Finally a real manager taking over the site spoke to Julissa and i love her energy and the plans she has for this facility

I processed the purchase of my new unit fully online. When I got to the facility the elevators were broken. Josh, happened to be the attendant on duty that day. He graciously carried down a cart from the 3rd floor to the second floor so that I could at least cart my belongings from the stairwell to my storage unit. Kudos to him because moving isn’t fun for anyone and he graciously handled the situation. Thanks so much Josh!

The new manager Julissa saw me by my unit she came up to me and introduced herself. I did express a few concerns and she made me aware she will follow up with me. Thank you!

I came to the extra storage in Hackensack. 374 river street, it states they are open until 6pm but no one is here. I called and someone got with the someone and that person stepped out and said she will be here soon. Must be nice to be able to leave your job when you feel like it. Been waiting and still no one. Wonder how they stay in business

Excellent service! Angelica was fantastic and so helpful. Angelica got us the storage we needed at an great rate. We were given a one on one tour and shown how to use everything. Unloading and packing our unit was easy using the carts provided and large elevator. Would highly recommend.

I recently used extra space storage for my move. They were wonderful. We encountered a couple of last minute hiccups and Angelica and Rob patiently and kindly helped us find an economical and quick solution. I am very grateful and would use this company again!

After researching storage options in the north jersey area, I settled on Extra Space storage. They have one of the most affordable large size units and I appreciated the climate controlled building. I was only further please to find out the building is quite new and only opened in 2020. It’s clean, well maintained and I felt comfortable living my belongings.Leticia was great to work with and very patient with all of my questions. You can tell she has a great passion for her customers and was very proficient to resolve computer issues so it didn’t impact me.

Representative (Luz) is very Professional informative and helpful in helping me find the proper unit. They have all size boxes and I am very 😊 happy and content to have found everything I needed.

My wife and I visited a few storage units and Extra Space Storage definitely had the best of everything on what we were looking for. Not only was the premise clean, but we felt safe and assured that our belongings will be protected.Leti gave us an amazing and welcoming tour! Awesome place overall!

I went in hopes of getting some information about a storage unit. I was greeted by Ronald, he was very nice and very well informed on the unit that met my needs! After some talk and guidance I was able to get a unit that was perfect and it was all thanks to Ron. Thank you for the help!

Worst facility ever!!!!! It is disgusting very dirty and the employees have no customer service skills whatsoever. They are extremely rude and actually curse at you. It is the worst run facility I have ever seen or come in contact with. I will never go there. Id be afraid to catch something. The employees threaten you for no reason, they have customers who sleep in their units and yet threaten the ones that actually clean up and do their job because their bathrooms are completely disgusting and so is the whole facility.

Very clean. And nice. Elevator quite large and smooth. It was a joy to have no bumps to jump with the cart. Nice lock from the office.

It should more than one 🛒. The rest room is not organized, no paper 📄 towel, and there is no sop, and it is not clean 🧼

Since Extra space took over location staff has been nice and friendly, and willing to assist. Joe the manager there is very professional . Great staff and clean location

This place is great! I stored my extra clothing and suitcases here for a month and I got the first month free! The employees are so so sweet and are there to help and answer any and all of your questions. Shoutout to Stephanie for being the best assistant manager ever :)

I reserved a 10x10 storage unit online. I immediately got a call from an associate to give me all the details I needed to move forward. When I went to the store to see my unit, I found that I actually needed a 10x15. Luz worked with me patiently and took care of my reservation. She did a great job and was a joy to work with! The facility is clean and seems well managed. All storage spaces are behind a locked gate and door, making security a priority. Prices were good and the neighborhood feels safe as well. If you need storage, consider working with Luz and her team! You won’t be disappointed!

The staff were really friendly and also I had full and easy access to my stuff. Nothing got destroyed cause of the great climate conditions in the facility. Overall, I am in very happy with the experience and will most likely recommend it to friends.

I had an amazing experience here and recommend to everyone. Great customer service (Danielle is a rockstar) and a super clean facility. There are loading ports are both sides, so all the units are not that far of a walk. Any stress I had evaporated as soon as I was there. Choose this place - you won’t regret it.

I just moved the contents of my Washington, DC condo to the Hackensack facility yesterday. Because of COVID issues, I needed to handle all the logistics completely remotely. Luz was my go-to, and she was absolutely phenomenal. She provided some of the most exceptional customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. She walked me through the process and handled all aspects of the rental, unit prep, and securing the unit after the movers left, since I was not present. The movers also told me how helpful she was. I am extremely satisfied and recommend Luz and this facility highly!

This place is clean and the managers are great. Yes, the storage facility is very close to home, but I just feel comfortable with Danielle and Ralph. They are very friendly and they look like they enjoy what they are doing. I recommend this place for all your storage needs.

I could tell that she took great pride in helping to keep the storage facility clean . She took the time to explain everthing i needed to know about renting a unit at this location .
