They do not answer the phone. Its best to drive there yourself for any curbside or online orders. An employee kept my partner on hold for over 30 minutes;he never took the confirmation number or name.

The service was good. They had the least expensive spark plugs for my grand caravan by a significant amount. Including Wal-Mart who didnt have them in stock, but did offer to ship them for free to me...from an Advanced Auto Parts store for a $.10 higher cost. Plus, if you order online for store p/u, theres ALWAYS a roughly 20% discount. They will even help you in person and let you order online from your phone while at the store.

I had to get road assistance cause my vehicle wouldnt start. I headed to advance auto parts because I was referred to them. The gentleman that helped me was Xavier and was very helpful and came to the conclusion it was my battery. He removed the old one and installed the new one. Very helpful. I will refer them to all of my friends!

Alot of incompetent workers, supposedly my delivery was on the same day, but it never arrived! I asked for my refund and as i said that i wanted a confirmation number, one of the associates hang up on me. Never again will i shop here.

The employees at this location were consistently friendly and attentive. They are willing to replace windshield wiper blades if you purchase a pair from them. They provide other services to compete with Autozone and OReillys. Any place that sells motor has to accept used motor oil. So I presume they take it, if you change your own.

Placed order online which was suppose to be ready in 30 minutes. Got there over an hour later and order was not even ready. Place wasnt even busy. Only one other customer. Then the guy pulls up the order, slowly gets the items and only gives me half of the stuff. He didnt even bother to check the quantity ordered (not once but twice). Waste of time ordering online. Then come to find out one of the items was opened. Called to ask if I need to return item to this store but nobody answers the flocking phone for over 30 min. Last time I will order online and from this store. Had to drive 20 min to Oreillys to get an unopened item. 😡 Plus now I have to drive another 40 min to try to return this. 😡😡😡😡😡😡
