Let me start by saying I get both my Ford and my GM serviced at John Vance only because I wanted to support a local business.My GM has 38k on it and 39k on the Ford so very low mileage and well taken care of.This is the second time Ive driven back to Edmond after an oil change at the GM service side that Ive smelled oil burning, upon opening the hood I see there was oil everywhere, this time it was not quite as bad as the first time but as the photos show it is poor quality.The first time I took more time out of my next day to drive back up to show the service manager, he promptly had the service clean it off and offer the next for free. ( I didnt bring back for free service I wanted to share what they probably didnt know was happening)Today I also got an added charge of like $16 for an additive I knew nothing about until I read my receipt, I returned bck to the service desk and explained I was never informed of them adding this additive. The service manager offered that amount off my next service or something there.Makes me wonder about things like Are my wheels torqued properly or did they really check the items listed.Now to go outside and clean up their mess☹️☹️In short Id make sure to check whatever they worked on.Although I want to support them I am not sure if I will be back.

Got this beautiful baby yesterday, the finance team did an amazing job getting me a great interest rate and monthly payment. Diana, Jeff, and the finance manager who helped us sign the papers were exceptional. When I went to pick the car up in Miami it was in immaculate condition, Ill never use another dealer again. These people were born to sell cars!

Great service, great mechanics. Went to a previous mechanic, he couldnt figure out the problem. So i went to John Vance. They figured it out, & fixed it for 1/2 the price from what the other mechanic though it was.

Chaz is definitely the one to talk to about your vehicle needs. Well worth going to see what they have to offer. We were in and out and driving down the road in no time.

We were traveling through on vacation and had a problem with our 2013 GMC Terrain. I called ahead and they got us in and out in just over an hour,warranty work no charge. I really expected to get raked over the coals because we were from out of town and out of state. I was very surprised with the courtesy and service.
