the phone they could provide a service, waited for someone to help then told they couldnt help me. Other than that they were polite
