Norm was so very nice to take a look at my daughters Honda CRV. We were on our way from Maine to Ohio, just having had some work done on the lower control arms, ball joint, etc to the tune of $1125 in Maine. Just as we arrived in Hamburg, the front end started making a clunking noise. Just to give me piece of mind, he took a quick look at it, found a loose nut on the end of the sway bar. Just tightening that one nut, solved my problem. Thank you Norm!!!!

I made an online appointment for an inspection and oil change. They got me in right on time. I was concerned about waiting because of COVID-19. The facility was very clean and bright. All the employees were wearing masks and gloves. Mark was cleaning the showroom, he said they do it every 2 hours. My vehicle passed inspection. They had some recommendations for additional work that I declined. They weren’t pushy about it, they just gave me an estimate and thanked me for coming in. The manager told me if I wanted any of the additional work done that he would give me 10%off the total. I felt very comfortable with the whole experience. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs tires or service. John even called me the next day to make sure everything was good. Great customer service

I had hit a massive pothole towing my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Spotted this Goodyear service across from camping world. Purchased a 3 year alignment for $195 and was on the road in four hours. Treated better here than my Hometown Goodyear center.

I purchased tires from this location, 2 years ago. I had a tire leaking so I stopped in. They were quite busy, but hit me right in. Unfortunately the tire couldn’t be repaired. I did purchase road hazard coverage when I bought the tires. They replaced the damaged tire for free and I was on my way in less than half an hour. Great service, great warranty and great people. I would recommend this Goodyear location to anyone that needs tires or service. Thank you

I’ve been going here for years. Great service, fair prices and Mark makes me laugh. They treat me like family. My kids have started driving and Goodyear takes care of them now. I stopped in to get a price on tires. Bob checked my old tires and showed me some options. My plan was to get some prices and set up an appointment at a later date. Bob said he could get it done right away and the deal was so good, I decided not to wait. I ended up getting a great set of tires and $150 in rebates. The service was fast. These guys are the best. I had my mini van at the dealer for a check engine light. They either couldn’t figure it out or didn’t feel like trying. A friend of mine said one of the techs at Goodyear in Hamburg, John Krebs, was great with check engine lights. They fixed it right the first time. No more dealerships for me. I stopped in for an oil change. I told Bob that I was taking a family trip so I needed the oil changed. They did a complete vehicle evaluation, rotated my tires and topped off my fluids. I’m a first time customer and am very pleased to know that my vehicle is trip ready. $50 for the oil change, piece of mind, priceless. Thank you Goodyear. You have people that care

Decent tires decent price. Be careful about the add ons. Like tire warranty and alignment warranty that you are probably not likely to use

My experience with Goodyear is always positive. Nobody wants to get their car fixed or purchase tires. It’s a necessary evil. They make the experience very pleasant. No hard selling. Honesty, they show you and explain why it’s needed. They treat my daughter with the same respect. Never try to oversell. Bob the manager has been there for almost 30 years, that’s got to say something these days. I would recommend this facility to anyone that needs tires or service.

I’ve been getting my vehicles serviced here for over 25 years. Bob the store manager has been there the whole time. I think that says a lot these days. He always greats people with a smile. I send my kids in to see him and he treats them with the same respect and professionalism that he give me. I trust that they will provide honest, quality service.

Very clean, updated facility. Everyone was wearing a mask. Plenty of hand sanitizer was available. They used seat covers, steering wheel cover, floor mat and they were wearing rubber gloves. I purchased 4 tires, they gave me a great price plus rebates. They checked my wheel alignment for free and gave me a printout showing that it was good. Honesty! I like it. I will definitely return for my free tire rotations and other services.

I stopped there on a Saturday because my car was overheating. It was late and I was already turned away by my regular repair shop. Bob, the manager said he could look at it, but couldn’t tell if he could fix it right away until he knew what was wrong. Turns out the coolant was leaking. All it needed was a new clamp on the radiator hose. I was back on the road within an hour. They have gained a new customer. I thought they only sold tires. Great people, honest service.

I took my new truck back to the dealer because the tires were low on tread. The dealer that is gave $42,000 to, told me that they couldn’t help me. I decided to stop at the Goodyear dealer in Hamburg. The manager, Bob came out to look at the tires and confirmed that they did need to be replaced. He also informed me that original equipment tires did not come with a mileage warranty. He offered to call Goodyear customer service to see if he could get some assistance. He informed me that he got half credit on a new set of tires. I was so pleased with his extra effort, that I purchased a 3 year alignment and road hazard on the tires. Thank you so much, you guys made my day. My first visit to this store. I’ve never spent any money with them, and they go out of their way to help me. This is true customer service. They have me as a new customer for all my tire and service needs . Great people give great service

My fiancé brought in her car for a inspection they did not pass it which I did understand because of her rear brakes but then they proceeded to tell her that we need new brakes new rotors which we did need and also told her that her emergency brake was not properly working and to fix everything was going to be 1200 before taxes I replaced the the rear brake pads and rotors and upon further examination of the emergency brake it was fine which I knew it was fine because we had just replaced it months prior there was no issue it was working properly as it should be all said and done I spent 85 dollars on the brakes and rotors and did the job myself In about 1 and a half hours that they were wanting 1200 dollars took it to another shop and passed no problems just watch what you take to them because they are upselling that there is also something else wrong on top of what you think is wrong and that is taking advantage of people who don’t know any better and that price they quoted was absolutely absurd especially when we didn’t need the hardest part in the job which was the emergency brake

Called to get quote for back brakes. They indicated had to have appointment for quote even though we knew what was wrong. Took vehicle in for quote. Charged $58 for labor to give me a quote for the back brakes - which we knew was problem from beginning. Shocked they charged for a quote! The quote for brakes they gave us was double the amount another place ended up charged us. And that quote was free!

The most attentive, friendliest and honest about tires and service!!! Norm was very down to earth, honest and very concerned about the tires I close. I applaud someone who tries to talk me out of spending more on what I needed in a tire but when I expressed to him where I live where roads dont get plowed and needed an aggressive tire, he was still hesitant. I insisted and he got the tires in that night. I have to say, I love the grip on them, even though they are typical for a jeep wrangler, I put them on a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited, they are sweet and quite griping. I highly recommend!!

I purchased a new set of 4 tires that have held up well, and at a fair price. Theyre definitely one of the best shops to purchase tires in the Hamburg, NY area. Goodyear has good prices on tires. My new tires are a lot better (my old tires were worse than I thought and people cutting me off would cause me to slide around on the roads a bit.) Definitely need dependable tires for winter driving, especially when people pull out 15 feet in front of you on icy roads (Which should be treated by the police as seriously as a DWI, seriously.)Anyways, Goodyear is a solid choice for buying tires. Theyve got a friendly, knowledgeable staff, and they work quickly (4 new tires + an alignment in an hour and a half.) Id recommend this place for tires.

Got 4 new tires here. Service was quick. Manager happily warrantied my old tires which ran out of tread halfway through their treadlife warranty. Only complaints are: the service was poor, and they severely over-inflated all 4 tires (40+ psi). This happened last time I bought tires at Goodyear too....youd think a shop that specializes in tires would know how to properly inflate them.... Having them at all different psi, and extremely over-inflated is a safety issue, and poor service.

These guys are awesome. Really came through for me big time, when i had a rather large hole in my tire. I couldnt afford to buy a new tire at the time, and they still took the time to fix my tire right away and get me back on the road. Free of charge. They definitely have a new customer in me. I purchased four tires from the Goodyear website and selected the Hamburg location for install. In brief, the front desk worker (Mark), was mad that I ordered tires online, set an appointment online, and then came in to have them installed (though my ordered was confirmed). I was supposed to know that the online system (or the Interwebs as he called them) allowed multiple people to set appointments at the same time.He slammed his hands, complained about corporate, complained about not having a Christmas tree, never thanked me, and basically shunned me for placing an order (though they get reimbursed by Goodyear for the install). The tires were already paid for, so I could not do anything. It was the most bizarre experience I have ever had at any business.The employees were very nice to the older people (I guess 40 isnt old enough), but it did seem like they were trying to manipulate them into unneeded work. Mark seemed like he was bipolar and went from being nice to some people and nice to me to mocking his coworkers and stating that they are like children. It truly seemed like I was watching a worker come unhinged: it is highly unprofessional to criticize your company in front of customers. In addition, it is very unprofessional to be mad at customers.

Goodyear does the oil change on all my vehicles. I never have a problem with making an appointment to get a vehicle in, and they have me back on the road asap.

My family and I have been going here for years. We have always been treated well and prices are fair. I have never had a bad experience.

Stay Away! They ruined 3 of the chrome rims on my truck while changing tires. Marks are in same location on all 3. Of course the manager denied that they could have done it. And he got snippy about it. If you have nice wheels on your vehicle take my advice and go elsewhere.

Brought my car in because the one on ridge didnt balance them well after getting 4 new tires. Well first thing I am met with is an older cashier not caring that I was standing there waiting he was to busy watching tv. Then when I tell him the issue and I got it done at the good year on ridge he said why dont you take it back to them. Well this one is around the corner. He then went to stating Im just confused to why you are bringing it to us. Idk mybe because your the same company. Worst good year I have ever been to

SCAM ALERT!! They try to change parts that are not worn or broken in order to jack-up the bill. They said I needed new wheel bearings and tie rods to pass inspection. My wheel bearings were 3 months old! I went down the street and passed with no problems at all. SCUMBAGS!

They said they were to going on the car for one hour. It took 4 hours!!! And they also said everything was going to be at one price taxes included and at the end they charged me 200 dollars more. Because they said I did not understand what they meant. Terrible!
